My accountant had left sometime in November, so I reached out to Performance Accounting Solutions for some help. After discussing my situation with Patrick, I realized my accountant had left me with two years of unreconciled bank and credit card transactions. Since I operate five companies, holding 10 bank account and 4 credit card with thousand of transactions monthly, this was a major mess. That also meant my tax and other tax obligations were not up to date. I also required financial statement to buy new trucks to increase my output but I was so far behind I couldn't send out the statements I had. To help me out, Patrick hired and trained my staff to increase efficiency, reconciled my accounts, put in place new controls to help prevent this from ever happening again and got my companied to be paperless so I could get back on track. Now we are May and all my accounts are reconciled, my corporate taxes and other tax obligations are all up to date and I finally was able to get my loans to buy my trucks. Patrick now oversees my finance and operations to help me take on decisions.
