Scanned a product at cash and it gave the wrong price, showed the sign, the cashier said she can't do anything about it. I explained that she has to price match with a 10$ discount with Price Accuracy Policy. She said this Petro doesn't do that. I pointed at the sign behind her, and she shrugged and said she doesn't know how to do it.

She said it's okay, the regular price is a good deal, it's only 13$. Asked for her to ask a manager, she doesn't have their numbers. Repeated that there was nothing she could do. I honestly don't know how I stayed calm through all of this.

Really amazing interaction A1,10/10, would recommend.

Cela fais 4 fois que jivais avec des carte cadeau à chaque fois les employe me dises qu'elle marche pas je vais a fabreville aucun problème. Il va falloir que vous former vos employé à savoir comment marche une carte cadeaux.
Pourri comme service je pensais pas qu'une station d'essence pouvais etre incompétente à ce point je leur demande même d'appeler de l'aide de leur supérieur s'il sont incapable il me dise juste ca marche pas

Toujours plaisant de faire mon arrêt pour l essence pour la moto et la voiture et les employés toujours souriants et polis lâché pas ça donne le goût de revenir

After taking a look under the hood, Andrew was able to repair their car and help them be on their way with no charge.he's not the hero we asked for but the one we so desperately needed.

Fantastic service and very nice people! Especially during the night shift. Efficient and eloquent, they will leave you feeling like this is no ordinary Petro Canada, and some of the employees are easy on the eyes too ;). Suave points to the cute guy with a high pitched voice that apparently is really into doing laundry, a perfect house husband if you ask me ;') Respectful and intelligent. Doesn't get much better than that ladies!

Employé de nuit arrogant et irrespectueux, qui cris à tue-tête dans la station d'essence pendant des dizaines de minutes en engueulant comme du poisson pourri le jeune employé africain ou haitien caissier qui est très polis, courtois et donne du bon service.
Il l'insulte en le traitant de tous les noms et lui manque de respect à tout bout de champs devant tous les clients.
Le service client n'est pas fait pour tous, vous devriez faire le menage de vos employé parce que l'experience fut tellement désagreable que je ne suis pas prêt d'y revenir.
