Pennzoil Quick Lube

Un peu long et je n'ai pas compris pourquoi ça m'a coûté pratiquement le même prix voir un peu plus chers pour un simple changement d'huile que mon garage qui me fait un changement d'huile avec inspection.

Cependant je n'ai rien à redire des employés qui m'ont parue professionnel et polis. Si ce n'est que le prix, je reviendrais vue les employés qui travaille bien.

After other garage refused me oil change because they only took appointments. Quick lube accepted me first come first served. It was a new experience for me because you stay in your car and they do your oil change from ground level. They check my tire pressure and changed my cabin filter on the spot. I even usually pay 80 for synthetic oil change at Hanmix for 5000 I'm and here I paid $84 plus tax for 9000km synthetic. I definitely will be coming back for this service. I recommend her plus it's a drive through oil change. Very happy with the service I got today 21/11/2020.

Je sors du garage pour un Gasket de tête de moteur qui a sauté. Ils m’ont dit que la raison était que l’auto avait 8 litres d’huile au lieu de 4 suite à mon dernier rendez-vous de changement d’huile chez vous. La vidange n’a donc pas été fait et l’huile a été simplement ajoutée à mon avis… Vraiment déçue. 1300$ de facture pour quelque chose qui aurait pu être évité.

Service très rapide surtout pour du sans rendez-vous, efficace, professionnel. Explications claires, je recommande à tout le monde, j'y retourne c'est sûr!

Service number 1, but the smell of the waiting room NO MAKE SENCE, I CAME BACK AT HOME AND I HAD TO CHANGE MY CLOTE, stop smoking inside its a LAW, i think ill complaint about it, respect the costumer

I didn't actually didn't get my oil changed here because once I saw the prices, I left. They are almost double the price of what my regular garage charges. My garage, Mr. Muffler in Verdun, charges $29.95 for regular oil in my car. This place charges $58. No thanks. I won't be back.

A little bit more on the pricey side for oil changes. But It's worth it if you're looking to save time was in and out in like 10 minutes staff is friendly got the job done

Nothing but attitude from the employee who was more interested in talking to his coworkers in hurry to close earlier than 3 pm on a saturday. Arrogance throughout is explanation that they are closed when it was 2: 50 pm. Well my answer to him was you obviously don’t need my business and went to Walmart down the street where service was provided with a smile. The manager or owner needs to provide major customer service training to this group of employees that consider customers as a nuisance or inconveinience. You just lost my business and hopefully whoever reads this review reconsiders going elsewhere for a better experience.

I know all these places are the same, employees trying their best to sell you things you don't need, but this time, the guy who was doing my oil change went to get an extremely (extremely!) dirty transparent (would be transparent if it wasnt filthy full of dust and grease) plastic container and opened one of the caps under my hood and put an extremely dirty funnel in the hole and was about to pour something in it and i asked what are you doing what is that? He said prestone. You need prestone it's empty. My car has 5000 km on it! I told him put my cap back where it belongs and put that dirty can away. I looked at the board with their prices and they do charge to put that in your car! So totally shameless. Right in front of my eyes! Disgusting.

C'était ma première fois à cet endroit, celui qui m'a servi était courtois et a répondu à toutes mes questions. C'est certain que je vais y retourner. C'était pour un forfait à $49 + taxes bien sûr et j'avais besoin d'un nouveau filtre à air. Donc contente du service et du prix aussi. Merci beaucoup.

Excellent service et ce de manière constante depuis plusieurs années. Les explications données sont claires et le personnel est bien formé. Je recommande fortement ce garage pour vos changements d'huile.

Pire garage que j'ai été. Moi mon auto je met du régulier dedans c'est pas au boss a me dire que je dois mettre du semi-synthétique dedans pi refuser le régulier pour me faire un changement d'huile a 75$ voyons donc. Boss air bête qui me le dis même pas lui-même mais délègue son refus a un employé devant moi. Le gars au esso il refuse pas je mette du régulier dans mon auto. Mêle toi donc de tes affaires pi fais ce que t'es supposé bien faire dans vie c'est a dire mettre de l'huile dans des autos point final, les choix laisse ca au client le frustré.

Overpriced. Yes your base oil change starts at 48.99 but as your company graciously explained to me that is only for older model cars prior to 2011. Your employees also explained this oil was very thick and asked me to sign a waiver of responsibility if I chose to use it. An oil change with you is 70$ more expensive then the dealership. However, thanks for the reply have a great day!

Professional service.
The attendant who changed my oil was pleasant and very helpful, especially because he informed me I needed to change my rear brakes. I was pretty surprised, considering I was at a Canadian Tire just a couple of weeks ago, having a flat tire repaired and they never said a word about my brakes!

Don't let them top off your washer fluid. They toped mine off with water, lucky it didn't freeze the line.

I was going to Penzoil until today.

I was in line waiting for a door.

I was my turn to go in when all of a sudden another car sped in front and blocked the door to go in himself.

The garage technician saw what happwned and just told me to go back in line and i would be next.

What is the purpose of a line and it is not respected.

I left and went to Mr Lube in Lasalle. They took me in right away. No b.s.

Goodbye Penzoil.
