100$ pour venir faire une soumission pour un remplacement de chauffe eau au gaz (minimalement un projet de 3000$). Ca veut dire qu'ils ne courent pas après les nouveaux chantiers j'imagine, tant mieux pour eux.

Edit: Tout a fait, j'ai été informé et j'ai choisi de ne pas vous faire venir, mon point était que faire payer pour une soumission n'est pas une pratique très courante ni très commerciale et de prévenir les potentiels clients de vos pratiques avant de vous contacter.

Very rude receptionist that refused to speak english and gives immediate attitude when spoken in english. Unacceptable.update: Receptionist calls me back to argue with me about my review instead of apologizing. Claiming that "she doesn't need to apologize for something she didn't do". I would have removed this review if she approached me in a professional manner.

The receptionist was very rude and this company is attempting to overcharge their clients by going against their own agreement. They will hope to get away with it, but I'm letting you know it's your given right to contest the transaction that they will try to push on your credit card. Keep an eye on your credit card charges. The worker insisted that I help him to carry his heavy equipment and he didn't clean after himself. He came alone the worker and late.

You've been warned and record your phone calls while speaking to this company for your protection. Best of luck.

Great service, came on a Sunday to clear a blockage in the main sewer line. In and out in 1 hour, friendly, provided helpful information and answered all my questions.

I had a leak in on a very old fawcett in my garage. He warned me that it's old pipe and could be a big job if he needed to open the wall inside. Finally, he was able to remove the old fawcett and replace with a new one. Quick work, efficient and professional.

The serviceman Mr. Irawo was the epitomy of professional. Kept his mask on the whole time, drained the old tank, installed the new one quickly and efficiently. Took the time to check for leaks and tighten where necessary before leaving. Excellent work and super friendly dude!

There was some trouble with the installation but they came back late at night to ensure that everything was working as soon as possible. Impressive commitment to their word!

J’ai fait appel à ce plombier à plusieurs reprises et il a trouvé des solutions aux problèmes que d’autres n’avaient pas bien réparés. Travail est toujours impeccable. Excellent service à la clientèle par ailleurs. Fiable.

Not found a basic issue, left undone, charged many hundred dollars for work that did nothing and pieces that were supposely changed (not found).
As if not enough, lied that the only thing to do is redo the whole barhroom. When we showed doubt they lied we had lead pipes that were dangerous so we had no choice to redo everything. Since it was urgent they „wouldn’t waste time with giving a price evaluation”.
If you are a woman they might just profit from the fact you don’t know much.
Next day another plumer found in less than twenty minutes the issue and fixed it perfectly for less than 200$.
When tried to deal with the company they deny, continue lying.
Never never again.

I call them at 7 am and they did pick up the phone:) I then explained my problem and they told me they would call back at 8 am. At 8 am sharp they call me to schedule the plumer for 12 pm. Over all I found dealing with them assuring. Merci

Pars did a great job installing a new high efficiency boiler, re-routing gas lines, and installing a new manifold heating system in our home.

On November 9,2020, I called Pars for a repair of my kitchen sink that was making a gurgling noise and not draining properly. The lady that answered the phone told me that their rate was $200 for the first hour and another $200 for each additional hour. I said OK and a plumber was supposed to come November 12, at 12: 30pm. I waited, no one came. I called again and the same lady told me they are on their way. Few minutes later Pars truck stopped by, and a plumber by the name of Seyed Sadr came inside the house with no tools or nothing, looked at the ABS pipes, and said (Very Old), the kitchen plumbing by the way was totally redone 5 years ago. He looked as well at the cast iron drain pipes and said (Very Old) as well, although the pipes are still new and almost in their original colour. Mr. Sadr assessment was a change of the whole drainage piping for the kitchen at a cost of approximately $2800! They charged me $200 and left after less than 10 minutes.
The drain was unclogged last week through another professional company for less than $500. Very bad experience with Pars.

We have used PARS PLUMBING services on several occasions. Always satisfied. Recently they installed a high efficiency boiler.
They showed up on time. One full day of work. Their work, this time, beyond our best expectations. Extremely professional. Reliable. Tidy. Their price very fair. The customer service impeccable. We definitely recommend their work. Bravo Pars!

Had a leak from my washing machine and was quoted 100$/hour by the plumber on duty. To my surprise, when the bill arrived it was 190$/hour. I would have never accepted the service at that rate but the company won't budge to honor the promised cost. Very disappointing.

First the price is reasonable. Second Great, reliable and clean job. Everything is better than expected.

Excellent service. I had a busted pipe in my garage and they came within the hour to fix it. The job was done very quickly and the man that came was very friendly.

I'm genuinely impressed by the service delivered by Pars Plumbing and I would highly recommend Pars Plumbing for all your heating and plumbing needs. They are highly reliable and dependable. Seyed was exceptionally responsive, he kept me informed of what was going on at all times (I am based out of town), and he went the extra mile to deal with my emergency heating issue which happened during the Christmas period. He took complete responsibility for contacting suppliers (some of which were closed) and obtaining the parts that needed to be replaced. Pars Plumbing is very reasonably priced and I felt like I got value for money. I will most certainly contact Pars Plumbing for all my future heating and plumbing needs.

What a joke of a company!

Called them on Friday to explain what I needed to be repaired. (I was very specific with the details during my call.)

I took Monday off work.

They show up Monday and inform that they didn't bring all the tools to complete the job and they could come again on Wednesday.
Oh.and they price of their quote went up 200$.

What a joke!

Called plomberie Fury and they came (with all their tools) and fixed the problem for 200$ cheaper.

After waiting for 3 hrs for another company to help with a clogged main drain, i called PARS.
Seyed arrived in 30 mnutes (after midnight), he was kind and calm and knew exactly what to do.
I recommend to contact PARS in an emergency.even if you have to wake them up!

The serviceman was quick, efficient and polite. He did not overcharge and did not attempt to exploit the situation for more money. I would call again no questions asked.

Service man was quick, he arrived within 1.5 hours of the call on a sunday night which is amazing.price is cheaper by half compared to the next guy that answered.he was professional and quickly fixed up everything.would recommend.

Excellent experience, highly recommended. I called for a gas boiler problem on Sunday. They picked up the phone and asked if I would like Sunday or Monday. I said Monday would be fine and the tech, Sayed, came Monday, calling before arriving. He even took his shoes off at the door which has never happened to me with a plumber. He diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes, explaining it to me. He got the replacement part from his truck and I was running again in 30 minutes or so. Then as I was writing the check, he noticed another problem I was working on myself (slow sump pump). He fixed that in about 4 minutes. I will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing / heating issues.
