This gas ️ station is located in a very convenient location. The service they provide is good.

You don’t even want to say hi or thank you. Customer service deserves 0. Usually its the customers that come off as rude from the get-go but this place is the opposite.

Very convient location right off the 40 with well lighted pumps, a good sized convience store and fair prices. Friendly staff and well maintained. Fast, easy in & out to keep you moving.

Eye-gouging prices, dishonest price display, the clerk refused to honour Quebec's price policy under the pretence the manager was not on location at the moment. As we say in Québec, des vrais crosseurs.

Always some specials when it comes to drinks. The reason I'm giving this location a 2 is because some of the staff members are rude. I went in today around 1pm to get some water and a snack. Dude at the cash was literally eating while operating the cash. I said hello and put my items on the counter. He didnt even bother to reply and kept on eating his sandwich.

Charged me for something I clearly didnt purchase. 21 Energy drinks! How on earth is it possible to charge someone for 21 things that are not there? ! Refuse to refund the right amount. "Our manager has to be here and see this" when the amount I was charged is very clear on the recipe they just printed for me! Made to go back all the way to realise their manager only works 7am to 4am.duh! Almost every human with regular work schedule works 7am to 4am. Do I need to mentioned they refuse to refund again and asked to go back when manager is there? !
To top top that every employee that i encounter and took a look at the recipe goes, "I dont understand this, I dont know what happened".
What do you get paid for when you cant understand a simple recipe from you own place you are working for? !? !

Lave auto pourri et le personnel sont pas professionnels. Je voulais juste un autre lave car sa n'a pas marcher le premier mais ils sont incapables de prendre une décision. Aller voir Shell en face pour un lave auto

I find that the guide for the car wash is too high, so the car may rub when going through the car wash. I have a regular sedan. Besides that, car wash is good

They don't honor marked prices. And when you point it out to them they say "So". Never going back again, and I used to go 2ice a week. There are better less expensive options for gas or snacks just around the corner

Went to buy lottery tickets earlier and forgot around 45 on the counter in front of the clerk. Noticed as I was going out the door. Went to see her and ask if she saw it and she cluelessly said no. I asked if they could check the cameras. Said not possible.
I'm really disappointed at the lack of cooperation and seeming dishonesty on their part. I'm never going back there again.

The staff is honestly useless. They have no idea how to use a Petro Gas Card even though they are surrounded by dealerships that's employees receive them with their pays EVERY WEEK. They swipe one and say it didn't work. There are numbers on the back of the card for when the magnetic strip doesn't work. A competent Petro employee taught me that in the past when the strip didn't work on one of my cards. This Petro clearly does not train their employees to the proper standards because I was being forced to pay 80$ of gas out of my pocket when I had the 80$ in Petro Cards. I was so frustrated but at the last moment I though of a solution which was to return outside and try paying at the pump myself luckily for me my idea worked. It just goes to show that I, who has no experience in working at a gas station can do their jobs better than them.

The worst petro Canada in the province, the new management is just a bunch of BS, they increased the prices on everything, the cigarettes that I normally buy are 1.5$ more expensive compared to any other depaneur or gas station, chocolates are 29Cents more expensive etc etc
they are simply soo greedy

I hope it has something like Esso's speedpay. But they have cheap prepaid mobile sim card and plan - Patro-Canada Mobile.
