Meilleure pâtisserie sur Montréal, j'y vais régulièrement et je ne m'en lasse jamais de leur création

3,7? Je ne comprend même pas comment c’est possible. La pâtisserie en tant que telle est correct. Cependant, il y a une employé: Maria, elle est détestable. Je ne compte pas retourner à cette pâtisserie à cause d’elle. Elle m’a très mal parler et m’a fait sentir comme une moins que rien. Elle gère mal ses employés et a tendance à couper la parole en pleine discussion. AFFREUX!

Service affreux. Même une étoile c’est généreux. Maria ruine l’envie d’aller à cette pâtisserie. Songez à changer la sois-disant superviseur.

Maria a un service très désagréable. Elle est très arrogante et parle très mal à ses employés. En pleine discussion avec l’employé, elle est venu couper la discussion pour ordonner à son employé de faire quelque chose d’autre. J’étais à moitié servie et j’ai alors du attendre + de 10min. Question qualité c’est passable, question employé principalement cette jeune demoiselle Maria, ça laisse à désirer.

Il mérite même pas une étoile, le gérant est vraiment vulgaire il crie sur tout le monde. On mange pas gratuitement, on paye de l’argent pour avoir plaisir pas pour gâcher nos sorties.

The cakes aren’t good enough to cover up for the rude staff members! Instead of being warm and welcoming they are disrespectful and problematic with the clients!

Mauvais comportement avec les clients et surtout le patron.
Les prix sont très élevés.

I went there with my family and we had experienced the worst customer service there. Really not worth it spending your money there so that the owner can insult his customer.

I have nothing to say. It is more than wonderful. The food is exemplary. Everything is also the service. This is not the first time I have taken from here. It is really very wonderful. I advise everyone who has a party or invitations to come here. It is a truly wonderful place. Two days ago it was my husband's birthday and the cake was more than wonderful. I was also surprised by it. Thank you to all the customers who work with kindness, love and respect. I give it more than 10/10.

Great desserts, but the service can be improved.
3 people bought 5 desserts, got 2 forks and 1 napkin. Asked for an additional fork and napkins; recieved a reaction "I already gave you. "

Possiblement les meilleurs croissants, vissienories à Montréal. Excellent choix de pâtisseries, desserts mais leurs prix sont exagérés à d'autres places

I have only tried custom cakes, not their in store pastries or cakes. Overall, the experience have been good. I would highly recommend to improve their boxes for taller or custom cake orders, it's not stable also I find it unhygienic as their box lid stays completely open because of the size of the cake. As a pastry store, if you're taking orders, you should be able to accommodate appropriate boxes for the goods to be carried safely & in an appropriate way. Imagine all the dust from the street and air that touched the cake which a person paid for and others will eat? Many other places have special boxes for these types of cake order. Personally, I recommend their Hazelnut flavor if you're ordering a cake.

I used to go to this place very often prior to COVID. It was my favorite for family and friends gathering for delicious desserts and ice cream. I was shocked and disappointed after my first visit after COVID last week. No atmosphere, place is almost empty. Service is awful. No one knew how to make a cappuccino. We ordered two pieces of cake that came so dry. I still believe that this place could turn it around and elevate its rating to 5 stars. Good Luck

Le propriétaire ou bien le gérant est trop méchant, impoli et même agressif avec les clients s’il y avait moins qu’une étoile je le mettrai

Wow I've been looking for years to find a place like this around Montreal/Laval where I can find really good and fresh pastry! 10/10 would recommend! I've met the owner of the place, real gentleman, he has a real passion and you can see why when you enter the place! Cremino is the place!

Très bonne pâtisseries et café. Le propriétaire était sympathique et nous a offert un excellent service.
