Went yesterday to get a cake, I got the rudest service ever! The lady at the cash was so rude that it ruined the whole birthday! Learn how to treat your customers.

Not the old lady, it was someone in her 50s and she was literally screaming at us after we asked a question. Worst customer service ever! Avoid

If you want authentic Greek pastries, baklava, spanakopita, tiropita, cakes and bread this is the place to stop and try. Always fresh

The best patisserie I've been going to for years, shopping and eating with pleasure, everything is very fresh and clean.spanakopitas are my favorite.

I used to like this place very much but now I'm tired of always getting the old dry stuff. Even if I specifically ask them to give me the fresh pieces (and I spend a good amount of $$$), the ladies behind the counter are instructed to pick the old baklava, spanakopita etc. Look closely next time and you will see. It is very frustrating. That's just being cheap with your loyal customers.

Excellentes pâtisseries, le gâteau au fromage est vraiment bon, j'enlève une étoile car le service à la clientèle n'est pas toujours le meilleur.

En entrant c'était déjà délicieux pour les yeux. Tout était bon de ce que j'ai gouté.

Le personnel est accueillant, accommodant et les gâteaux de première qualité! Je recommande. Et venez voir le lieux de belles boiseries d'époque!

Je ne comprends pas la note de 4,4, ni la fraîcheur ni le goût ne sont au rendez-vous. Un après-goût étrange sur certains morceaux de gâteau

*edit.the customer service is really bad here, it just gets worse. Some people are ok but most of the ladies behind the counter couldn't care less about their customers only see $$$ signs walking through the door. I was asking for some help for a big event and she didn't even care or give me a straight answer when I asked to purchase a piece of the cake I was inquiring about. Myself and my family have spent thousands of dollars here for most of our family events and milestones and everyday items. It's so disappointing to see this place going downhill like this. I left the bakery empty handed and frustrated. I've overlooked the food poisoning I've got from here and the fillers they put in their savory pastries but enough is enough, there are so many other great bakeries to chose from, I suggest going elsewhere for the same baked goods with better value and customer service and appreciation.

*this is more recent. I have been there several more times now and they've been really nice. Everything was tasty.
They charge high prices but that's ok if it's good not when the little cakes you bring to a guest's house are stale. How dare they! This has happened on more than one occasion unfortunately. Also, when a customer comes in the bakery they could at least acknowledge them or greet them. They completely ignore you if they are a little busy. It's too bad because when they care and pay attention they have really tasty savory pastries, Greek baked goods and great cakes. I guess it has to be your lucky day.

We had a quick stop at Afroditi's for delicious pastries and lattés. Can't go wrong with this old staple of the neighborhood!

There were flies in the counters and displays.
The service was very bad.
After all of this, it was very expensive for bad service and flies on the food.

I called to place an order and was told I could email which I did. I proceeded to call back 2 days later to confirm the order and the lady on the phone was very rude telling me to call back again because they were busy. So I followed her instructions. I called again a day later and was told they never got my email and it was too late to make the cake. My email was indeed sent from my inbox to the correct address. Very unprofessional and will never be ordering from them again. I used to love this bakery but after this experience I rather take my business somewhere else.

The cakes are delicious and of excellent quality, honestly a bit expensive but they are worth it and the employees are super friendly

Always friendly. Fresh cakes and also available in small slices. Strawberry Shortcake is amazing.
