Line up and waiting some 20 to 30 mins to get a table and once we are admitted we were given 1h30 ; clearly stated before we were led to our table. Food came 10 minutes after we ordered.the food not bad; it remains on the commercial standard level. Service was fine. Since the place was packed, it was noisy.no background music.however the good company of friends makes the experience pleasant.

Service is below one star. They give you attitude. Very Rude and disrespectful. The owner is just there to insult customers so does the supervisor Tina. Very very bad experience. Dine in, take out, delivery,

A little crowded but that's to be expected when the food is so good! Loved the brunch, 10/10 would go again.

I went with a friend of mine for the first time to the one in ville St Laurent and really enjoyed the place, the service and the food. Very well organized and clean. Also the location is perfect as it's in a Plaza where you can find other stores and there's a lot of parking spots.

Hostile environment - owner insults customers and walks around staring tables down until they leave.staff is nice and friendly for the most part.most definitely my last visit to this location.left feeling harassed and belittled.

Busy brunch restaurant. I got the Mont Blanc again, which was delicious. The benedict sauce wasn’t the best, consistency was off. Don’t know if it was a one-time occurrence. Potatoes were delicious as usual.

I like the American breakfast (steak and eggs). The home fries are the best! Great spot for brunch with friends!

My friend and i got there before our other friends and they didn’t let us sit at a table.they have this policy on the weekends where you’re not allowed to sit inside if your whole group hasn’t arrived.i understand their policy and didn’t mind it until they let another group that wasn’t fully arrived sit at a table.i thought that was unfair to us because there was no one waiting in line and we got there pretty early.i ordered their mushroom omelette and it was unseasoned and bland.their potatoes were good.it was my friend’s birthday and they didn’t even sing a song for her (when we literally witnessed them doing it for someone else). We were a pretty big group.i’ve tried plenty of breakfast places and this was my first time at petinos… definitely not coming back.

The owner just treat us so bad, he almost kicked us out of the restaurant, why? Because we were asking the host how much time it would take to us and our 8 kids to find a table approximately

Très mauvais service, le propriétaire est très arrogant, il est irrespectueux envers les clients et envers ses employers. Il nous a insulté et nous a dit de manger des ordures.
Je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie! Plus jamais je mets les pieds la. Je vous déconseille d’aller là. Bye bye pétinos, vous êtes banni de mes choix de resto.

I always used to come here it was my comfort place close to work but the other day I witnessed the owner yelling at an old lady to move when she was just standing there and he went and put a vase where she was standing, which is an incredibly weird thing to do to the elderly.there's ways to be polite and respectful and get your point across in the service industry but the owner of this specific Petinos is incredibly rude and of bad taste and he put me off this location forever.

I've been with my coworkers recently as we work near and you can even tell the owner is not managing this location properly the staff looks fed up and their service takes forever and there's no order even when it's not rush hour. I've become disappointed and hope he can learn a thing or two about basic kindness. We won't be coming back here or his other location in Anjou either.

The worst ever restaurant I enter in my life and the worst owner who treats the client like garbage, Never go there.

Extremely rude and irritated staff. Food was basic and expensive. Honestly, not a welcoming or friendly environment. Would avoid.

Good food but manager seems to think that it’s acceptable being extremely rude with lady customers. If he can’t handle the « rush hours » he shouldn’t be manager.

I called to ask if they accepted small dog in stroller. Because more and more places are accepting little dogs in strollers or bags in there restaurant in Quebec. The guy that answered the phone was very rude when ask him if I could bring my dog in a stroller. He cut me off and told me no dog in the restaurant so I quickly told him that in other franchise like is they had no problem hoping that maybe he would reconsider. He cut me off again and told me to go to the other places wished me a good day in a nervase tone and hung up on me. I do understand that we are really behind in Quebc in accepting dogs in restaurants witsh is sad. Travel a lot and in Europe and in the US they do it happily. We are a modern society and we still have a problem with that. It wasn't necessari to be so rude about it just say no sorry. All I can say is tha my dog behave better then him.

C'est mon restaurant déjeuné préféré. C'est toujours un plaisir de venir prendre un café et un repas à chaque semaine.

Waited 30 mins and then ended up walking out. Waiter didnt even mind us and when asked for, they kept walking away. People that came after us were served and we were ignored. Wasted 30mins. Really unpleasant experience.

I had the omelette with bacon and swiss cheese, and it never disappoints.

Outstanding service, spotless environment, and a swift, professional team made our experience memorable. The food was exquisite, and despite the bustling atmosphere, we were promptly escorted to our table. Our server, Andras, was exceptional and incredibly accommodating.

Le service et la tout la buff c est bonne, mais just une point que ça été dégoût, presque tout les tasse de cafe sont mal lavé, avec trace de cafe, pas bien nettoyer et bien sûr la trace de bomme rouge.
