Petro-Canada et Lave-Auto

Filled up gas multiple times. Everytime I ask "Can I use the washroom? ", I get 1 of these stories: 1. The washroom is broken, sorry. 2. This morning one of the taxi drivers left the key inside, sorry. Manager lies to your face with a smile and thinks that he's smart for doing so. Instructed his zombie personnel to do the same. Outside car wash open 24 hours a day, nothing major is just being washed very basic, they also have two vacuum cleaners self service 3$ for five minutes.

Très très déçu, hier j'ai eu la mauvaise expérience, on m'a arnaqué
J'ai payé pour un service de lave auto de luxe, la machine n'a pas fonctionné le gérant de la station n'a pas voulu me rembourser et n'a même pas voulu me parler
Je suis frustrée, etant un client fidèle à sa station
Je vous donne un zéro étoile vous m'avais frustrés hier moi et mes enfants, franchement je n'ai pas a payer un service que je n'ai pas bénéficier. C'est de l'escroquerie

Déc. 2022: Ne perdez pas votre argent, il manque du savon la plupart du temps (récemment 18 déc et encore aujourd'hui, 27 déc.).
Lorsque avisé, le personnel offre un re-lavage d'une durée de 24h sans toutefois être en mesure de remplir le savon!

Worst petro canada service in montreal. Used to be a go to place for years but now they just want to limit the service and try to avoid u. Never going back there

our car is not scratched but other comments here are very disturbing

and bear in mind yesterday it was closed because the car wash maintenance car was inside

so we are the day after they maintained it and our experience was terrifying

you’re supposed to be on neutral
but it wasn’t advancing so we put it in drive and went slowly

the whole time you are blind and there’s no sign saying go forward or stop or anything

we came out and soap was still on the car

we are lucky we had a hose in the garage at home

don’t go there

I would have given a zero but it was not possible. I asked to use my points to pay for gas but the clerk exchanged my points for a car wash, when i told him it was not what i asked for and wanted my points back he told me to cone back tomorrow when the manager will be there. There was no way i was going to come back. I told him so and he totally ignored me. This is not the first time that employees are rude at this location. I am going to make a formal complaint to Petro canada since the owner is apparently a big jerk also.

J’ai rarement vu un service client aussi mauvais. Si la fille qui travaille là avait pu me chasser à coup de balais, elle l’aurait probablement fait. Et encore la, le service aurait été moins mauvais que celui auquel j’ai eu droit. Malgré toute ma bonne volonté et en marchant sur des œufs, je n’ai pas réussi à avoir de réponse d’elle, elle préférait son cell.
