Peking Garden Restaurant

I paid 40$ for halef duck and unfortunately it was overcooked! Same as stone! I mentioned the waiter and he answered i will let the chef to know for next time!
The restaurant was dark! No light!
Waste the money and time!
It’s better when they see the food is out of order don’t serve it for customers!

Food was rancid and they tried to tell us it was cooked fresh…

Unapologetic, denied, denied and denied…didn’t even care we had kids ages 4-8 consume some of this food.

I used to love this place, but after this experience I’ll never be coming back.

Mauvais service avec des serveurs impolis et impatients. Ils ont cogné des objets contre la table. Nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture. Peut-être parce que c'était dimanche, le menu était très limité. Je n'aime pas donner de mauvaises avis mais je ne retournerai vraiment pas dans cet endroit. Désolé.

I was surprised at quality of food, for reasonable price. The food and sauces were really good and tasted definitely handmade. Will be going back.

The restaurant manager has a great attitude! I have only eaten at this restaurant a few times this year, but I found that the dishes I ordered were all delicious, the taste was great, and the food was served very quickly without having to wait so long. I will order more dishes next time of. Although the restaurant decoration is a bit old, it does not affect my dining experience. Keep up the good work, keep up the good work! So I give him five stars.

Manager was rather rude and got impatient when I didnt know how to order he kinda got mad at me which was rather a first. The service was also slow, a guy that ordered 5 min after me with a bunch of items received his items first and when we asked the manager about it he walked away back into the kitchen probably ignoring us making me late for class smh. First and last time going there.

Great tasting food, but got horrible food poisoning. And I know it's from here as it was the first thing that day I ate and only thing I ate that day.

I love Chinese food and this place reminds me of the Chinese food places we used to have in the 80s. Garlic shrimp is amazing! Typical Chinese, the food tastes good and the people are very friendly. I hope they stay in business for a long time!

Food is very average. The place is very dirty, the carpet in the main room is gross you can smell it, looks like it has never been cleaned. And i wish i would have went to bathroom before ordering as i woulda just walked out. Also seen the waiter just flip the nap after other clients instead of changing it.

The food was rather bland and tasteless. The service was quick, but they were very rude and it felt like us eating there was an imposition. The waiter was very snappy and spoke impolitely. The restaurant itself is pretty run down (paint peeling on the walls, etc.) and could use some fixing up to enhance the ambiance. Prices were fair but would not return.

The employee was rude and the prices for many plates are quite high for the portions. The food is good though.

Very bas customer service. Charge random price and lie about it. Dishonest employees & unprofessional. Thats why the place is always empty.

Good food. Quiet atmosphere. The place has been there for years. Must be doing something right.

Walked in the door and the guy was busy looking at his phone then and other guy looked at me and just said pickup. No greeting welcome or how can I help you. One guy pointed me at a table. I sat down then I decided this wasn’t the place for me after all that. I left. If you can’t greet your clients with a smile and welcome then you don’t get my business.

We were there last Saturday & turned off the Lights instead of telling us that they are Closing.
I asked the Waiter why and arrogantly answer it's closing time.
NEVER AGAIN!

I can say ……. This is the first and last time i go in this restaurant if i can give them 0 star i would do that! Because of some reason

Service was very unkind.surprisingly rude waiter. Price went up and quality and quantity down. I was 20 years regular customer and too sad that I can't have same food and services.never go back

I love this restaurant. This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant on the west island. Lovely staff who will remember you if you go more than one or twice a year. The good is always top-notch. You won't be disappointed!

Asked for no chicken in the chow mein, and ended up with no chicken in the entire order (It included chicken fried rice). Pineapple chicken was amazing, fried rice was ok, wonton soup was good but the wontons themselves a little thick, chow mein was good but the broccoli florets were way too big. Noodles were too soft but that's my fault for using takeout.spare ribs were flavorful but a little dry. No regrets in ordering but just needs adjustments here and there. LOTS of food. Good prices.the order was for a 2 person meal at 36 ish dollars, you could feed 4.

Excellent food quality with friendly service. Really enjoying Peking Garden take out. Also enjoyed Pekin's Special Pekingese duck an Excellent Combo. Thanks

Food was good, prices too. But service was okay at best. Waiter seemed annoyed, in a hurry, not friendly at all though the restaurant was almost empty.

Very long time since I ordered Chinese and things have changed a lot pineapple chicken is served with cherry sauce not pineapple jelly

Love the peking duck just a shame they dont check take out orders even when its not busy. Twice they messed up my order
. 1st time 2 soups missing. 2nd time dumplings they forgot the peanut sauce. I live far and couldnt go back for it
. THEY offered me double the sauce next time and not the dumplings. To me that is poor customer service. If it was busy i woukd understand but it was completely dead and they should have offered a free peanut butter dumpling for next time.
