We had steak paninis with latte.
It was so delicious. One of the best paninis I’ve had.

Sur la qualité des produits vraiment rien à dire mais sur le service vraiment pas adéquate. J'avais passé un commande sur leur site internet. Et une heure après c'était toujours pas prêt. La personne responsable des commandes n'a pas traité la commande. À la limite c'est une erreur. Ça arrive. Mais ce que je trouve inadmissible est que la personne qui ordonne les commandes à la cuisine ne les a même pas averti pour leur dire de le traiter en priorité et m'a juste mis en ligne avec les autres commandes. De plus, elle ne s'est même pas excusé. J'ai dû me plaindre et la cuisine m'a tout de suite demandé et s'est pressé de préparer la commande. Le cuisinier m'a offert un dessert en s'excusant plusieurs fois comme compensation par professionalisme. Mais le service soit apprendre à assumer ses erreurs et être plus réactif pour les rattraper.

I really like this place, simple but very tasty sandwiches and pasta. Also a good place to get coffee. Very good value for the money

A nice little place but I think understaffed though friendly and welcoming. I liked it and my sandwich was amazing coffee so-so but the young lady there was all alone so she rings up the order and has to also make the coffee. No easy task but it was nice and I enjoyed it. I would go back.

I picked up my order but it seemed very pleasant inside. The food is amazing.and generous. Will definitely order again.

Went for lunch while working downtown, it was crazy busy. If you go during peak time, expect a wait (10-15 min) but worth it. Ordered the sandwich of the month “Sangweech”. Highly recommend, had a nice spicy kick to it. Latte was also on point. I’ll have to get cookies to pastries next time because they looked delicious

The food and service are awesome, but the place is a bit small, not enough space to eat comfortably. Big thanks to the waiters for the service, they were brilliant.

I had the best sandwich ever! The fries were also very nice and the staff was charming and very helpful by choosing the right sandwich because of their huge offer! I totally recommend it!

J'aimais bien aller chez Parma avant la pandémie. J'y ai été la semaine dernière (vendredi soir) et le service que j'ai reçu était pitoyable. La fille à l'accueil avait l'air de ne pas avoir envie d'être là, elle ne parlais pas fort, roulait les yeux. Je lui ai gentillement demandé s'il était possible de nettoyer la table à l'extérieur. Elle a soupiré. Je l'ai remercié, elle ne m'a pas répondu. En plus, nos sandwichs étaient SECS! Le pain m'a irrité les gencives. Je n'ai pas osé lui dire, je pense qu'elle m'aurait lancé mon sandwich en pleine face. Je n'y reviendrai plus.
Allez chez un compétiteur (Bossa) si vous voulez une belle expérience client et un sandwich qui goûte le ciel!

Amazing latte with oat milk! Great little spot in downtown and a must for any coffee lover. Heard the sandwiches are great for lunch as well, I’ll try one next time.

Walking distance to Concordia. So if you’re a student, it’s about a 2 minute walk.

I Got the chicken cutlet panni with cheese and spicy peppers. Portion is very big and everything tasted great and service was amazing.only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because it was not spicy at all either they forgot to add the spice or it just not as hot as some of the other Italian cafés. I will be back and hopefully it will be spicy next time. P. S. This was a great first time experience.

Got a cappuccino and an eggplant parm sandwich - the coffee wasn’t the best, and the eggplant was hard to chew. I was really hungry so I still ate it but I wouldn’t go back again

The food is a little expensive, the beverages are average priced, very cozy atmosphere and what we had to drink was very tasty.

Edit: I had a different drink of this time an expresso, and I was very unimpressed. I wish I had been given something to stir because all the sugar collected at the bottom and it made the rest taste way too bitter, and the last sips taste way too sweet. I imagine I could have asked for something but nothing was offered and I only realized it as I was seated already end going through my drink.

Great place for a quiet coffee mid-morning, fills up at lunchtime for the excellent range of eats. Friendly baristas who know what they’re doing. Top marks.

Unfriendly, impolite staff. Coffee was average. Dirty table and place was empty. Awkward decor and floorplan. Nothing major, but would not return.

The place is lovely and not overcrowded like some clubs and the spacing is very okay. Music is also very good from My conventional Africa vibes to international vibes. Yes will visit place again with my crew.

Love their chicken cutlet sandwich with pickled eggplants! Friendly and professional service. Their sandwiches to go are well wrapped and it does not get soggy! Small details like this, makes a difference to me! Their coffee is as the old adage says, "Coffee should be dark as hell, strong as death, and sweet as love"

Very very few vegetarian options which leaves you with getting the grilled veggie panini. It’s fine, there’s nothing wrong with it, but it’s also nothing special, nor worth the price.

Love this place, food is good and affordable. I've been going there for years now. You must try the meatball, arrancini and Caprese salad.

