Pâtisserie T.M.

I can’t really describe how much I wanted to love this. The shop is very sweet. The woman serving us was very polite, kind, and attentive. The desserts and savoury buns look phenomenal. However my friend and I were really disappointed in the taste and texture. I enjoy delicate flavours in desserts that aren’t too sweet, but the flavours in most of what we had were so subtle that it came off as bland. We also suspected that either the desserts had too much gelatine in them or they were frozen, because all of the mousses we tried had a bizarre texture - it wasn’t silky smooth like you would expect it to be. Perhaps they started making the desserts in bulk and freezing them to keep up with demand? Who knows! The savoury buns we had were decent though - specifically the yakisoba and kaarage flavours. The only other comment I would offer is that even though the shop itself is cute, the tables are so narrow that I can be difficult to share with another person.

Great Japanese bakery, their delicacies are just as great for the eyes as they are for your taste buds. And it's not just matcha and cheesecakes (although they do have that), they have a good variety! It's also a legit Japanese place run by Japanese people so you really get that typical atmosphere like you're in japan. Great spot!

Some Japanese classics. Haven't had yakisoba pan in years, and never better than this one.

Delicious and original cakes, and the Japanese breads are amazing! You have to be there early though, the breads sell pretty quickly.

Des pâtisseries concoctées avec finesse. Les herbes et épices sont utilisées avec brio et on y retrouve pas trop de sucre pour pouvoir goûter et apprécier toutes les saveurs. On y trouve aussi des pâtisseries avec des fragrances/goûts du Japon (Maccha, sakura, yuzu.). On s'aventure parfois pour offrir des pains-repas comme on retrouve en Asie et dont on ne trouve nulle part ici (sauf Cocobun, mais je préfére le style japonais, moins léger que ceux d'Hong Kong)

Good selection of pastries, made carefully with fresh ingredients. It is always hard to decide which one to try. I loved all with matcha or strawberry, black forest and yuzu. Also the biscuits are pretty good with a morning or afternoon tea. I have not tried the salty dishes but they are also in my "to try" list.

A varied selection of French/Japanese delicacies, the owner was friendly as well! The decor inside was absolutely too cute!

I love the elegance and the lightness of desserts at Patisserie T. M. They all look beautiful and taste delicious; never too sweet. Many of them are made gluten free. Eating pastries and desserts made by Japanese pastry chef is a delight. Highly recommended.

Un petit trésor bien caché mais qui vaut largement le détour: les pâtisseries y sont tout aussi bien délicieuses que magnifiques: elles sont tout en finesse et délicatesse question goût et texture! Et fait assez rare pour mériter d'être mentionné: la propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et toute simple: elle prend bien le temps de vous expliquer ses pâtisseries quitte à vous faire sentir certains ingrédients! Un véritable coup de cœur pour moi que je ne peux que conseiller!

Le service était excellent et l'emballage des produits est très minutieux. Les patisserie et les pains salé étaient tous délicieux.
