Le resto a des places assises; auparavant c'était juste un comptoir avec la salle à dîner fermée. Fe plus l'intérieur a été rénové pendant l'été 2023. Juste à côté il y a une Pizza Hut.

$18 for two pieces of chicken, poutiie and not being allowed to wash your hand. The staff isn't too great

Nothing to complain about. The order was correct and it was very fast. Plus it tasted delicious just like it was way back in the days. Great job team!

Despite the stuff are making their job well.
Dont expect to much from KFC. The meal is terrible and blend.
No taste at all like something eating a stone.

I ordered 8 chicken strap which was very salty. Even though I approached the staff and explained very politely that its salty I even thought eat only one the guy tastes and told me its okay. But really its was so salty and even though he told me that I didn't add something.
Really bad experience. Can be better if u realy concern about guest experience take it serious I just take my food ask them take out box bring them home.even though my friend mentioned to me same we both didn't eat can not two person wrong. I took my time to write hole so it will not happen with another guest. And no sandwiches available as well as.

Les nouvelles frites assaisonner on très mauvais goût, dommage j'aimais bien KFC avant le changement des frites mais maintenant compte pus sur moi pour y commande!

La plupart des promotions mises de l’avant n’étaient plus disponibles. Ça m’apparaît être de la publicité trompeuse (peut être même illégal au Québec).

Worst pfk EVER! The store is so dirty. The staff are rude and very slow. Avoid this particular location at all cost!

This place should be reported to food sanitation. My food was over salty, like burn your mouth salty. It was cold, soggy, it went in the trash. 40$ down the drain.

La caissière qui fait des erreurs sur la commande de plus l employés qui prépare le repas parle avec un autre et il est pas attentifs a sont travaille résultats il manque un tendre poulet et la sauce Kentucky

Je ne recommande zero cet place vraiment déçu de leur service jarrive sur place zero sourire je me dit c’est normal y ont peut être juste une mauvaise journée je fait ma commande et arriver au moment de payer je donne l’argent mais elle devais me remettre 10$ Et la la fille fait la trasaction elle ferme la caisse je la regarde et je la demande poliment mon change elle me repond qu’elle a oublier et qu’elle ne peux pas debalancer la caisse jusqu’à qu’elle ferme a la fin de la journée ce n’est pas normal elle me dit de donner mon numéro et qu’elle me rappelle …vraiment déçu ceci est zéro professionnel c’est sa faute et c’est moi qui dois subir les conséquences derniere fois que je met un pied a ce pfk vraiment un gros zero

Service is so bad it's unbelievable. The guy at the cash register was chatting or playing on his phone not paying any attention on the customers. I ordered a popcorn and when I see the portion is too small I ask for more he charges me for a second small portion instead of giving me one big which would give me more popcorn for less money. On my attempt to discuss the situation he cut me down saying if I'm not happy I can go. I'm extremely disappointed.

I just Loved everything about this PFK. I will come here again. Employees were so nice and Service was good as well. Overall good experience. In Ontario we have KFC and here in Montreal PFK (Perfect Food Korner).

Le poulet avait une odeur et un petit goût de bruler.pourtant il n'était pas super bien cuit, il était encore dur. La sauce était liquide et moins savoureuse.un tantinet décu.

Most of my order was missing, wrong sause givin and the food was disgusting and greasy. Hands down the worst KFC I have ever had food from.

Worst service then what you would expect from de lowest fast food chain. The kitchen are so slow and the guy taking the order at the counter just didn't understand what I wanted and decided to give me whatever he wanted.

Ended up with an order that didn't have anything to do with what I wanted and wait was so long couldn't even imagine asking them to fix it. Would've been there all night

La commande a pris beaucoup de temps à arriver et Uber eat ralentissait beaucoup le processus. Malgré tout, j'ai l'habitude d'y manger et la nourriture est toujours chaude et bonne. Bref, prévoyez un peu plus de temps.

