I was so lucky.
We had the freshest chicken ever!
But it’s been all summer they have no a/c in the dining room

Horrible experience! We ordered online (and paid online) and went to the restaurant to pick up our order. The door was locked so we went to the drive thru window. People were there but tried to ignore us. We kept knocking until someone came to tell us they were closed (on a Wednesday at 2pm). They then tried to close the window again. We yelled that we had already ordered and wanted our money back. They asked for the order number. We could not find it right away in the app so they left. We tried to get someone's attention again when we found it but, once again, nobody wanted to help us. They kept telling us that the restaurant was closed. We kept saying that we knew but we wanted our money back. Nobody wanted to help, they kept repeating that the restautant was closed, as if we did not already know. We ended up asking for the manager who was super rude and told us that he could not help and that we had to write an e-mail to KFC. They full on stole money from us and never apologized or tried to help.

Got ignored for about 5 minutes bfor anyone looked at me or took my order no one was in the store. And where out of chicken for 45 min? Isn’t this kfc mainly known for chicken.
Was in the drive through for over 30 min employees don’t smile or even show they want to be here. Terrible and dirty place they should just bulldoze the building down and out something useful here.

They won't answer the phone. Ever. Ever. Ever. Avoid at all costs. Never have food on time and can't cook to standard.

If i had a chance to give 0 stars i would have given it because the place is so dirty and the girl at the cashier is so rude.

I just ordered KFC it was the worst I ever had, the chicken was small and greasy the skin was burnt and dry there was non of that signature taste we crave. It really sucks that this is the only one in the area. I’m surprised it’s still in business. I guess I will be heading over to Ottawa to pick up a bucket of chicken in the future. I’m surprised the franchise doesn’t see the review and inspect there stores

Les sandwichs au poulet sont tellement tendre délicieux et le poulet popcorn toujours mes préféré à vie.

Service incroyablement long. On avait effacé ma commande par "erreur". C'était froid.

Le service est super lent.
Que la commande soit passé en ligne ou sur place, cest Hyper lent.

Toujours aussi mal foutu. Il n'y a pas eu reconnaissance d'un coupon pourtant publié par PFK comme étant provincial. Le service à trouvé un aménagement.

I love KFC/PFK, but unfortunately, the only one in my area is this one, and the food quality and service are horrible. I stopped ordering from here on purpose for about 4 months as I kept having a bad experience and did not want to leave a 1-star review. After all, every other KFC I been to was good. But ordered today, and the chicken was borderline burnt, and nothing, not even fries, was good to be served, in my opinion. Stale food. Please, whoever is in charge, save your customers from this place.

The chicken looks so soggy and shredded. Quality of the chicken is small and dry. I love kfc but the the quality and taste is really declining.

Sa faisait au moins 1 ans que j'étais pas allé c'est fini plus jamais j'ai jamais vu un resto aussi sale que le Kentucky à hull je suis aller à salle de bain je n'ai pas ose me laver les mains car ils auraient ete plus sale qu'avant d'entrer les tables sont grasse et le fessier de chaise ne tenait même pas après la chaise les plancher tellement gras que tu peux patiner jusqu'à la salle de bain lolll c'est triste car c'est le 1er Kentucky qui a eu à hull et personne en prend soins mais j'aimerais savoir il est où le patron de la place pour faire effectuer ces tâches wow c'est une vrai honte. En plus le poulet n'était pas cuit pffff un autre client insatisfait

This is the worst kfc I ever had in my life fries burned and old oil used, service under zero the restaurant is disgusting.
C'est le pire kfc que j'aie jamais eu de ma vie, des frites brûlées et de la vieille huile utilisée, le service sous zéro, le restaurant est dégoûtant.

After 75 min waiting, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to know if we will get our order.so still waiting for it without knowing.

Pire restaurant que j'ai essayer. Les cuisiniers se donnent le droit de changer ta commande s'ils n'ont pas envie de te servir le plat que tu as commander. Ne leur demander d'extra ils sont très cheap. Assurer vous de tput regarder ce que vous commander scrupuleusement avant de partir.

FYI, if you must have KFC- use a delivery service.
It's been 2 hours no food yet, tried calling no answer.
No way to cancel or get money back.
Food showed after 2 hours and 10 minutes, order was missing coleslaw and Gravy. Gave me a free diet Pesi though.

How is this place still open! You would think head office would do something about this abandoned KFC

If I could give this place minus two stars I would but my recent visit the food was pretty good. It was fresh and hot. I don't know who runs this place but you can hardly tell if they're open or closed. I've called several times to confirm the hours and no answer. I don't understand a fast food joint who doesn't answer their phone in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. They're clearly not busy. Enough staff twirling around that one of them couldn't answer the phone.
The staff really set the tone. During my visit there was a girl who just wandered around behind the counter twirling her hands together. She mumbled when she talked so I could barely hear her. Clearly if you don't want to work there, find a new job. I waited almost 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich that I mobile ordered ahead. No acknowledgment that my order is not ready. No apology that there is a delay. Unacceptable when I have to continue to check in with her. Just reminded me on why I don't mind driving into Ontario to go to KFC.

