Cannoli vraiment délicieux, je recommande ceux à la ricotta, les meilleurs. Les gâteaux siciliens comme les Cassata sont divins aussi. C’est aussi très esthétiques: la boutique est jolie et bien achalandée et le charme des paquets emballés avec de la ficelle vert blanc rouge est appréciable. Un petit bout d’Italie à Montréal.

I’ve had plenty of cannolis, always hunting for the next best! One notable workday, a box of cannolis appeared, and after that first delicious bite, I just had to find out their origin. Fast forward a few months, I made to THE place and snagged both regular and mini sizes – no regrets! These are hands down some of Montreal's finest cannolis. Pro tip: stick with the original flavor, it's absolutely unbeatable!

So many choices of delicious treats, the one I always go there for is the famous cannoli.
Its an absolute must if you go there.
The inside filling is creamy soft and flavorful. The shell is firm enough, light and crispy.
Perfect for any occasion. Hands down The Best cannoli in the great Montreal area. You will not be disappointed, would give 6 stars if I could.

My childhood pastry shop …. After Mass and staring up at Mussolini we use to run across the street. “per un piccolo dolce”. The smell of fresh coffee on the streets of Dante is still in my memory …. My favorite then were their cannolis … today I love their Amaretti cookies al pistachio, al limone
My guests go crazy for them … always have some in my freezer, just in case.

I know they’re well known, however my wife and I both just threw out half of our supposedly ricotta-filled cannoli. I’ve had (probably too many) cannoli in my life, but this was probably the worst one. The ricotta was grainy and sadly tasted nothing like ricotta at all. Perhaps we assumed it was ricotta but it was actually another type of cream?

Either way, disappointed.

Old but top class school Italian desserts are found there, especially cannolis that are to die for. Go for their classics and return for the other varieties. There's often a long line up to get inside and with good reason. It's pretty much a perfect spot.

We got our wedding cake from them and it was amazing! Beautiful and absolutely delicious, everybody loved it. And the lady is so kind. I can't recommend it more <3

So much variety and DELICIOUS pastries. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything here. The cannolis and lobster tail was flaky and perfectly sweetened! The mango and coconut mouse was also super tasty! Stop by here if you’re in little Italy.

We've been here three times. The zeppola was alright. Their cookies are delicious, especially the brutti ma buoni and the marzipan ones. Last time we went, we feel we must have been overcharged; 10 small cookies cost us $25. Young worker with long brown hair and black glasses sounded like she was high and wasn't able to respond to our questions in an audible voice. I don't think we'll be back.

Tried this place three times. And their pastries are A-Ma-Zing! Sadly, I don't go there often since the service is cold and rude. I understand that they have a big volume and that they try to be efficient, but a smile wouldn't hurt. I was hoping it would be a one-off thing, but the service was unpleasant the three times I went. I'll maybe try again, I was maybe really unlucky the times I went. If you don't mind it, then I would totally recommend this place! Everything tastes so good and they have a lot of choices.

Something was just not right today. A few times per year, I drive across town with my kids to share in the sweet experience of this place and, mostly, for the usually delicious cannoli. I have been doing this for at least 15 years. Today’s cannoli were definitely not the ones that I drive across town for. As others have mentioned, the pastry was just completely off in texture and had no flavour. The Chantilly cream was also lacking any flavour subtlety, was granular and unbearably “hurt your brain” sweet. We still loved the quirkiness of the place at the Easter season, but really cannot eat the rest of the $50+ cannoli we bought. Maybe we were there later in the day than usual. I don’t know. I hope this doesn’t represent a permanent change.

This pastry shop was recommended by a local. We ordered varieties of treats including some highly recommended Cannolis. All tasted just ok, we went with high expectations. It wasn't busy when we arrived so we were served promptly, the lady there was friendly. She didn't seem to mind we didn't speak French.

Le service est particulièrement désagréable. De grâce, souriez un peu, cela ne fait pas de mal. Et puis lorsqu'on commande un gâteau d'anniversaire, on s'attend à un produit fait maison, pas au résultat d'une préparation prête à l'emploi pour gâteau, insipide et bourrée de produits chimiques.

Des classiques italiens incontournables, rapport qualité/prix imbatables. Un must pour tout les amateurs de Cannolis!

Been going to Alati for many decades. Everything is always so good and fresh.
Yesterday, i picked up some Zeppoli, they were terrible. The cream was gariny, and the pastry was not fresh. FAIL

To get canolli like the ones you can buy at Alati-Caserta, you have to all the way to New York City, or Boston.

You will not know what to order in this place, everything is delicious and so much variety. They have truely delicious Italian pastries and cookies. They also have Italian square pizzas but we didn't try them, next time. There was a long lineup during Covid restrictions with only 4 patrons allowed inside at any one time. But really it's worth the wait time. Our favorite go to place for italian goodies.

This is the best pastry in town, since I was young we've always purchased from Alati and everything is always fresh.best pastiere, zeppoles, and my absolute favorite Cassata Siciliana! No pastry is better than Alati Caserta on Dante!