J ai apprécié le service au comptoir car le préposé nous a donné toute les informations concernant les offres de promotions et de plus le service a été très rapide

Ils ont changé leur personnel par contre le service est évidemment différent, je veux remarquer le service de la caissière Nada, tres bon service, très amiable femme, je retournerai, c'est sûr

Faut il avoir fini au moins le secondaire 5 pour travailler là? Je sais pas même une simple commande se retrouve avec 2 erreurs (produits manquants/mauvais article) sans compter le temps que ça a mis pour produire la commande.je ne sais pas si les poulets sont élevés sur place à l'arrière du restaurant ‍️. Aussi j aimerais bien savoir à quoi servent les 5cotoreps qu il y a en cuisine si au final il n y a rien de logique dans la commande.je sais pas si vous faitent des menus vegan maintenant vu le manque de poulet à l'intérieur de ma commande qui à coûté aussi chère qu un pavé de boeuf élevé en plein air.

J'aime PFK. C'est mon petit péché mignon. Mais là c'est pas possible: on viens de me livrer du poulet passé date. L'odeur de pas frais aurait dû m'avertir. J'ai recraché. C'est triste, mais plus jamais pour moi.

Just visited this place today.
Staff is too poor. I was ordering food and the other employees were laughing backside. Food was poor cold and was looking like old.
I will suggest owner to change his staff it can be better easily.

By far the worst pfk in Montreal, chicken is dry for sure oil is old fries cold nd drink the sprit and you will understand. Thank for bad meal.

Vraiment déçu par ma commande, le goût du poulet n’est plus le même qu’avant, il est même fade, poulet très gras et pas juste à cause de la friture. Sauce fade, frites sans goût, j’ai du ajouter du sel et du poivre dans la sauce pour qu’elle finisse par goûter un peu. La seule chose qui goûtait comme avant était la salade de macaroni et le Pepsi, c’est pour vous dire. Je ne crois pas que je vais recommander du PFK avant longtemps.

I am writing this review not for the food at this location but for the trash management on the back/side of the building (on Moreau street). I walk by here almost daily, and quite often there is trash from the dumpsters on the floor, the pavement up to the sidewalk is often greasy and stained, there is seagulls and other birds feasting on the trash. It is disgusting. Please be more careful.

6pm no chicken ready have wait 10min minimum not great. And other before me ordered in advance also have wait 5min minimum. Chicken place no chicken not great. Not first time.

We are in lockdown with non-essentiel stores closed and a curfew in place. Despite this, a Canada Post worker was allowed to enter, order and wait for his good without a mask. When I asked him if he forgot it, he pulled a neck warmer over his face. The staff was very nice and I was thrilled to try the new plant based burger, but for the safety of clients and staff, this behaviour shouldn't have been tolerated.

Le propriétaire a changé et l’équipe avec! Le service avant était lent et désagréable et les repas arrivaient froid. Maintenant, cela fait 2 fois que l’on a eu des repas chaud préparé rapidement et chaleureux, c’est beaucoup mieux qu’avant:)

Not bad at all. Seems this place is getting a little more heat then deserved! I got a chicken sandwich which was made perfectly the member of staff that serviced me was fast and friendly. He was working very hard and hustling around. If you haven't been give it a shot didn't have a bad experience!

Very DIRTY place!
In Russia, staff/workers wear masks and medical gloves in any Fast Food every day and before COVID too but here.
They do not follow the basic rules like masks. The most terrible, they cook without gloves and touch your food after touching a smartphone.
Looks like they never heard about SANITARY STANDARDS!

I ordered online. On top of not founding my order, they gaved us chicken falling in pieces. The wrong sandwich, the worst service and manners. But the worst, my baby vomit all his food even before finished, my daughter got stomach pain and I ran to the bathroom. It's the worst it ever happened. Thinking we can trust those big brands like KFC. 60$ for all and your family sick. My poor 3 year old is now crying after the amazing food. One thing I can tell you. If you don't want to get your family and loose your money, never order from them again. For me that time was one too many from this place and Brand. Its obvious they are criminals and nothing less

La jeune dame ne parlais pas français du tout. Le restaurant était sale et les employés ne portaient pas correctement leurs masques. Et donc je suis parti sans commander.

Vraiment content que ça ait changée de Proprietaire! Enfin les gens bougent et offre du service!

C’était chaud et frais!

Le nouveau staff fait bien son travail! 7 minutes et on était parti!
