Worst experience that I have ever had
brought a trucker for repair with a confirmed appointment, the ruck was there for 6 days, no body tuch it
the rental that was provided arrived not suitable for driving
no job was done on my truck
Service does not exist in this place
so as professionalism
I would give -5 stars for this place
avoid as possible

Seriously since I discovered them I haven't used uhaul again. Their customer service itself is worth it. When off moving season the prices are better than uhaul and other moving truck rentals. This location has great packing space to leave car when you take the truck.

Drivers need lessons. Guy just ran a red light and blocked all traffic on Henri bourassa and was sitting in his truck laughing. Not a good look

Assez surpris du nettoyage qui a été fait dans le camion mais en certaine chose qui n ont pas été fait et ce n étais pas grand chose comme ajusté les ressorts qui retienne les boyaux à l air sur la cabine et réajuster le pare choc sur le côté ou il y a eu une réparation

C'est la première fois que j'ai loué une camion chez penske St Laurent, ou début j'ai eu une très bonne service, après d'une journée de location je vois une frais de 150$ pour une bouton qui manque sur volant qui c'est couvert par garantie friglihter, après 3 mois je vois le camion dans le cour chez Danaca Longueuil et le bouton était même pas remplacé unité 222831

The trucks are old, break down frequently, and whoever works the evening shift in parts/service was the most unprofessional, discourteous individual I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After having the sixth vehicle returned (on a tow truck) I was promised a replacement that evening as I had to transfer freight from the other truck. It was not there ready to go when I arrived, and the employee basically told me to wait outside in the cold and wait for the replacement unit to show up. I waited almost two hours for the truck to show up severely delaying my customers freight. Not happy at all. Stick to Brossard if you need a rental in Montreal. It took an incredible amount of restraint not to explode on the service guy-he was that rude.
