Lol! Someone needs to go back to charm school! I just got yelled at over the phone by the owner because I placed an order via Doordash and called the store to change an eclair for something else! Who told you it's ok to talk to people like that? Repeat costumer no more! Vive Premiere Moisson!

Malheureusement ce n'ai pas la première fois qu'on demande à la fille qui nous sert de ne pas nous donner les croissants brulés, mais elle le fait pareil. Je ne pense pas que c'est un bon service.

Bûche pistache framboise très décevante aucun goût on ne goûte pas la pistache et à peine la framboise. Semblable à une bûche d'épicerie bien plus chère. Je ne rachèterai pas. Leurs gâteaux sont bien meilleurs.

Belle petite pâtisserie de quartier. Les croissants à l'érable valent le détour et les petits gâteaux Empereur sont divins. Il faut aussi goûter à leurs chocolats. Le service est courtois et les patissiers ont du talent.

The bread and patisserie are fresh. Prices are acceptable. Access is OK because of the school near by. Personnel are nice and quick.

Je ne sais pas si ça a changé de proprio dans les dernières années, mais j'y suis retournée recemment et je suis vrmt décue. La tarte a la citrouille devait faire un demi pouce d'épaisseur, sec, on dirait qu'elle etait ratée alors qu'elle a déjà été une des meilleurs que j'ai mangé! 10,25$ aux poubelles!

Null dans les gâteaux! Ne gâchez pas votre mariage comme moi je l'ai fait en les faisant confiance! À ma grande surprise le jour du mariage, en voyant le gâteau tellement laid, je ne savais pas s'il fallait que je pleure, je ris ou je cache mon gâteau! J'avais honte! Complètement impensable, très très loin de ce qu'on javais demandé! Ça vaut un gros Zero!

I’m very disappointed. I ordered my baby girl’s second birthday cake and I showed them a picture they said we can do everything except the doll on it. I said it’s ok forget about the doll but I want the rest perfect and I want it taller.when I went on 12th January I was shock seeing the cake. I had no choice that last minute.it was very unprofessional and the candies that they made on top of it was very bad, I could make better by myself and the cake wasn’t tall. I told them I don’t care about the money I just want the cake beautiful and perfect. I always read reviews but I made a mistake that I didn’t this time. I don’t recommend this place, they will ruin your event

This is the first time I feel disappointed about my order. On Dec 15, I went to the bakery to order a tall cake. I show them the cake found on their website “Anniversaire -11” and requested in pink. I even send an email the day after with the picture and a copy of the invoice (which shows TALL) to ensure the shape and color. On Dec 29 when I went to pick up the cake I was shocked to see a short cake, I told them it was not what I ordered and was only told “well we already used 4 layers”. Since I had no plan B (I trusted this bakery for more than 25 years) I had no choice to take the cake with me. When I got home and set up the cake I noticed the cake was not only short but crooked. When I cut the cake I understood why the cake was short and crooked. The 4 layers they bake were sooo thin and uneven which I’m sure they knew and didn’t care correcting their mistake. Or at least call me to let me know! I will NOT recommend this bakery for any milestone event. Images don’t lie.

Belle accueil mais commande des chocolats caramel salé et de retour à la maison, on a droit à des boules à la cerise.alors un gros zéro si y savent même pas reconnaître leur produits qu’ils nous vendre.

Super produit, mais petite boutique achalandé donc peu avoir de l'attente (mais prouve aussi la qualité de leur produit)

Le gâteau d'anniversaire était plutôt sec et il manque de goût. La crème pâtissière de la tarte jardinière est également fade.

My only criticism; and especially during a pandemic; having gone on more than one occasion and having to ask the cashier to wash her hands before manipulating food.unbelievable!

On a commandé un gâteau pour 12 et ils nous ont préparé un gâteau pour 8, le gâteau était sec et avait peu de saveur. Je ne retournerai plus à cette pâtisserie

I am very disappointed right now with my order. The cake I order isn't the same I received even though you called me twice to verify the order, too expensive yet the work put in it is cheap. Clearly no trust. Thanks for ruining my son's birthday. Never again.

J'ai acheté deux petits gateaux hier pour la fête de ma soeur. Elle a trouvé un cheveux dans le Sabayon. Ça a gâché son anniversaire!

I sent a picture of the cake I wanted, it was clearly a very pale pink and when I went to pick up my cake, he had made a full pink cake. When I objected to the colour of the cake, I was told pink is pink. He said he was not a Reno Depot with varieties. Basically, the pink he chose is what he uses for any pink cake regardless of shade and he was very rude while explaining to me. Very bad customer service. I’m so disappointed, it ruined my decorations plan as I had decorated based on the colour of my cake. They did not apologize or at least sound apologetic. Just plain rude! Never again. The cake was so ugly compared to the beautiful pic I had sent!

Je viens d'essayer leurs produits pour la première fois et c'était terrible! Le croissant était dur et avait un arrière goût de brûlé et le croissant aux amandes était dur aussi et complètement brulé d'en haut comme d'en bas, la chocolatine était dur aussi et avait un arrière goût de brulé. Les produits n'était ni frais, ni de bonne qualité, ils arrivent même par a donner la forme de lune au croissant.j'avais l'impression de manger du pain périmé. Je n'ai jamais goûté des viennoiseries d'aussi mauvais goût et d'une aussi piètre qualité! Jai fini par tout jeter a la poubelle tellement ce n'était pas comestible.
