Amazing customer service! Probably the only place we’ve gone to that the seller knew every little thing about what he was selling. He spent an hour and a half with us explaining everything about car seats, which is pretty amazing since everywhere else they knew nothing about car seats! He even showed us how to properly install it!

As first time parent (with absolutely no clue on what to buy) me and my wife felt right at home with the owners of this store. Very knowledgable on the products, great customer service, and really takes the time to explain the difference in the products, which in turn allowes you to make the right decision with your purchases.

I would suggest this store to anyone and everyone that needs a good product for a good price, but overall for the great customer service and the feeling of confidence in that you bought the right item for your baby

Excellent service client. De nos jours où les prix en magasin et sur internet sont les mêmes, ça vaut la peine de se déplacer pour aller encourager les entrepreneurs locaux. En plus, il n'y a rien de mieux que d'avoir un avis supplémentaire de la part des experts qui sont sur place. Ils n'essaieront pas de vous vendre un produit dispendieux s'il ne convient pas à vos besoins. Un entreprise familiale d'ici et dont on peut avoir confiance, quoi demander de mieux?

We've purchase our Nuna stroller at this location, the staff are super friendly and they take the time to explain and demonstrate the product fonctionalitis. Highly recommend. AAA+

De loin les meilleurs pour les questions de sécurité des sièges d'auto! Conseils justes et pertinents sur les façons d'installer en fonction du poids de l'enfant et comment serrer les sangles du Diono que je croyais défectueux! Il en a même corrigé l'installation! Il n'y a pas un siège d'auto qui a des secrets pour eux!
Il a sécurisé le coeur de mère de ma femme! Merci Charles! Toujours un plaisir de faire affaire avec toi, on est toujours certains d'avoir l'heure juste!

The place has a huge variety of strollers and the staff know their merchandise well. Shop was well organized and clean. What I really appreciated is that the employee leave you alone and let you browse around (I can’t stand it when a bunch of shop staff comes to me as soon as I enter their shop). They will help you out if you have any questions though and are quite friendly. They also have a lot of organic goods (cotton based merchandise) and a good part is produced here in Canada. Can only recommend

Une large gamme de produits pour tous les budgets, la commande est arrivée à temps et sans aucun défaut.
Le personnel nous avait fournit des informations pertinents et des suggestions utiles. En plus, il y a du financement disponible.

We had an excellent experience at Aux Petits Pas (Laval location)! After going to many stores where the salesperson was either incompetent or trying to sell you the most expensive items, we were so lucky to meet Charles (store owner) who gave us expert advice on the exceptional merchandise his store carries. He's very knowledgeable and helpful, really looking out for what your needs are! We made many purchases at his store (stroller, car seat, etc.) And will definitely go back for future needs and recommend to all our friends! Thank you Charles!
