C'est certain que je vais y retourner tout était vraiment délicieux. C'était ma première visite car ma cousine qui était avec moi est une cliente régulière alors moi aussi je serai une cliente de votre charmant restaurant. La prochaine fois je vais goûter à votre assiette de tofu légumes et je suis certaine que ce sera divin. Bonne journée et longue vie à votre beau et bon restaurant.

Très belle soirée. Notre serveuse Shanie a été fantastique. Très agréable de pouvoir manger sans gluten sans tracas.

WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME IN ENGLISH. WHAT? !? !? !? I am a tourist and wanted to get a reservation and they literally REFUSED to speak to me in English. I hung up and couldn't reserve. This is an international restaurant. How can someone make a reservation to an international restaurant and they won't speak to you in English? This crazy!

Yummy food. Service was fast and the atmosphere was nice.
I was not so humgry but ate all my food.
I love crispy noodle szechuan style but they just have rice noodle vermichele and steamed.
But was delicious.

We had been looking forward to trying PF Chang's for a while. Almost everything about it was great. Our waitress, who I believe was working her first shift, was amazing, as was all the wait staff who helped her. The place had a great feel to it. It was packed but not loud. In the end, what killed it was the cost to taste ratio. The food looked great, super presentation, it just tasted kind of "meh. " for the amount we paid ($145 for 2 people). We don't mind paying that much, but we want to at least come close to being wowed. This was a couple steps above a mom and pop counter in a food court.

First their handicapped button doesn’t even work. I am really disappointed for the price, the plates are so small. You are better off going to a chinese buffet because the price doesn’t match the quality. In my opinion the chinese food at the food cart in the mall is way better than their honey chicken is was too sweet and too much batter. Will not go there anymore first and last time.

Liked the peanut butter dumplings, the peanut butter sauce was so light, also loved the spicy calamari. The ribs were falling off the bone which was a good sign and good

As a main we got the Mongolian beef, it was so good, the beef was so well marinated. We also got the chicken pad Thai, it was average and we also got the sweet and sour chicken, but it was not good at all, it felt like there was something missing and the chicken wasn't crispy enough.

They have really yummy cocktails here, this place is nice for small or big groups. It's also nice for a family get together.

I don't think I will go back here because there's other place that are more worth it when it comes to chinese cuisine

Vraiment délicieux, tout était très bon. Le service est rapide. Je vous recommande le mojito noix de coco. Les portions sont généreuses. Renseignez vous sur le degré d’épices car c’est plus ou moins clair dans le menu. Photo: dumplings crevettes vapeur, rouleaux printemps légumes, crevettes dynamite, pad Thai poulet/ crevettes, crevettes géante sautées, bouchées de bananes croustillantes).

No cuz their dynamite shrimps are to die for, I could eat that everyday! Food is amazing, but the shrimps are a must, if you go there and don’t order the dynamite shrimps, what are you even doiiiinggg

Nous étions 3. Nous avons partagé 3 délicieuses entrées en portion généreuses: la soupe wonton, les wraps de laitue et les fèves edamames. Ensuite; nous avons partagé 2 repas principaux; le bœuf croustillant et le poulet croustillant. Tout est tellement savoureux que ça me hante littéralement pour quelques jours. Le service est excellent et sans pression. Nous avons bu de l’eau et pas mangé de dessert. Nous étions rassasiés et heureux d’avoir mangé dans ce magnifique restaurant. C’est toujours un événement!

Great food and amazing service. Our waitress accomodated my mushroom and shrimp dislike and brought me a wonton soup without them. All around great service. Well worth the treat!

This was a great experience. Made my reservation online, and our table was ready on time. Staff was excellent, and food was great.

La nourriture est délicieuse et le service était excellent. Je vous conseille vraiment le mojito au coconut! Cependant, le degré ‘’épicé’’ n’est pas à jour sur le menu. Certains plats avec l’icône n’étaient pas épicés du tout et d’autres sans l’icône l’étaient énormément. Manque beaucoup d’ambiance autant côté bar que salle à manger et je suis revenue à la maison avec une forte odeur d’huile et friture.

The food is fine and the service is nice. But as soon as you walk in there is an overwhelming smell of grease/oil and it doesn’t smell good. This smell completely soaks into your hair and clothes. Not pleasant.

Toujours très bon. Les drinks sont super, le poulet est cuit et croustillant à la perfection. C'est un peu dispendieux, mais je ne regrette jamais.

Worst service I've ever had at any restaurant, especially from the manager who was extremely unpleasant and insulting to the point we ended up leaving and looking for another restaurant. Avoid at all cost, there are plenty of better options in the same area.