Food was delicious and quick given the place was very busy and understaffed. Speaking of, the staff were amazing! One FOH and one in the kitchen and they served a full café + To Go orders + Delivery orders (uber eats or something).

Best cannoli I've ever had, stuffed fresh to order. Better than other renowned Italian bakeries in Montreal and better than some I tried even in Rome. Their coffee is superb, didn't eat but did look great and they are also licensed to sell alcohol. A pity lady weekend they were closed for maintenance. Will be back for sure

You should serve your customers as they come in. Giving some people special treatment as they are friends makes other customers feel unloved. Food was not as good as in the past. Not as fresh.

I recently moved to the neighbourhood and was looking for my new regular cafe. Walked in and ordered an iced latte. The girl was nice enough, but I watched her pour coffee from a bottle in the fridge into the cup until it was almost full, and then put just a splash of milk. When I tried to say that I ordered a latte, not an iced coffee, some guy behind the counter came up and was like "is that not what a latte is? Coffee and milk? " in a VERY rude and abrasive tone. I don't normally complain about stuff like this but this was a super upsetting experience when I was already having a rough day.

I always come here to eat, but I am currently unable to eat items that they offer because of an allergy. So I came with my colleagues who all ordered food, but I brought my own lunch since I could not eat what was on their menu. They rudely came and told me to stop eating because I didn’t order their food. While all the people at my table were eating and bought their meal from Parma. Honestly this has never happened to me in any other restaurant or cafe. Really rude and I am never coming back!

I've only had their chicken sandwich but it was delicious. I recommend getting the extra cheese. I don't know why I never visited this place before to study while I was at Concordia but oh well. Totally recommend to go grab a bite with friends and then staying to finish up some papers or just to chat. Seating is quite limited so plan accordingly.

Very nice italian coffee shop but just a bit too expensive 7$ for a latte is a bit excessive but very good.

Ah, nice coffee. The gents making the coffee wwre nice to talk too. The macchiato I had was deep and served in a nice cup. It may not be the most comfortable of chairs for working but the ambiance encourages deep concentration.

Cute and neat little place with tasty coffee, near one of Concordia's buildings, so pretty good for a snack break between classes.

This is one of my favourite coffee shops downtown. Their food is excellent. I highly recommend the tiramisu and their chicken sandwich. Beyond that it’s a fun place to eat and work. They have good background music and it gets quiet in the evenings.

Absolutely loved the Chicken Club! The espresso was tasty and strong. The desserts were delightful. Would come again to experience the food and coffee anytime. So thankful someone recommended this to us!

Quality food, Great decor (wish the chairs were more confy though) a bit expensive but worth it. I love that they always have a Panini of the month so you can explore variations from the original menu!

A hidden gem off the Main where fast food restaurants are King. At Parma Café you get amazing service, panini bread like true Italians restaurants at Jean Talon Market and all this at the right price in a nice ambiance. I will be back.

Quaint café serving a high quality variety of beverages. The coffee was excellent. The service was rapid, efficient and the locale was pleasantly spacious. Although not sampled, the sandwiches and menu looked very appealing.

Excellent catering experience last weekend. We ordered lunch for 18 people and the food was delicious and fresh. Everything was delivered on time with all the attention to certain details that were requested. Thank you Parma for your excellent service!

Cute Italian deli. The gnocchis are a disappointment, and so is the staff. All the times I’ve been there, they’ve been quite short with customers. They seem nicer with regulars and friends. The sandwiches are the best options in terms of flavour/price!

Super dry panini and chicken, the ice tea was tasteless. The fries were decent. The service was ok since they gave us extra sides we wanted, except that i had to prompt the servers to finish making my drink since they forgot.

Without a doubt the worst gnocchi I have ever had at a restaurant. It tastes like cheap supermarket packaged gnocchi. Just a huge mouthful of flour mush. Their panini of the day was delicious but their gnocchi is awful.

Great paninis and huge portion for 11$! Lots of grilled veggies with different cold cuts and melted mozzarella!

Fresh salads, sandwiches and pasta. I had their club panini and it was amazing. For a side, tomato and bococini! So fresh. Yum.

I got the sandwich of the day that had portobello mushrooms and fried tomatoes and other things. Was delicious. Decided to also try the meatball, singular, yes, I know, and it was meh. The sauce was a little too acidic for my taste and the ball itself was cold and not flavourful. But that sandwich of the day tho.

Was there for their $5 chicken parm sandwich week, to be honest the sandwhich was amazing for $5.not sure I'd be happy paying full price for something that leaves me a little empty.

Love this place it's the perfect spot to grab lunch or a little dessert/snack and iced coffee! They have lots of delicious options but their tiramisu and brownies are absolutely amazing! Try their giant sandwiches - they are so worth it! And the service is friendly and efficient! It is important to note however that they have two small 2 seat tables for their "outdoor" seating (but there are many places to sit inside!) and that the entrance is up a flight of stairs which makes it harder to access via wheelchair or stroller.
