Ordered a 6 chicken bucket, chicken was too salty.
Did not like sauce.
Waste of money

Very unsatisfied with my order. They put french fries in bag instead of chicken and then told to contact uber.

Wow where to start, it's been quite a while since we have had KFC, and now I know why. We ordered the 10pcs Mega boufe with fries, coleslaw which they had none, potato salad and gravy. They forgot the fries as well had to go back, but all that aside. When I opened the bucket the breast pieces were smaller than half the size of a hockey puck (look at the photo) and a few legs that were so greasy and soggy with no meat on them, we had to soak it up with paper towels before eating. What happened to the crunchy skin. I would stay clear of this place, I am not sure if they are all the same though. You should just make the drive to Popeyes chicken instead much better.

Went to pick up a 6-piece bucket of white meat. They told me 15 minutes wait. 15 minutes later they come out and say they have no white meat left… how does it take that long to find that out? I took a refund and went to another restaurant. Much better service at other restaurant.

Came here on a saturday night, kids are running the restaurant taking over 30 mins to get order. They seemed like they were doing everything but working

Service rapide et c'est le seul point positif. Les tables étaient tous malpropres, la caissière était très bête, mon repas était froid et l'air climatisé fonctionnait au maximum.

Service lent, je devais répéter plusieurs fois les articles de ma commande.
Commander boite croque double avec maïs, mais recu croque simple avec filet de poulet a l’interieur et aucune sauce ou condiment et m’ont charger pour la salade maïs quand c est compris dans la boite. Il manquait aussi l’aile de poulet de ma boite qui etait emballer dans un sac.
La nourriture ne goute pas bonne, car ce n’etait pas "frais".
Toute la nourriture a ete a la poubelle du au gout mauvais du poulet.

Dégueulasse. Une des employés ne parle pas un seul mot de français. La nourriture est excécrable. Il y a quelques années, c'était pourtant bon.

This joint is trash. Just pulling into the parking lot you can tell by the decrepit nature of the building and surroundings that you're in for a horrible experience. The signs are old and faded, or in some instances broken. The drive through looks like a relic from an abandoned theme park, and they always seem to run out of chicken. They always under-cook everything to the point where it's a safety hazard. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was practically un-breaded and completely gooey and pink in the middle. The bacon was also completely pink and bubble gum like.not cooked at all. Avoid this filthy place at all costs.

J'ai commandé un sandwich bacon avec combo frites Pepsi et une boîte sans os. 34$ pour. 2 mini frites, une boîte presque vide aucune salade inclus pis ils ont oublié mon sandwich bacon. Ils m'ont pas donné de reçu mais trop tard, j'étais parti.
Pis les employés semblent parler avec leur amis plutôt que de se soucier de l'expérience client. Bref je ne mets plus les pieds dans un pfk n'importe lequel.

The place is pretty clean and looks like what you would expect from a KFC. The employees seemed pretty lost, maybe they were still training.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff is delusional. They serve you burgers with no sauce and lettuce. They charge you extra for white meat but serve you brown meat. They don’t listen and respond to you clearly when you request something. WORST KFC EVER…

When I walked in the cook had just left. He picked up his things mid shift and abandonned his job.this made for a very nervous manager who served me with all the professionalism in the world. The food was still very fresh and the way you could expect KFC to be.

Dont ever use the drive-thru, its at least 20 minutes wait on top of 5-10 minutes before your order is taken at the beginning. By the time you get your food, the fries are soft and cold. This place needs TLC ASAP! And also a training in the kitchen how to plan ahead so you can keep your customer’s order going faster

The worst unhealthy greasy fatty chicken I have ever eaten. Pieces are very small. Colonel Sanders would be disgusted eating their children. Definitely not his recipe.

Avez-vous déjà vu un restaurant de poulet qui n'a plus de poulet et bien aller là. J'ai commandé 2 boîtes de 4 morceaux mais il ne restait que 6 morceaux mais avec toutes les commandes en ligne il n'en restait plus du tout. Il ne restait que de la salade de maïs et la femme à la caisse me dit: de toute façon il n'y a pas de salade avec les boîtes-repas.pourtant partout ailleurs ils donnent une petite salade. Ils avaient rajouté de l'eau dans la sauce pour l'allonger, elle ne tenait pas sur les frites. D'habitude c'est une sauce très épaisse et goûteuse.
On avait fait 30 minutes de route pour manger là. Très déçue et ça a coûté $25 et plein d'insatisfaction

Extremely disappointed on the service.
Placed on order for pick up, arrived at the store 5 minutes after the scheduled time and the order wasn’t ready. I went to the drive thru so i have less contact with others and there was no car waiting and they told me that they are preparing the order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, another clerk came and he tells me that my order is not ready yet and i have to go to the counter and wait so they can serve the others cars. I went inside and wait for another 15 minutes while they served 2 drive thru order and 2 customers at counter. When i arrived at the window there were nobody in the store.
When i finally left the store with my order i heard someone laughing behind me and sarcastically saying « have a nice evening »
It wasn’t the first time i placed an online order and picked up at the window and never had a problem. Something changed there and i will not recommend that store to anybody.