The only place in Canada that can close whenever it feels like it. Everytime I talk to management, they have 2 weeks when they work till 10pm, 2 weeks when they work till till 6pm and the random nights when they close anytime they want too.

Hier était fermée à l'intérieur et commande a l'auto fermé aussi pas fort ont était 15 client a la porte et ont encouragé les entreprises mes toujours du mauvais service chez PFK ses pour cela qui vont tous fermé

J'attends dehors comme un clown 15 minutes parce qu'il y a une limite de client a l'intérieur, puis un employé viens collé une feuille désolé nous sommes fermée et ce même pas a l'heure de fermeture

Terrible, terrible, ils sont tous perdus. Ne trouve pas les commande, les gens sont enragés.

I work in the food industry. I don't get to have a treat very often. I ordered a standard 4 piece meal. I got 3 chicken legs and 1/3 of a chicken thigh. Cold fries and warm salad. What a let down. Guess it's time to use my money somewhere else.

Saturday Sept 18th 9: 03 pm drove all the way to find out they are closed even though website say 10pm once again let down by this location!

After waiting 1.5 hours for my delivery and several attempts to call, with no one answering (well they answered once and hung up on me right away), I cancelled through their toll free number. They promised a refund,
$63.78 and this NEVER happen. I will now be contacting my bank for a refund because KFC is useless.

Delivery missing 3 sandwichs. They said they could deliver them because there were no drivers after 7pm. I couldn't get a reimbursement unless I go there personally. Poor client service.

I stopped going there a few years ago. Horrible service, often times seeing them work without gloves or hair nets. Also observed more than one worker grabbing small handfuls of fries without gloves.

The worst location of KFC/PFK you can ever visit so dirty and you can spend 1 hours waiting for your order I will never go back to this location

The worst KFC experience I have ever had. Employees have no clue what’s going on. It takes forever to make the order.and yet when it’s ready, they won’t even have napkins and condiments in the bag at all. Personnel are slow. Driving through that neighborhood is very difficult due to construction.

I ordered online two fridays ago, got my delivery 1.5 hours later, with 3 chicken burgers missing from it. I kept calling the store to no avail, no one was picking up. Called customer service a couple times, after the second time of pitching me threw they answered only to tell me to come in store to get refunded and the girl was extremely rude the hole conversation as if it was my fault I didn’t get what I ordered. None the less I got a ride there to get my refund, got there at 7: 30 pm only to be told they are closed while their website clearly states they are open until 10pm. Needless to say they lost a customer

We and ordered online for supper tonight and.after they charged my credit card they show it will not be delivered until the next day at the time I ordered it. Then keep getting run around. They also keep changing delivery time for the next day. Now going to have this food sit outside my door for 5 hours because no one home working when order is to be delivered
Will never order again and will never recommend pkf to anyone. For chicken I will do Popeyes or st huberts from now on.

I have waited too long for my order and it does not arrive, it is more than two hours of waiting it is terrible I will never buy in this place

Terrible service. We order food at 3 in the afternoon and wait until 7 at night, we talk on the phone and they tell us that we will have our order soon. It never came and we had to go to the point of service and the employees just ignore you, you act like you are invisible, not paying attention to it. When they finally decided to pay attention they never apologized for the 4 hours we had to wait and also for having to go get my order.

I order from skip the dishes and they had canceled my order but still took the money, I have been trying to call them for the past hour and there is no answer what so ever. I really don't recommend this place at all, I'd rather drive 10 minutes more and go to gatineau

Je n'arrive pas à croire qu'aucun employé n'a honte de faire attendre autant les clients. J'aurais honte de travailler pour ce restaurant. Les employés se traînent les pattes, rient entre eux et s'en fichent de voir les clients perdre patience. J'ai dû attendre 45 minutes pour ma commande alors qu'il y avait seulement 3 clients. Je travaille pour doordash et je n'accepterai plus jamais de livrer pour ce restaurant.

Worst KFC ever! Wait times are hella long, i sat at the order screen for 15 minutes before they even took my order. I would have left but the drive through line i was in had 5 cars behind me and 3 cars ahead of me. Not the first time i had to wait over 20-30 minutes for my food at this exact location. I think this would be my last time ordering from KFC.i never wait that long at Popeyes or Mary Brown's.just saying @kfc step your game up.

