BAD SERVICE. Pay overpriced on pave Uni. Useless counter person who robs ppls. Just dont make any buisness with someone called ROCO.

Needed to cap the stairs at our duplex. This was the 4th outdoor project we carried out with supplies from Pepiniere Pierrefonds and we will keep going back for both personal and company projects as they always provide excellent service and fair pricing. This time around, as always, Rocco went above and beyond, reviewing our goals and desired materials as well as the existing landscaping to make sure that the correct materials were chosen, in the right amounts, so that the resulting installation went smoothly and functions exactly as planned. Delivery was prompt and well managed. Final project looks beautiful and works perfectly. Thank you for your knowledge and professionalism as well as your wide product range.

If you want to buy pave, dont waste your time with salesman ROCCO. I have not seen more arrogant guy than him. At time of sale he told me that he will charge me 40$ for each pallet and when I return the pallets I will get 40$ per pallet refund. But when i actually went to returned pallets he just gave me a refund of 35$ per pallet. When i asked him why 5$ per pallet less. He just started yelling at me, saying this is the policy and he said if i dnt like it i should not come here. Basically telling me to buzz off, he created a big scene out there.
So i tried reaching out to the owner on phone but he was busy, an employee told me he will call me back by end of the day.next day i went in to meet the owner to talk to him, he was not there. Again they told me he will call me back by end of the day. But i didn't get any call back. I have been dealing with Montreal brick also for some material and they have always been super nice and professional. They go beyong and above to help you. So a sincere advice, if you want to be helped throughout the project and treated nicely even after the sale, just go to Montreal Brick.

Very very very expensive but! My flowers coming from there never die. I can not say the same from those from canadian tire

I had an AMAZING experience with Rocco. My project was done over 2 years because I had not selected a great contractor. The gentleman I worked with had me over order ect… Rocco worked with me, helped me sort out the project and guided me toward a much better result. In the end, my driveway and walkway look amazing. I suggest this place over and over.

Super helpful staff! I took my students here to start a seed-planting project and Sue was great with them. She provided us with all the materials and advice we needed. Everyone walked with a seeded pot. Thanks again!

Very disappointed in salesman Rocco, didn't bother returning my calls, showed very little interest in serving us. Told me not to bother looking elsewhere for pavers because his company was the only one in the city that has stock. Boy, was he wrong

The team is awesome and is always there to greet you with a warm welcome. Great service and most importantly, beautiful plants.

Ils ont peut-être beaucoup de choix mais ils ne sont pas accueillants même pas capable de dire bonjour et en plus ils te regardent même pas comme si de rien n'était.

Consternant de voir que les employés de Pépinière Pierrefonds laisse rentrer un client sans masque (le monsieur chauve avec un tee shirt noir le samedi 5 juin) en pleine pandémie et que certains employés ne respectent également pas les règles sanitaires de base en ne portant pas de masque non plus.

I support local and they're the closest to me but they have a great selection of everything. Staff is very friendly, I highly recommend going

Sur gps c est ouvert.j ai aller pour acheter de produit pour mes plantes.c'était ouvert.mais le monsieur sur caisse a refusé de répondre car c est interdit d'entrer.sur la porte c est inscrit capacité maximal 22 personnes.il y avait que moi dans tout le magasin.au moin apprenez vos employés d'être moin con et plus sympa.

This place has amazing service and great bulk soil! I called to place an order for 4 cu yards of soil to topdress and overseed my lawn and they delivered the same day within a few hours! Everyone was super kind from the receptionist to the driver. Thanks everyone, will be back next spring!

What a pleasure to deal with! I was looking for grass sod and happened upon this store, made a phone call, and had someone very pleasant and helpful, so I went in in person. I was met by an employee almost immediately when I got out of my car and that person helped me through the entire purchase and putting the grass sod into my car, with a couple of others helping. They weren't just helpful, they were happy to help - that is rare these days and it was a very nice experience; Well done!
