Qualité médiocre, mes excuses mais a plusieurs reprises, je fais mes ongles chez vous et je suis déçu de la qualité. Qualité horrible. Déconseillé même si ils sont gentils mais client insatisfait

On m'a blessée et je dois aller voir un podiatre à 120$ pour enlever un bout d'ongle. Elles sont négligeantes, botcheuses et 20 minutes pour un pédicure c'est du vol et avec une blessure. Je suis revoltée.

So bad I did my eyebrows Wednesday and now my eyebrows hurts so bad there’s a scar and pimple I can’t even touch them they burn a lot 0 stars for real.

Should’ve checked the reviews before coming here…. Not good service & not good work. The shellac polish totally peeled off after not even 3 full weeks, I can usually go 3 months with the same shellac toe polish. Not impressed, would not come back and suggest y’all go elsewhere

They also try to over charge you

Très bien traitée, le hic.elles se parlent toujours entre elles en chinois
Je trouve complètement impoli de leurs parts.
Malheureusement, majoritairement, elles sont toutes comme ça, trans tout les commerces asiatiques pour ongles.

Bien que le personnel soit gentil et aimable! Ma pose Shellac n’a duré qu’une journée. Puis, la finition laisse vraiment à désirer. Trop cher pour le rendu, je ne reviendrai pas.
Je mets 2 étoiles pour la gentillesse du personnel et parce que c’est sans RDV.

Service manucure et pédicure non qualitatif, tout croche, les outils ne sont pas conformes à la hygiène, pas stérilisés et les appareils (sèches ongles) jamais désinfectés!
La manucure est fait en vitesse et ne pas de qualité! Après chaque visite je dois corriger la manicure, pourquoi alors on paye pour ce service!?

I showed a picture of the nails I wanted to the girl and they didn’t do it properly. I got this brownish colour on my nails and now I have to redo them completely paid $65 for nothing. Please don’t go here find somewhere else bad service and they cut up my hands.

Way too expensive for what you get. Got a regular pedicure with regular polish. Cost over $50. Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t imagine what Gel or Shellac would’ve cost!

I was there yesterday to get a pedicure and nail polish change. And with regular polish no extras. The person who attended to me was miserable and coughing the whole time. The pedicure was awful. She overly dremeled my big toe to the point I had to tell her to stop. She was totally distracted. I noticed when I got home that she cut me under my foot with the exfoliating “grater” thing. Then I had a polish change and I told her she took the wrong color and it wasn’t the same one she used on my toes. She argued that it was and once applied it was obvious that it wasn’t. It was similar but but one was more of a cool color while the one on my nails was much warmer. Then I get overcharged by $10 when I go to pay. They said $50 for a pedicure but it shows $40 on their price list. Horrible place and horrible service. I should have read the reviews before going. Totally unprofessional place. With all the nail places in the city how do you expect to stay in business?

Worst place ever! I have given this place a few chances but I am always disappointed, not worth it plus they are more expensive than anywhere else! Also very dirty.

Le personnel est gentil mais la manucure n'en est pas une. La pédicure était agréable et ils ont prend leur temps mais la manucure était trop rapide. Trop cher pour le service offert.

I used to go there all the time but now, I will go elsewhere. She rushed me through my pedicure, no massage, no cream. $60. This was not good.

Uuuf tresssss déçue personnel pas de classe parle toujour dans leurs langues et comprennent pas mon service la manicuriste m as blessé les doigts et me dit soigner en plus j'ai pas demmander ce service j'ai demmander coelacanthe et elle m a mit acrylique pas recommander dutout pas un bon service et pas de ventilation attention déjà averti. Même pas une étoile mais bon si je met pas l étoile je ne peu pas mettre ce texto

Will never go back there again. They are pricey for the service they offer, the nail polish is not included in their pedicure price and the woman cut a piece of my skin that caused bleeding and pain. I don’t recommend this place.
