This review is only for the churros, they are great when fresh, we usually go here when we want something sweet and good, must try!

Excellent authentic Argentinian empanadas. They are delicious and there is a great choice of flavors. The churros are very tasty. I definitely recommend this place!

This review isn’t so much for the food than the customer service. My 12 year son wanted to purchase churros with his own money. He only had his debit card on him, he asked for two churros and the man (short balding) behind the counter insisted on the $5.00 Interac minimum.two churros with tax came to $4.03, he still refused to accept the purchase. I informed him the minimum purchase goes against local regulations, he then replied he also has the right not to serve us. I was shocked. We lived in NDG for 6 years and always frequented this shop, the lady who usually works the cash was always friendly and patient. Needless to say my son walked out empty handed thanks to the man behind the counter. I vowed never to patronize this business again.

This place is small but you go their to pick up their churros. They are good. I usually buy churros and some empanadas.yumyum

This place has the BEST CHURROS in town! Believe me, I've tried pretty much all churros in Montreal and they're too greasy or don't taste as the churros in Mexico but here they make them EXACTLY like in Mexico. They sell other stuff from Mexico and Latin America but I strongly recommend it for their churros!

This place definitely ranks in my top lost for churros. What i like about this place is the dough is thin and it's a little more crispy than other places. Mainly the filling is all the way through. Every bite you get an even filling which is consistent and pleasant.
Bad side is you have to eat it pretty much on the spot. If you wait for an hour it tastes very different. Even though it's filled on the spot it isn't fried then and there. So depending on when you show up you could get some that have been fried earlier. It's more cold and that part isn't the freshest but it's definitely good if you eat it live. If you're planning on buying 6 or 12 and having it later in the day or at worst the next day, forget about it you're in for a surprise.
What makes this place worth it is the price. It is absolutely affordable so it's worth the drive.
If it was more fresh I would definitely give this place 5 stars.

As for the empanadas, the chicken is amazing! It's chunks of chicken and it's filled and tasty. The beef is ground beef and is nothing special TBH.

So go for the chicken empanadas and have your churros on the spot and you won't be disappointed. As for the rest, well you have my review.

The best churros and best customer service in the city. My favorite is the comb churros and Spanish chocolate. Try it!

Best churros and empanadas in the whole city of Montreal. Everything tastes extremely delicious, each churro is baked with attention and they ain't holding back to cut costs. The staff are super nice and friendly.all in all, I love this place and I'll be there every day for those who want to make friends, meet me there!

Authentic churros! Prefer the classic with only sugar coating. Possible to pre-order and pick-up for large amounts. A hidden gem for snacks in the neighborhood.

When you want to taste a latin american empanada or a stuffed churro, there is not other place like Che Churro in Montreal. We love it with my wife. It, s far from out home in St Bruno but it's worth the trip

Food is yummy, loved the empanadas and the churros. Great service. It is a shame that they did not spend more care on the decoration.

This is a great place for obviously Churro's, they also have great specialty items for Latin American cuisine. Quick lunch or snack, their empanada's are delicious.

Three words for you - Great churros & empanadas! Went here for the first time and what an awesome find. Nice little place to sit and have a quick bite of some very yummy food & drink. Many different flavors of churros to choose from and 21 different kinds of empanadas. Also a nice little selection of out of town goods on hand. And the service is excellent with a friendly smile and extremely helpful. Looking forward to going back to try more!

The empanadas were heavily-stuffed, almost a meal in themselves. We liked the pancetta and cheese, it was not salty unlike the ones we've tried abroad.
We had their plain churros (those not dipped in sugar), paired w their famouse chocolate dip. Taste was perfect, you can almost still taste the cacao.
The staff were extremely attentive and accomodating.
We will definitely be back.

Must say my 4 year old son saw a churros stand at a fair and had a one track mind for it after that. We looked for a place in our neighborhood and this one came up. Churros were delicious and worthy of the rating. Definitely worth coming back here for the churros but eager to try the empanadas.

The best Churros in Montreal. And all the Argentinian treats are there (Alfajores de maizena for me!)

Vous voulez essayer les vrais churros c'est la place! Ils ont des churros d'Argentine fourré au chocolat ou au caramel, un vrai délice, très sucré. Il rajoute la farce sur place avec une machine qui fait le trou dans le churros, a chaque fois les churros étaient frais et les pris sont raisonnables.
