Penguin PickUp

I was dropping multiple packages and was shoo'd off before they processed them, wouldn't let me stay to wait and confirm my packages were being handled, then I was told "i don't like your attitude, go away" and I had to pick back up half my packages from the counter top, I have no confirmation my other packages already put in the back will be processed and was denied a confirmation, receipt, or any type of proof of return for goods worth hundreds of dollars. Avoid at all cost.

Service très utile, certains immeubles ne permettant pas de recevoir des colis volumineux, Penguin Pickup gère la logistique pour moi. J'espère juste que le service est compatible avec un maximum de marketplaces. C'est un peu comme un mondial relais / relais colis mais dédié.

I have a very good experience with penguin pick up company, i placed my IKEA order to Griffintown store, and it cost me nothing at all!
Service and staff members were very kind and respectful. I recommend to try it, this way of shopping online will save your package from robbery.

Expérience désastreuse. Personnel peu serviable et nonchalant. À deux reprises ils m’ont dit que mon colis n’était pas là, alors qu’en insistant ils ont fini par le trouver. Selon eux, rien n’est de leur faute, c’est toujours la faute des services de livraison lorsqu’il y a un problème. Aujourd’hui, je viens chercher un colis et le magasin est fermé en plein milieu des heures d’ouverture. Un calvaire à chaque fois que je dois mettre les pieds dans cette entreprise.

I am so glad they opened a location here. I order online often and Parcels in my building are constantly being stolen. This location is a few minutes walk from my home so it's perfect. The service is great. The lady at the counter was very friendly and hleped me with all the questions I had. I placed my first order and got the notification to pick up my parcel the same day that it was delivered. It will be my go to spot from now on.

Useless service run by incompetent people. Opening hours are different than the hours written on the Canada Post notice. They FORGOT TO LOCK THEIR DOORS after closing, meaning everyone's packages could have gotten stolen by anyone walking into their unattended business overnight. When made aware of this fact, Bianca (the manager) had an attitude about it, was rude, and blamed everyone but herself for this level of unprofessionalism. AVOID AT ALL COST.
