Patate Lou-Lou

Je ne sais pas ce qui est arrivé à notre commande, les burger et le wrap césar étaient bons, mais les courgettes panées étaient pas mal ordinaires et la poutine était très décevante. Les frites baignaient dans la sauce et il y avait au plus trois crottes de fromage dans tout le plat. On leur donnera peut-être une deuxième chance.

They've improved quite a bit, delivery wise there's time it can take some time due to limitations. Over all great menu. Wish they would add 2 or 3 new dishes in a near future. Good place to go and have lunch. Simply be wary of delivery service.

Try Gaga patate instead. Cheaper, faster, and so much better. Been going there since my childhood. Its family owned, and has maintained the same high standards through the pandemic. Loulou used the be awesome before 2019, but the love is gone now. The fries are always burnt so its incredibly hard to finish a poutine. It's like they never change the oil tge poutine tastes burnt. That's what ended it for me sadly.

Really quick service with a really big portion of nicely done chips. That, was supper.

Just moved and decided to try this place. Worst wings I ever had, couldn't finish them. Only 3 sauces to choose from. Ranch, garlic and hot sauce. Same sauces we buy at the grocery store. The zucchini was too salty to eat. 1st and last time ordering from them.

Husband was craving poutine like in his college days and this did not disappoint! We both loved it and appreciated the cheese-to-sauce ratio.
I ordered at the counter for take out and it was ready within 10-15 minutes but there were many people ahead of me. Prices are what you would expect but the service was extra friendly and well worth the wait.
We were a little disappointed that they were out of mini donuts but it sounds like a perfect excuse to go back again.
Would recommend.

The best chip stand in Aylmer. I have friends who drive here from the other side of Ottawa for the poutine. I have yet to have slow service or to be disappointed in anything I've ordered.

Great food. Horrible queue organization. Those who are only there to pick up and have ordered ahead still have to go in the same line as those waiting to order. Food sits out on the counter for so long before paying for it.

Really good poutine and the curds are great. They also have vegetarian gravy and if you order extra cheese it ends up almost half cheese half fries which is equally great

Online ordering is a nice option, food was made quickly and was delicious. Prices are reasonable as well!

I might have to stop there anytime I'm on the QC Side. The club was delicious and so was the poutine and pop curds. My friend got chicken fingers and onion rings and those too were amazing. We ate there so the food was hot and fresh. I probably wouldn't take any of it to go, might get cold and soggy! Delicious!

Went by today wanted a small poutine at $6 plus tax wanted raw onions in it but asked how much it would be, they said $1.50 more for the raw onions in my small poutine. Ouch! A little abusive in the price. That's it for me with them. Elsewhere it's $0.50 to a $1 if I want extra onions in a small poutine some place or even free.

Un bon casse croute pas tres vite sur ke service et les pstate sont pas asez cuite mais pour le teste cest bon

I like the food very much so far but do find that the service girl taking orders seems a little robotic and lacks a little friendly warmth when taking orders. Like hurry and figure out what you are ordering before she asks what you want because she does not have time to waste.

Quel insulte de recevoir une sur 2 poutine. Une correct, mais l'autre avait l'air d'une soupe (très liquide). Nous étions dans leur stationnement pour manger. L'insulte c'est que la caissière à dit à mon époux qui n'avait pas acheter cette poutine chez eux et qu'il avait mis de l'eau dans poutine. En plus, elle lui a dit quelle se souviendra de son visage.

Poutine avec trop de sauce, pas assez de frites et le fromage en grains n’est pas frais. La moyenne Poutine n’était pas remplie et il y en avait autant que la mini.

Le cesar wrap doesnt have chicken and was too saucy. Not enough care went into prepping our meal. The website should allow for extra options. Disappointed.

Below average service, below average food. Waited for 45 minutes outside for a poutine and a hotdog. Prices are significantly high for a chip truck. Not worth the wait for the food. Go to patate glacée instead its 7 minutes away and its way better

Great service, amazing food, fantastic menu choices. Best poutine in Aylmer! Can get pretty busy but definitely worth the wait!

It has the best burgers and i eat here all the time i have never had a problem with it we are regular costumers and we eat here a lot

Awesome poutine, we had the Lou Lou sauce but will return to try their gravy. Decent flavour and saltiness of the sauce, usually too bland at other places. Fast and friendly service, good value, cheese curds layered throughout, not just on top.

Je suis allé hier vers 18h15. C'était ma 2ieme visite chez Patate Lou Lou. Je comprends que je suis arrivé pendant un rush. Mais, j'étais surpris qu'une madame attendait depuis près d'une heure pour sa commande. Elle a vu plusieurs personnes commander après elle et recevoir leur bouffe avant elle. C'est assez frustrant pour une personne qui attend sa nourriture. Moi ça prit une vingtaine de minutes pour recevoir la commande. Je crois éviter l'heure du souper dans le futur. Surtout en temps froid pcq tu risque de geler en attendant ta bouffe.

