Mon gendre et ma fille ont fait installer des portes et fenetres chez Pella dans leur nouvelle maison à Ste Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier et en sont très satisfaits. Rien à dire, bon matériel et bon travail, fait 2 1/2 ans et toujours très satisfaits. Très bon services et des gens très serviables! Felicitations!

Bonjour, cela fait bien longtemps que nous avons acheté nos fenêtres chez vous, elles sont toujours aussi belles après tout ce temps. Il y a 4 ans j’ai fait changer la poignée de la porte patio car je la voulais avec une clé. Nous avons eu un très bon service. Je vous recommande fortement car vous êtes le fabricant.merci

Had a quote done after waiting months for a service call. They never got back to. Not to mention that the service that I received was poor.

More then a year ago I signed a contract with "Pella Windows & Doors" for three (3) windows fabrication and installation. The windows delivery took 4 moth longer then expected. One of the three windows has the installation defect that I'm waiting already 4 month for a fix. The window cannot be locked properly. But it's getting worst: I'm not able to pull it up to open. The company is not responsive.

Promptitude, rapidité dans ses actions, ponctualité avec ses rendez-vous, avec des réponses à nos questions, explications adéquates, attitude très courtoise et surtout à l'écoute de nos besoins! J'ai été très impressionnées par la vitesse de livraison des produits Pella. La plupart des compagnies ont des délais de 10-15 semaines et Pelle est à 3-4 semaines. J'ai pus éviter d'être en retard dans les rénovation dans ma maison. Très efficace

I spent a small fortune on Pella windows and patio doors in order to get quality product, but their lack of professionalism from the sales associate in the Dorval office has me regretting my choice. I called customer service twice, and the local office a handful of times to discuss an issue with my order that is in production and no one is being responsive, providing solutions or providing an ounce of customer service. I’ve never been yelled at before by a sales associate but today’s shouting match was beyond disgusting as a client that has paid for my order in full already and I can only imagine I’ll be met with the same unprofessionalism and ignorance if ever I have issues with my product warranty. Worst decision ever to sign a contract with them. Go elsewhere!

Aucun service, pas du tout adapté pour notre climat. Ça fait 8 mois qu'on doit venir réparer mes fenêtres qui ont coutés un bras et on n'arrête pas de me repousser. Nous avons pleins de compagnies de portes et fenêtres locales, je ne ferai pas deux fois la même erreur.

Voici ce qui es écrit sur leur site. “Les produits Pella sont accompagnés des garanties les plus strictes dans le secteur des fenêtres et des portes, de la promesse Pella qui vous assure une satisfaction totale et de la Garantie de Service Pella. ” Je peux vous confirmer que le service après vente est vraiment pas bon le produit es bon mais après vous avoir vendu C’es une autre histoire j’ai du m’organiser avec l’installation ensuite on devais venir pour terminer il ne sont jamais venu ensuite une porte patio qui es difficile à faire glisser on m’as dit que l’on passerais régler le
Problème jamais vue personne et semble que je ne suis pas le seul malheureusement difficile de les recommandées

ORDER FOR NEW WINDOWS WAS PLACED ON JUNE. NOW ITS END OF NOVEMBER. TILL NOW THEY NOT INSTALLED. EVERY TIME SAME ANSWER. NEXT MONTH.

I bought Pella products with the integrated blinds 10 years ago and they're are still working perfectly. Great products!

I highly suggest you try pella if you're looking for high quality windows and doors at a good price. The sales force was very competent and did a great job at our place! We are highly satisfied with the services and products provided, I would recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from this company. There is something seriously wrong with how this place is run. All the negative reviews are true. We signed our contract May 31st, and now it's October 9th, and we are still waiting to have anyone come to install our windows, after two start work dates promised. The worst part is the complete lack of communication and professionalism and inability to take any responsibility for the terrible service. They cashed our deposit check the day we signed the contract and now it seems like they don't care at all when they will get around to actually get the job done.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered a door in April and still waiting to know if I will ever get my door. Worst service and no courtesy to call back client. Will never buy or recommend this company to anyone again. I am an engineer who works in the field and will definitely spread the word to my contacts. Disastrous! No kidding everyone uses Marchand and Bourassa, they deserve their reputation.

I’ve been doing a year long renovation on my house filled with all the usual ups and downs. Dealing with this vendor has been the worst experience of the entire process. First they sold us the wrong product, secondly they would not come and install it— refused to even to book an appointment so we had our contractor go pick up the window and install it outselves. The other window/door we ordered at the same time has been now sitting in our house for over five months and they are telling us that they are “booked for the summer and can’t help us”. Buyer beware! Do not buy from this vendor. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying anything.
