Petro-Canada et Lave-Auto

Horrible customer experience…owner of station decided to make almost all pumps prepaid (not just the ones labelled express) with the only indication of a small sticker at knee height.

My company pays gas have to use corporate card to pay, can’t at the pump. Stood behind 3 other frustrated customers, cash in hand waiting to prepay (I’m not the only one disappointed in silly decisions from ownership). To clarify, not angry in the policy, just the terrible execution by the owner/operator.

Will take my business elsewhere, lost me as a customer.

On vous charge un extra pour le lave-auto si vous payez pour votre essence avec l'application de Petro-Canada car ils refusent d'appliquer les prix affichés pour ceux qui ont aussi acheter de l'essence. On m'a même demandé de voir le reçu pour l'essence à l'intérieur comme si leur système ne leur disait pas que l'essence était payée. N'importe quoi.

Le lavage de luxe dure environ 30 secondes et manque plein d'endroits sur la voiture, ça ne vaut pas la peine. Il faut se mettre sur neutre durant le lavage et un genre de rail nous amène vers l'avant, mais semble aller bien trop vite. 18.39$ pour un lavage aussi rapide et incomplet est ridicule.

J'irai au Ultramar sur des Grives dans le futur.

The black guy that works at night is extremely rude, i work in retail so I have the greatest sympathy for retail workers but last night i was trynna show him that at the pump where i filled gas it shows a different amount than what he was charging me and he ows me some change i even showed him a picture but oh boy he starting screaming in french and swearing at me for a second i thought he was going crazy

Whats the point to buy car wash if it closed. Today was my 7th day. Still closed (they close it knowingly) Last month i was having issues the cash person kept me saying try again, later on someone else got same problem then they reset
Why don't petro canada looks into places like this where we pay for wash and wash is closed

Bien qu'ils soient au courant que le lave-auto n'est fonctionnel à 100% (Brosse défectueuse) on continue de vous facturez le plein prix pour l'utilisation. On ne sait trop quand il sera réparé selon la gérante à la caisse.

Quand tu va le jour j’ai ma boîte à lunch sur moi et je veux aller chercher de quoi à boire et le commis te demande de laisser la boîte à lunch en avant comme si on était des enfants. Heille yas pas un magasin qui me demande de faire ca mais lui ce commis la toujours a demander de laisser notre sac en avant. Je trouve ça de un harcelant et pas respectueux

Cashier and manager is rude to people who dont speak english told us to go back to ontario when i am a quebec resident i give this a 0 rating and will never go back to this gas station again

J'ai payé lavage luxe et ma voiture n'a pas été lavé comme il faut. Ni au moins les fenêtres. Je ne retournerais pas. Je ne recommande pas.

Good service, and i usually go there for a car wash. The car wash is always busy.usually the car washes has not wash liquid for washing, usually these fluids have one of these colours, white, yellow, and blue color, but there is always a white color. ️

I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years without any issues until today. My girlfriend (27 years old) went in to buy cigarettes and wine after work at around 6: 30PM. An older employee (that only speaks French) asked for her ID and even though he has served both of us on multiple occasions before she happily supplied it. Apparently it was not good enough for him this time and he asked her to provide a second ID. She did not have it on her so she had to drive home to get it and go back. Still, this was not good enough and he did not provide a reason.

So I actually went back with her for a third time and explained that I’ve been going to this petro canada for over 15 years (he has been there for 2), she supplied two pieces of identification and he has served us multiple times before regardless. He still did not provide an explanation for refusing us other than saying “it’s the law” in French. The only thing I can think of is that he was discriminating against us for being English (I speak decent French but it’s clear I’m anglophone, same with my girlfriend). Other customers inside waiting in line behind us agreed what he was doing was absurd and made no sense, and told us we should file a complaint. So that’s exactly what we did.

Vacuum wasn't working, they refused to give me a refund. L'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, ils m'ont refusé de me rembourser.