Je sais pas se qu' il se passe on dirait qu' il recoupe les morceau de poulet, ils son plus petits et on ne sais meme pas si ses du blanc ou du brun et portant je suis cuisinière, j ai regarder les commentaire et les note de touts les PFK au Québec sa fait dur en crisssss poulet petit et gras les frite manque de cuisson.la sauce et la salade était bonne

Très mauvaise expérience, on a commandé 4 repas pour une livraison, on a reçu la commande très en retard et les repas froid et immangeables. C’est ma première et dernière fois avec ce resto. J’aurai du voir les avis ici avant de commander.

Ordered online for delivery at 1: 30 pm and my order is nowhere to be found at 5: 20 pm. Terrible expirence, cannot believe they charge $5 for this kind of service. Will not order from this location again.

Restaurant insalubre, très insalubre, qui fait pencher vers une faillite. 50% du temps, la commande à toujours un article manquant ou pas respecter. Le poulet est parfois cuit à moitié (ce n'est pas des blagues). Le staff ne respecte rien en rien. Une expérience horrible pour tout clients qui commande à cette place. Je ne recommande absolument pas!

Staff doesn't listen to customer's order, unnecessary hassling, drive through out of service, more sauce than sandwich

The food was poorly wrap. But at least it was edible.
I ordered a spicy wrap and I dont know if they forgot the spicy or if its just not that spicy.either way.definitely could be spicier.
The waiting time was extra extra long.
The only good thing was the employees were very friendly!

Went inside for takeout. Waited a while to be served even though there were no customers. They had lot's of delivery or pick ups. Chicken sandwich was made very sloppily.

Sale, très sale. Les employés comprennent pas le 95% de ta commande. Personne ne semble bien parler le français. 3/4 des employés ont le masque en dessous du menton, ou n’ont simplement pas le masque. Les caissières touchent à la machine Interact, la nourriture, les pinces, etc avec les mêmes gants. Service extrêmement lent, pourtant tout le monde trouvent sa drôle en cuisine, rient, regarde leur téléphone avec les mêmes gants devant les clients. Sur tout les employés, seul notre caissière semblaient se soucier des clients, en plus d’avoir le casque du service au volant, et nettoyer aux alentours. La nourriture était-10 aussi. Poulet pané tout mouillé.

Good food, adequate service. Debit machines tap only as screens are broken n no cash is allowed. Can be a bit cleaner n cashier can use a li'l more English skills but other than that it's the best PFK (KFC) in town.

Brutal, rude service. Ordered combo and didn't get the rgavy or macaroni we asked for packed into our bag. Wish we had checked before getting home. Flat pop somehow, out of the machine (didn't know this was possible). Worst of all, what appeared to be the owner was behind the cash chatting with staff without a mask on (dangling from chin) while preparing our food. Will never go back. Money well wasted

Chicken and food was delicious!
I ordered the 10 piece bucket with gravy, fries, and potato salad.

Unfortunately they were out of bbq and mustard dipping sauce, but the extra container of gravy was welcomed. Nice thick perfect gravy with some onions in it, fries were very juicy and sweet savory, and the chicken was absolutely wonderful.

I remember ordering the chicken before being very minced and not very meaty, but this time around the meat was nice and thick and juicy, and the fried batter on the chicken just as I remembered. Not heavily salty, just the right spice.

The only thing was the potato salad was average, very nice, a bit too creamy, but it's ok, it was a decent side dish. Nice to see the skins on the potatoes too, it's like the best part we enjoy.

I ordered with Uber Eats so I didn't have to deal with customer service issues, but the food there is top notch I must say.

Kfc is kfc, they're never really good unless you're hungover, which was the case when I bought a vegan chicken sandwich the other day. The food tastes like I expected; not great, but edible, but I gotta duck points for the vegan popcorn chicken, I dont know how they messed it up but it's disgusting, just get the sandwich without mayo and put honey mustard on it.

Tried the delivery service today and ordered online. When the delivery guy shows up, tells me that the 5$ delivery fee doesn't go to him and insisted that I tip him more. I didn't tip him more because the 5$ fee for delivery goes directly in their pocket and their manager said so. The guy who delivered is a compulsive liar and thief! That's not acceptable at all!

I placed order at Mar 30,2020.

But the person call me around 05: 20 PM, and said they can not do the delivery.

They also said I could get refund either call customer service or go to 347 Boul St-Joseph, Hull KFC.

I called customer service and they told me I will get refund after 5 business days, but I did not get any refund after 2 weeks.

Then I went to the 347 Boul St-Joseph, Hull KFC, the person told me he can not give the refund to me, he asked me to call customer service, and he refused to go to the computer to check the order history.

What should I do? I paid $28.23 plus 2 hours to ask for refund, and got nothing.

Not a good experience. They don't deliver to me 3.5 km away, so I drive there. Had a flyer with me that they sent out, but they wouldn't honour it when i got there. Said they don't have that item, but they have the exact same bucket meal with a different name for $10 more. The wait was long. I won't go back

They start preparing your online order when you come to pick it up. That defeats the whole “order online - skip the wait” premise of online ordering. Pathetic.