Really good food here. The poutine is the one of best in aylmer qc I' personally love this place. The staff are real nice.

Consistently good food put out by friendly people. They have a massive menu and killer poutine. As well if you like club sandwiches then this is a great spot for you.

(I never leave bad reviews unless I feel necessary) My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers to this establishment for years but we are never ordering from here again. We ordered 2 large poutines and while we were eating it we found hairs in the food, we called them to inform not expecting a refund at all, and the owner/cook called us liars, she had a horrible attitude and was very rude about it and because of the lack of cleanliness and manners we are never ordering from here again.

Good food, fair price. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to get a plastic fork and napkin with your pick up order. I'm not always on my way home.

After years of being regular customers, we are terribly disappointed in the terrible customer service and treatment we received. After being told our order would take about 50 min, we called after 70 minutes to ask where our order was and were told it was on the road - 5 minutes out. After 95 minutes we called back again to complain and said we would have ordered somewhere else if we knew it would be so long, and we were told not to eat there again if we didn’t like it and hung up on! The food arrived just after the call and was unsurprisingly cold and mushy. Don’t waste your time! Order from someone else!

Meilleure poutine de Aylmer sans hésitation. Rivalise facilement la poutine de la Pataterie Hulloise de Hull. Poutine généreuse en fromage, bonne frites et sauce brune. Oubliez la poutine de chez Snack Shack, Lou-Lou c'est la seule place à aller pour une poutine.

Amazing poutine. And im forever thankful to the friendly staff. One morning after i accidently nearly o.d. They were very kind and gave me free water. I cannot stress enough though how amazing the poutine is. I travel to aylmer just for the poutine when I can.

Horrible delivery service.waited 1h30+ minutes for my order, it came cold. I had to reheat it myself. If you consider eating Patate Lou-Lou get directly to the place and order at the counter otherwise don`t waste your time and money.

Been going there for more than 15 years, but since the new ownership, quality has been degrading. They just served us overcooked/re-fried fries from the day before

Fast food with affordable prices. Poutines are great, but that's the only thing I order here. Small place, few chairs with a standing bar. During summer there are few tables outside. Free parking on streets nearby.

I received horrible service here and a staff yelled at me. I will never go and never recommend this place to anyone.

Been my go to place for years. I was attending the near by school and every Friday for lunch I us to go there. And still to days day I try to go about once a month.it's my treat.

I am giving 1 star rate just mainly because the service is unacceptable! I have waited 30 minutes for a mini poutine and a hotdog. I asked the cashier if my order was going to be ready anytime soon and she responded that "We are very busy because of delivery and pick-up" which is the situation that I understand. However, being efficient and working effectively especially in a fast food restaurant like Patate Lou Lou is very important. I know and I do admit that the poutine is very delicious, but the quality of the product won't justify the terrible customer service that the gentlemen before me, and the family after me experienced today.

Employees must be trained appropriately of basic customer service. I did not even get "Hmm so sorry for waiting! Your poutine will be ready anytime soon or Thank you very much for your patience.

I have been to a lot of poutine spots and I have never experienced a service like this! Very disappointed!

Patate Lou Lou is my favourite Casse-Croûte for a Club sandwich and Poutine with Lou Lou gravy.

You can design your own Poutine pick your Sauce, Vegetable and Meat.
Or you can even have Poutine for dessert.

I like that you can get a Wrap, Submarine or Salad so something to please everyone.

There is also a nice selection of Appetizers including a variety of Wonton Crunch.

The dessert assortment is good with about five different pies/cakes and cookies, at a very reasonable price.

Out front are picnic tables with umbrellas and some bar seating inside. There is ample street parking and a small parking lot off of Rue Du Couvent.

I miss that they no longer freshly bread their own pogos daily anymore. They use to do fresh cut fries and found the fries seemed a little different this time around. On the plus side, they are now open year round.
There has definitely been a change in exchanging pleasantries and helpfulness. I hope that this is a current hiccup and changes in the future.

These folks know how to make a poutine! Cheese curds right to the last bite and just the right amount of gravy.

J ' adore généralement manger au patate loulou mais a soir. Horrible. Mon lunch arrive toute a l 'envert dans son contenant comme si le driver avec fait un course de nascar. Aucun ustensile pourtant il on etais mentionner. N'y napkin rien de rien. La dame me demande au téléphone un acôté de pain, je repond oui, je lui demande es - ce un extra elle me dit que non alors je reaccepte de nouveau! Et puis je ne le recois point mon pain. J ' apelle a nouveau, le pain seras envoyer genial! Il arrive ici avec 1 tranche de pain, une simple vulgaire tranche de pain, pas de beurre, pas ustensile. Loulou qu ' es qui ce passe, vous etiez sa couche avant, what going on! Keep it up guys. Aucune haine ces un commentaire d ' amélioration!
