PE Fraser-Pièces de Portes et Fenêtres

Impossible de retourner des morceaux dune valeur de pres de 400$ encore emballé, je ny retournerai jamais

Bon service mais 10% de frais si on retourne une pièce… donc on nous fais payer si on fais une erreur malheureusement. Sinon bon service

La place pour trouver les pièces de fenêtre et porte. Je cherchais un coupe froid pour me porte d entre après avoir été chez Canac et home dépôt le.preposer de chez Pe Fraser MMA trouvé le bon.

The replacement part that PE Fraser's CSR told me would fit my door was not the correct part. I contacted PE Fraser and he informed me that their website was down and that they would get back to me. When the CSR did return my email, I was told I was a couple of days outside of their 30 day return policy. I'm not happy as the CSR could have inquired as to what part I needed. Instead, the CSR showed no interest in helping me secure the correct part and that I was unable to return or exchange the part of the one I needed. Very very poor customer service experience and attitude on the part of PE Fraser.

Very much willing to help and answer emails very promptly. They were recommended by my local Home Hardware in Timmins after they could not source parts for my older windows. Thank You PE Fraser!

I sked a question on PE Fraser's chat line and did not receive an answer. Simple question - no answer.

On y trouve à peu près toutes les composantes de quincaillerie de portes et fenêtres, peu importe le fabriquant.

Parfois le clavardage n'est pas la meilleure solution. Mais avec Justin au téléphone tout est réglé: écoute, compréhension, bons conseils. A recommander

Grand choix de produits et bon service. Il y a eu d’abord une erreur sur ma facture et le directeur des ventes n’a pas hésité à corriger le tout!

Je recommande sans aucun doute cette entreprise, professionnel et courtois malgré la forte achalandage de cette saison estival.

Politiques de retour qui ne font aucun sens
Charger 10% de frais après m’être obstiner pour retourner un seuil de porte de 6’ acheté hier à 3: 15, se vend en longueur de 6’ ou 12’ seulement et tu es pris avec…. Demander le gérant pour lui partager mon avis et ne jamais le voir parce qu’il est trop occupé du au manque de main d’œuvre
Bref allez donc ailleurs!

Ordered some door weatherstripping on December 17. Got a confirmation to receive my order and it is now 29 December and I have heard nothing about my order.

So I called there a different phone numbers and nobody picks The phone it’s always a voicemail and they speak nothing but French it says if you want to speak English voice push nine and I push the number nine And instead of English, they’re still talking French

And then it beeps like to leave a voicemail. I’ve sent him several messages by mail. I’ve left several voice messages and nobody has gotten back to me.

So first of all, they should correct the issue with push nine to speak in English and then when you push nine it’s nothing but French which I don’t understand

And if they’re closed through all of Christmas in the new year, that should be posted on their website
