Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I'm a corporate client via Perkopolis flying on staff rickets she wouldn't even let me complete my sentence that what if I park tonight and there are no seats at the gate and if I have to go home tonight and come back tomorrow what will happen to my 9 day park n fly booking. She said to me twice please I don't have time to talk to you there are other clients I have other calls etc. Called at 9.40am Oct 8th. First call she put me on hold the moment I said hello 2nd call as I said what if I have to leave tonight because no seat and come back tomorrow she said I have other clients I don't have half an hour to talk to you I said don't be rude but she would have none of it. I'll be informing Qatar Airways YUL of this. I'm booking for 9 days. If I don't have a seat tonight I don't want to pay for 9 days when I exit tonight and come back tomorrow with a booking for 8 days. Its a simple question. I paid for a whole day yesterday at econopark eventhough I only parked for an hour. I don't wanna pay for 8 days if I dint get a seat tonight again. Yeesh
This place damaged my friends car and he wishes someone in the corporate office would reach out to him. The GM and the local management make lofty promises to follow up with him and never contact when promised.

Overall a very convenient option to park and fly. The only thing I would improve is let customers choose English /French at the payment console. It was French only and took me a while to understand.
Pire service…. Pas beaucoup de navettes, chauffeur n’aide aucunement avec les valises, au retour, la barrière n’ouvre pas. On appelle l’assistance. Ils mentionne tout qu’ils vont envoyer quelqu’un. 15 min plus tard, on est toujours dans l’auto à attendre. Tenez-vous loin et payer un peu plus pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.
J'utilise toujours Park'n'Fly, bien mieux que le stationnement de l'aéroport. Très satisfait en général. Juste un bémol: vous devriez moderniser vos bornes automatiques de sortie dans Express A et B. Chaque fois que je sors de là ça ne fonctionne pas et un préposé doit venir m'aider. Soit le scan ne fonctionne pas, le "tap", etc. En Europe, on voit des bornes modernes, efficaces et intuitives.pourquoi se contenter d'une technologie dépassée ici?
I have used the A parking a few times with them and their turnaround is quite fast. Make sure to get the discount online before parking. And also remember where you park! I like to take a photo of my spot before leaving.
Super nice and flexible bus drivers based on certain needs our family needed they were a joy to talk to. I would hope to see more buses lined up for busier times leaving from the airport to your vehicle however. In total we waited about 30 minutes for more buses to come due to the huge line of people trying to hop aboard in the freezing cold.
Arrived at 3am, bus drove right past me- frustrating to say the least.
Returned at 3am to pick u, 25 min wait to pay (only 2 cars ahead of me) because machines were broken. Guy tried to charge me almost 3x the amount i should have paid. Frustrating after a long day of traveling.
On a positive, car was still there when i arrived so.hurray?
J'avais réservé sur l appli, elle donne un code bar facile à utilisé. Shuttle rapide et service courtois. Prévoir une pelle pour se dégager si vous partez 1+ semaines l'hivers. J'adore ce service.
First they lost the vehicle and then locked the keys in the vehicle while the car was running, waited 2 hours at 4 am for them to get a service to unlock the doors. Staff was rude and disorganized, highly do not recommend! Go somewhere else your vehicle will be in better hands.
