J'y suis allé le matin. J'étais seul dans le parlement. Ce fut un réel plaisir de visiter ce monument et d'en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire politique du Quebec.
This is an amazing piece of architecture and a must see in Quebec. The tour is free and if you choose “self-guided” there are informative guide booklets in French and English.
If you are lucky, you can actually visit and see how the parliament work in action. This is one of the most open and transparent government in the world. You can have a self guided visit for FREE, but you do HAVE TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE. The interior is beautiful. And you can even eat at the restaurant or cafeteria inside the parliament.
Beautiful area. Despite the renovations, we were still able to enter. It was very fun to see the different rooms in the parliament building of Quebec. Very historical. Very much enjoyed it. Highly recommended.
We made our reservation on-line for the self-guided tour. You need to go through the security check and registration to get in. A named badge will be created for and needed to carry all the time when you touring the parlement building. Very beautiful building. Staff are very nice and polite to provide information. Some meeting area/office are open for public so you can see how the meeting are proceeded. Very interesting. Highly recommend to visit there when you travel to Quebec.
Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Can't believe this is an ongoing running office building, and you open your arm and welcome us to visit. It's gorgeous and beautiful. Do remember to reserve your visit on line. The restaurant here looks amazing, I wish I knew earlier so I can have my brunch here.
Very nice, former government building. The building is on a hill and is very wide. Various high-quality statues are located in front of or in the facade of the building. The detailed work is really impressive.
Great guide and introduction to Quebec history and legislative process. Building is very pretty but surprisingly unimpressive - grand on the outside but, understated on the inside.
We visited parliament on July 10. After the mandatory security check, you have the choice of a guided tour (French or English) or a self-guided tour. The guided tour takes you inside the House of Representatives. On the self-guided tour you will see the House of Representatives from the public seats. There are several exhibitions to visit.
Magnifique parlement dont les visites sont totalement gratuite! Fortement conseillé de prendre une visite guidée (gratuite) afin de visiter et comprendre ce lieu historique.
First time to Ottawa, we went there when the building was being renovated so we weren't able to see the inside but it's definitely an amazing place to visit in Ottawa
Nice to see the detailed architectural of people who built and maintained the integrity of the building. Combining old and modern with innovation of technology appreciate it a lot.
Amazing structure and architecture with ornaments and statues of famous Canadian historical persons. The beautiful garden is filled with flowers. A must place to see in Quebec City
Awful customer service. They required a physical document in 2023. Other people would get it just showing anything physical, they don’t even care about the information on the document or even if it’s from the person presenting it.
Absolutely incredible place. They offer FREE unguided and guided tours. The building itself is awesome, from the outside and the inside with all sorts of modern features and exhibits. Definitely would recommend!
