1st time and last. One employee was rude because we did not leave a tip at first and then when we left one was even more rude because it was not enough. With employees like that, no wonder the store has little traffic.

Girl serving me drive thru, she was nice but when she took my order she asked is i wanted spicy or mild in my sandwich i said spicy, i got mild, and for salad i just wanted a gravy, i got charged for it and got a salad as well, the food wasnt bad its just when i order my food i certain can i have it that way please, it cost me 21$ i got sandwich fries popcorn chicken salad and gravy, and i think what i hate the most is that i didnt got my receipts to see what she did

Mot sure how they prepare the order. Always forget something in order. I have to open every time to check. I forgot to open and check today and when I back home, I found fries is missing. Not worth to go back….

Like many mentionned below, The drive through will usually take 15-20mins even when you are the only car! Sometimes, They even refuse to talk to you to take your order. You will need to knock on their window to receive any kind of service. It also happened that the cashier stares at you without responding anything.

They clearly dont want to work there. The entire staff needs to be replace. One of the worst KFC

Literally the worst KFC. They always take so long, I'm taking 20 minutes at the drive thru and don't even check in on you they just ignore you! Terrible customer service

Always loved KFC but their recent changes to their app ordering is making applying coupons and promotional deals much harder.

Had to try their new crispy chicken which i really like, the issue is they only do it for limited time, they have to leave it all time

We placed an online order for a 14 piece bucket diner. Was supposed to arrive in 1 hour. It took 2 hours. All the chicken pieces were overcooked and soaked in oil. The skin pealed off. We had to use paper towels to take out some of the oil to make it eatable. Of the 14 pieces, 13 were dark meat with 1 piece of white meat. Very disappointing and in total discuss.will never order KFC online again.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with KFC. We WAITED for 3 HOURS for our food and it was COLD when it finally arrived. Despite being PROMISED a REFUND, we NEVER received it. They ONLY offered a SUBSTITUTE, which was UNACCEPTABLE. On top of that, we ORDERED for a BIRTHDAY celebration, which was RUINED by the bad service. I DON'T recommend KFC to anyone. They should TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and IMPROVE their service.

Worst most disorganized restaurant I've ever been to. I waited an hour for food just to get the wrong order. Options were take the wrong order, wait 45 mins for the correct food, or get a refund. Absolute joke. Will NEVER go back

Consistently slow services. +15 min wait in drive-thru although I'm the only car. Last time I left without my meal. Never again.

The mega fries size is like a size of a small fries in mcdonalds.they said this is their biggest fries.you better close your cheap store.if you want proof let me know.i will smash this picture and receipt in your face.

They always over charge me on my coupons for some weird reason. This is like the 5th time. I show a coupon with a 4$ poutine, and instead of paying 4+tax, I pay a random amount extra. Like 4.50+tax. This adds up for someone who liked your store. Figure your math out.

Saddest bucket of chicken and there was NO flavour. Ordered 10 pieces and besides screw up with the order, the chicken was awful. Haven’t eaten this in awhile, regardless the chicken had no flavour. The fries were cold. They’ve changed the coleslaw recipe (no more bright green) which was average and a corn salad that tasted “off”. There was also a bucket of mop water on the counter - see pic. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. I don’t know if all KFC is like this or just this particular store.

I asked for some extra mayo for my chicken sandwich. The brainless cashier told me they don't have mayo. She eventually conceded that they did in fact have mayo but then wanted to charge me extra to have a little more on my sandwich. Reading some of the other mostly 1-star reviews, I'm not alone. This place is a train wreck for staff / training.

This is a new restaurant and it shows because it's clean! So that's great the staff is super nice. The burgers were pretty decent I got the big box meal and it's quite a bit of food for $15. If you're craving kfc I guess check it out.

This place is horrible for service. 45 minutes to get a combo chicken of 3 pieces! You have to see it to believe it! And dont give me the excuse of shortage of staff. There was plenty of employees. Just totally desorganized.
