On Oct 22 / 2023 visited for knaffe the place very convenient for free parking inside very bright spacing setting loved the area with the sofas like sitting room the countertop full of delicious deference selection of sweets you want to try everything all done with care and passion price very reasonable comparison to other places the service amazing from a very happy polite smilling staffs they take the time to make sure costumers are happy and the serving very neat and the taste worth every penny soooooooo delicious
Honestly, the taste of all the sweets there is very nice and it's one of the best. However, the custemer service is bad. I went several times in Eid there and the employees don't smile at all, don't said happy Eid, I don't know why they are sad. Also, there is no feeling of Eid there at all. The prices are expensive too. Hopefully they will improve their custemer service.
I love this place eventhough I am not arabic I have tried arabic sweets from many places and I rate this to be amongst the highest Really love the place cant wait to go there again
Their sweets are delicious and a variety of variety, reasonable prices. I put 4 stars because the cream they have, I don't think it's 100% fresh. This is my experience. I hope to improve the quality of the cream
Unfortunately it's not delicious because I am Egyptian and I am comparing to Egyptian pastry. It looks good for the eyes but the taste is different. So I apologize for the bad review which is subjective to my taste. But I would like to add that the hygiene is not at its highest. The lady was putting the pastry in the box with her bare hands with no gloves!
Delicious baklava, I’m Palestinian and I grew up eating baklava made by my mom and I also know how to make it myself and this truly tastes like the real thing if anyone wants to taste real baklava with the perfect ratio of crispiness, flakiness, sugary and moistness melting in your mouth this is a must try in montreal and it’s not too heavy not too sugary just a great ratio that’ll allow you to eat at your hearts content just as I did. <3 I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.
Spoke to this lady AYA who claims that she works there on wedding sweets. Why would you let somebody who lies like that use your name on social media? She dragged me along for 1 month saying she will give me an appointment to work on my wedding sweet table.
Every time I Called her she would say I'll call you back or I will text you the details and she never does!
Horrible experience, it made me not want to visit this store again.
Merci
" ya 3aybshum" they say they close at 7 pm, was there at 6: 40, they literally kicked everyone out and slammed the door while shouting at us, the workers must be very tired, but this is no way to treat customers! Never going there again
Reply: First, since you (the management) are this disrespectful, i wont be surprised that your staff is also disrespectful. Second, you are the liar and check your video cameras, i have no reason to lie. Plus, don't be idiotic and check the date of my comment. Third, be respectful to your customers, not only to keep them, but also to have a good reputation.
Best pastries in town! My go-to for every events where a good dessert is required. If you’re craving something good and fresh. Well, it’s your go-to spot as well. My favorite dessert would definitely be Halawet El-Riz (tried few other spots but they’re the only ones that master the technique - there’s just something so special about it). Once again, I DEFINITELY recommend this spot!
Best authentic Lebanese pastries in town! I would recommend 10/10. Always a perfect costumer service with a lot of variety. The place is always clean and the food never disappoints! Thank you!
The best sweets ever no competitor but today it was very very bad experience with slow very slow service. Lineup of 20 peoples waiting and the employees act like there is one client, walking slowly talking to each other and cleaning the counter so we start telling them come on faster we’re are in Siyam and standing up since more than 10 minutes
Spacious, elegant and clean place with the most delicious and best types of sweets, a large selection of western sweets and delicious oriental sweets, baklawa, cake, kunafa, halawet el Jeben, ice cream and pastries. The service is excellent and the people are kind, I highly recommend.
I live in vancouver and ordered from Samadi couple of times. The goods arrived in a good condition, packaged properly with ice packs. If you are living anywhere in Canada and craving Lebanese sweets, this is your go to place.
The best Lebanese sweets in Canada! High quality ingredients and full of flavor. I usually place a big order and share with my siblings every month as I live in another province. The delivery service and attention to detail are outstanding. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very impressed with their petit four, Mamoul Mad Pistachio and all kinds of Baklava. This is your go to place for Lebanese sweets. I highly recommend it.
They have the best ka'ak ever, so fresh and tasty (order it with coffee). They have all delicious Ramadan pastries. Also their ice cream made of real fruits is highly recommended. You can always call ahead and reserve what you need. The staff are super friendly and nice.
The Arabic desserts were very delicious (as usual), but the croissants were undercooked. My main concern is that NONE of the workers were wearing masks, even though the desserts are exposed on the counters (behind Plexiglass separations from clients). This is very upsetting as it does not respect public health guidelines to protect against COVID-19.
Nice fresh pastries and very friendly staff. I am extremely unfamiliar with this kind of food and staff kindly and patiently explained dessert options to me so I could pick things I would like!
Great service, Naur is super friendly and the pastries she recommended, all home made, were excellent. The box you can see on the picture was 11$ tax included.
Just bought one of my favourite sweets (mafrouke) and as always it is soooooo fresh and delicious. Would not change this patisserie for any other store.
Amazing pastries. But if you aren't Arab, like me, you don't get as good service. They were super friendly with the Arab customers. Not as friendly to non Arab. But its worth it to go there for the food because it's sooo good.
AUCUN RESPECT NI SOURIRE. TU PERDS UN CLIENT POUR 4 DOLLARS TU CROIS TU INTELLIGENTES DE ME PASSER UN PRODUITS PAREIL.si je touve un 0 je te passe un 0 madame pour ton service médiocre!
Discovered this place through recommendation. Oh my god! Such fresh desserts. I only went in for a specific thing, but I was told it's a dangerous place. Dangerously tasty. All the things looked delicious. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Pretty huge place too if you just want to eat there. Have yet to try. Definitely coming back even if it's out of my way.