The man (he was over 50 and wore glasses) who seated us was very unpleasant and refused to give us a booth although most of them were empty. He stated that they were reserved, yet the girl in front was very accommodating and was willing to give us a booth but he still refused so we left. This was our first and last time in this restaurant. We had our menu planned in advanced and would have spent over 250$ in this restaurant.

Service hors pair. Peu de choix pour un sans gluten mais la serveuse a montré un grand professionnalisme pour éviter que je sois malade.

Great restaurant! We miss PF Chang's in Toronto and always go to one in the USA so we were glad Laval had one. From app to main to dessert was all good!

Huge portions! It is obviously a chain restaurant so don't expect traditional cuisine or flavors. But it will be worth your money because the portions are huge, it is tasty, and the service is great.

Initially, I had a really poor experience at this restaurant where we were seated and ignored for over 30 minutes while everyone else around us were served.

However the staff really changed my experience at that point. Upon calling attention to the fact that no one came by, the lovely bartender Camille took the initiative to came by, when it wasn’t her table at all and took care of us.

Subsequent to that the manager Greg came by to rush our food order and even offer to comp the dinner (which we declined). He insisted on giving us the drinks.
They were both extremely kind and made up for the poor experience at the start of the evening.

So I have since revised my review and want to point out the amazing service that completely turned around the experience of having to wait around hungry for a long time without even being given a glass of water.

They really made my evening a good experience which is testament to the quality of the people at this restaurant.

Really enjoyed this place
All platters were good in size to share and the service was very friendly.

We even tried the drinks (red sangria) and it was exquisite

Dynamite Shrimps are amazing (if you like spicy)
Mongolian Beef was our favorite dish

The edamame was overpriced a bit and the street style Singapore noodles wasn’t the best.

All in all, great place for friends or family vibe with a good meal to share.

Everything is perfect, the waiters are present but not pushy. The food. WOW.we alway get the melon shrimp and crisp beef with kung pow sauce and green beans. It is as good as pre covid. Same great flavor. So many restaurants lost quality and staff. But PF Chang have got to be the best food we had post lock down.

Came here with family members because this is the only gluten-free Chinese restaurant. Courteous service. High end decor. But oh my, the price per dish can buy you 2 dishes elsewhere. Their walnut shrimp with melon (not gluten-free) is delicious!

Just got P. J Chang-ed. (waited 1 hour for food that never came, on a slow Monday.) So ridiculous I can’t stop laughing and that’s the only reason I didn’t give one star.

I'm a big fan of Chinese fusion food and this restaurant knows how to cater. Try the dynamite shrimp to start and don't miss out on some mongolian beef; great thing is, rice is refillable, just ask for more if you need to!

25 minutes d'attente et aucune serveuse est venue nous voir pour prendre la commande. Nous avons demandé à 3 reprises une serveuse service 0

Belle ambiance chaleureuse et comfortable. Les serveurs étaient tous tres sympathiques et nous on offert un bon service rapide. Les plats sont tous très bon, nous avons pris le boeuf mongolais puis les crevettes noix et melon (Ça m'a fait deux bonnes portions j'ai apporté la moitié à la maison). Les dumplings sont également tres bonnes. J'ai moins aimé la soupe aigre-piquante mais ça n'enlève rien au restaurant c'est une question de préférence. Je recommande cet endroit:)

Dans l'assiette: original, et delicieux! Très bon service. Décor agreable et confortable. Ils ont une petite terrasse à l'avant. Mais vu la chaleur nous avons préféré manger a l'interieur, au frais et nous y avons passé un agréable moment. Bonne ambiance, on s'entend parler. Mesures sanitaires appliquées à la lettre: rassurant. Ce fut un reel plaisir d'y retourner, enfin!

My boyfriend placed and order on skip and the staff was very attentive. They noticed no one picked up the order for 30 mins and gave him a call to let him know that the order was read but no one was picking it up.

We received great service! Everything was fantastic from A to Z. The food was fresh and tasty, the waitstaff was kind and corteous and the restaurant was clean, with a nice ambiance! Deffinitely recomend!

Toujours une expérience agréable. Bouffe délicieuse, belle ambiance. Seul downside: la proximité de l'autoroute 440, mais à moins d'être sur la terrasse ça ne change rien.

Les plats sont bons et avec de belles portions. Plusieurs choix de plats à partager, soit avec notre douce moitié ou avec des amis! Ambiance agréable, mais service légèrement long. Restaurant qui vaux quand même la peine d’être essayé!

Très bon mais le service a été plutôt lent. Stationnement réservé pour le restaurant. Restaurant idéal pour partager plusieurs assiettes à plusieurs personnes. Beau et grand restaurant.