Worst KFC experience ever. They had no vegetables or sauces on the sandwiches, no Mac and cheese, and no spicy chicken. But the staff were very nice.

Si je pouvais je donnerais un zéro. 17: 15 Je me ponte là et on me dit qu'ils n'ont plus de poulet. J'ai demandé pourquoi ils restaient ouvert alors. C'est fini pour moi!

L'hygiène et salubrité n'est pas leur fort: tables et chaises non nettoyés, toilettes très sales (poils de barbe, mousse, papier partout)

Le pire restaurant. La bouffe goute expirée, ils cuis le brownie dans le sac en plastiques les burger au poulet ont juste du poivre les fritte sont pas bonne. Mauvais services attendre 35 minutes pour juste quelque trucs les toilettes son degeulass les breuvage n'est fonctionnais pas. Ne donne pas de napkin. Mediocre chicken, but once a year I get the urge for KFC. Can't choose the pieces, not enough sauce for the individual meals.

20 $ pour 6 mini morceaux de poulet.incroyable comment les morceaux sont rendu petit. A part le " drumstick" le morceaux ne semble même pas du poulet.

Worst experience there. Understaffed the staff that's there don't really care. Only the kid taking orders was working that day doing his best. Order was like 50$ and honestly one of the worst I've ever had. You could feel the overused oil and food was lukewarm. Not worth it.

Ce fut une de mes pires expériences. Je suis passé au service à l’auto et il était impossible de payer par carte. J’ai dû entrer à l’intérieur et il a même fallu que je repasse ma commande. Il n’y avait pas assez de poulet, alors j’ai dû attendre que le cuisinier en fasse d’autre. Il n’y avait plus de gros formats de salades de macaroni, j’ai donc eu 4 petits en échange. J’ai remarqué qu’il ne semblait pas y avoir de frites dans ma commande et le jeune homme m’a dit que les frites étaient dans le baril. Finalement, dans ma voiture, j’ai remarqué qu’elles n’étaient pas là. J’ai dû retourner à l’intérieur. J’avais même remarqué que la cliente avant moi au service à l’auto n’avait elle aussi pas eu toute sa commande puisqu’elle a dû elle retourner à l’intérieur. En sommes, j’ai passé plus de 25 minutes à attendre ma commande pour de multiples raisons. Je tiens à dire aussi que les employés semblaient plus préoccupés à discuter entre eux au lieu de servir les clients.
Je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit de si tôt.

After having ordered here many times, i can say that i'm super disappointed.everytime they screw up my order.i always get less than what i paid for.i recommend people go somewhere else.

Terrible, they cut the chicken pieces twice the standard and you get tiny partial pieces, they are not efficients, increasing the waiting time to half hour or more and the store needs renovation. Really bad choice! Go anywhere else!

Ordered THE bacon burger they keep showing on TV, waited 15min at drive-thru, confirmed at the window that I was getting the right burger, got home: NO BACON! Really? Really?

Customer service and waiting time is good compared to other locations but there chicken pieces are too small that there is only skin and bones

This P. F. K.on the particular Friday I placed an online order at was exceptional. The restaurant appeared busy but staff seemed unfazed with having everything under control and coming off quite friendly as well, always refreshing in this never ending "Covid" era. My order was in hand quickly after walking into the building. Perfect. Staff were great and the food was as you would expect, satisfied a wicked craving.

Thus place is the reason I will never order KFC again! I have ordered twice, both the food is leftovers and stale! Interestingly both times they also forget to give me my order of Macaroni Salad! Sandwiches are checken and sauce, no letus, no tomatoes! Something is wrong with this restaurant!

Les 2 fois j’ai du attendre à peu près 5 minutes avant que quelqu’un prend ma commande puis un autre 5 minutes d’attente pour la préparation de la commande alors que j’étais le seul client tout ce temps là
La fois d’après je passe ma commande sur l’application pour ne pas attendre tout ce temps et je passe à la fenêtre pour récupérer et comme d’habitude PERSONNE
J’attends 7 minutes avant que jeune employé passe juste pour refill son boisson et il me découvre la alors il va appeler son collègue pour venir me demander ma commande
J’ai envoyé ma fille à l’intérieur et il y avait 5 ou 6 jeune employés rassemblés dans un coin et ne faisait que rire!