Having spent a lot of time in Italy over the years, I can assure you that Alati Caserta is as good as the top 20% of places in Italian cities.

Everything here is good - my personal favorite is the mini-cannolis. The double chocolate Nutella is wow.

The Zeppiloni (I've spelled that wrong) are amazing - big soft donuts, split and filled with the sweetened cheese. The cannoli are very good, best to get them fresh early in the day. They have a huge selection of indulgent flavours in the mini size, but I always get the plain. If they were just a little less pricey compared to my other cannoli places, or if the minis were just a bit bigger, it'd be a five star.

This place is simply outstanding: everything they sell is top quality. Oftentimes, it can be difficult to describe a place, and require a lot of words.

In this case, it's quite simple to describe: Do yourself a favor and go try their pastries.

They also have gluten-free cannoli, which is absolutely delicious. If you can't eat gluten,
this is what you've been hoping for.

Very disappointing. Except for the original cannoli, all the other flavours we tasted were made with butter cream rather than ricotta. Not worthwhile going out there. You can find original cannoli that are just as good if not better in the West Island.

Super friendly service, great variety and excellent presentation, but I didn’t really like the cannoli, I went for the pretty ones and didn’t pay attention that they were made whit butter cream instead of ricotta. They all teste the same, just different colours.

Tiramisu incroyablement bon, j'en achète souvent pour des évenements corporatifs et tous mes collègues sans exeption en raffole. Very nice staff that really take the time to listen to exactly what we want. Plus they also give great opinions. Pastries are delicious. Last year bought my boyfriend's birthday cake and it was beautiful and delicious.

Pastries are delish! Cakes look amazing. The lady at the counter was helpful and answered my questions as I'm new to the area and unfamiliar with the various Italian pastries. Highly suggest that you try their famous cannoli, pastries and cakes.

Je me lève la nuit pour aller manger mes restes d'amaretti venant de cette pâtisserie. Il s'agit de la meilleure pâtisserie de Montréal et voir d'amérique du nord. Tout y est délicieux!

Probably the best in the city, or maybe tied. Regardless, these guys have been saving me for the last several years during the holiday season. Excellent cannolis! Great variety and always fresh.

This is by far the best pastry shop in Montreal. I have been coming here since i was a kid and now I come here with my kids. Owners are humble and always eager to assist the clients. Staff too is friendly and polite. They have the best Cannoli's in city hands down and every November they have specials that cannot be beaten. I recommend this place to anyone. They stand by their products and I stand by my reviews.

The cookies are delicious and this would get a five star rating if it wasn't for an employee. Speaking under your breath about customers to another collague is unacceptable. If you are unable to converse politely and save your comments for when after the people have left then perhaps working at a bakery isn't the right place for you.

Our Uber driver told us about this place. Best. Cannoli. Ever. It looked so good I ate it before I even thought of snapping a picture of it. Amazing. My wife really liked the pistachio cookies.

So I didn't go there to try some hard shell with whipped cream named cannoli. I know about it, tried it in Italy and it's not something that will ever impress me. I went there to try the desserts that are so hard to find in Canada. I'm talking about the ones that have a filling instead of a sponge cake with cream on top. And here, I found them! The prices were reasonable for everything that I got, the texture was so soft, especially the mousse one (they even got the moose consistency right) and the Opera cake was not dry unlike other places. Perfect blend of flavors and even the pistachio cookies, they are hard for the first time but then they just melt in your mouth. I loved them all and I'll definitely come back for special occasions!

I am at a loss for words as to how good this place is. Walk, drive, ride a moose, just find a way to get there. You'll thank yourself later.

Very disappointed. Cannoli we bought were very mediocre. The cannoli shells were hard and dry (certainly not freshly made) and the filling was bland. We tasted 3 different kinds of cannoli and didn’t care for any of them. The filling in the “classic” cannoli was bland and tasted of whipped cream. Waste of money (unfortunately bought six). Have tasted much, much better cannoli at the Atwater Market.

Vous avez besoin d'un dessert, c'est votre place! Tous les gateaux et patisseries sont excellents. Je vous conseil d'essayer leur Canolli. Ils sont réputé pour ca depuis près de 50ans. Les meilleurs et ils sont gigantesque!

We heard really great things about this bakery so we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately it fell short. The tiramisu was below average and barely had any flavour. The cannoli pastry was too hard to bite into and the filling tasted like whipped cream.definitely not the authentic filling we are used to. Unfortunately will be going elsewhere for traditional authentic Italian desserts.

On ne peut pas le nier, les gâteaux de cette pâtisserie sont excellents. Par contre, le service est assez inégal. On peut tomber sur des employées courtoises comme on peut tomber sur d'autres qui n'ont aucun sens du service à la clientèle. Être en train de consulter un catalogue accroché à une table pour commander un gâteau et bloquer l'accès à ce catalogue avec une grosse boîte sans trop s'excuser, pas génial. Poser une question et se faire répondre à moitié, pas génial non plus. Je retournerai dans cet endroit seulement si je suis poussée par l'envie de déguster leurs gâteaux déjà prêts.
