I don't typically leave reviews, but this experience left me extremely frustrated. The service was truly disappointing. The cashier's performance was subpar, and it left much to be desired.

*Update* Fast forward a year, and regrettably, the situation remains unchanged. The same staff continues to deliver substandard service, and my disappointment persists.

*Update 2 - October 17,2023* There have been positive changes with new staff members on board. Since their arrival, the service has noticeably improved.

Terrible service + not enough chicken available. I had to wait 40 minute because they ran out of chicken. It’s called Fast Food for a reason. You order a 2L pepsi and they don’t give you cups. 3$ for an empty cup is this a joke. Never coming back again i’d rather eat anywhere else. I’m surprised KFC are still in business in Quebec. Whoever owns this place or these chains better fix it. Because this is unacceptable.

C'était trop bon, le meilleur PFK que j'ai mangé jusqu'à nos jours. Le staff est courtois, professionnel et rapide. Je retournerai encore:)

Haven’t been to this KFC in ages but this evening we did take out, 10-pces with gravy. The chicken was greasy and horribLe and the gravy was tasteless. The cashier was quick and helpful. The place is drab and run down. It’s a business that’s open just to make money. Stay away!

Méfiez-vous! Le sandwich au poulet à l'air gros et beau sur le menu, mais en réalité c'est à peine plus gros qu'un Poulet Junior chez McDo. C'est une grosse arnaque à ce prix là.

The lady doesn’t know what is for sale and what is not we wanted family with a trio on the side she just said that she don’t sell and then we we got back she said they sell so confusing not fully trained never coming back

Stupidest staff ever, we went to order we asked about the buckets when we wanted to order meals, they declined and said they sell no meals so we can only order buckets, we took that only option, then my brother came from outside (they didn’t see him before) he asked for meals they gave him, only to force us to buy buckets.
We called the manager we were talking about the issue and he started to play word games “a meal is not a plate”… “i wasn’t here”… then he turned his back and left.
Not only but the chicken is raw and smelly, there’s is no dine in, and you will receive the shityest assistance.
There is only one counter and you have to wait for them a customer may take 15mins cause the cashier can’t speak properly.

J’ai donné 2 étoiles il y a deux ans et c’est encore le cas maintenant. Les livreurs sont impolis et la nourriture arrive empilées et écrasées dans le sac. Les commandes sont rarement exactes. L’application pour commander est horrible!

Mauvais service, ils te ignore, pis en plus il parle pas français, illégal loi 101

The worst, 3 times getting bad meals. One piece of chicken was overcooked and the breading was hard unsuitable. The other pieces the breading was not just not right. KFC used to be good years ago something is wrong I hope I don't get sick.

Cashier grabbed my phone and confirmed both orders instead of asking me to do so, complete disregard for respect, super rude

Le poulet est délicieux, pour ce qui est du service à la clientèle cela laisse à désirer. Les employés sont bêtes et ne vous regardent pas. Ah et aussi, n’y allez pas si vous ne parlez pas anglais, vous n’arriverez pas à commander!

I do not know who was on shift around 8: 30 tonight but everything was great. The chicken was fresh, the fries were not stale, the macaroni tasted good, the gravy wasn’t thick and clumpy, and the sandwich was fresh, the bread wasn’t hard. Today’s experience was very good usually it’s not like this at all.

Food is good and well cooked. Service was fast. Not much of an atmosphere since its a takeout only place.

I entered with someone and I didn't bought anything from here. Sorry for that but really quick service. Friendly environment.

I specifically asked for the freshest chicken and I got chicken that smells like wet dog and the bread crumbs were stale. Honestly McDonald's, Harvey's or any other fast food for that matter is better tasting and fresher. Don't waste ur money. Plus is overly priced for nasty old food.

KFC has been heading downhill for decades now. The quality is no longer there. The chicken is so greasy that it eats through the box and the fries are soggy and they suck! For the price you pay it's not even worth it. Anytime I spend any money there, I always regret it and tell myself never again. I wish we had a Popeyes here in Montreal, atleast it would be a much better alternative.

I went to this location because it is close to a metro (Plamondon) and I was coming from work. I went after 5pm and they had no salads, only corn. There was a sign saying they had no lettuce. Not a big KFC with no dining room. You have to find a place to stand while waiting for your order. Was also informed that there is no more white meat. I think this is a family owned business as the majority of the workers are of Pakistani/Indian decent. The cashier has a heavy accent, so you have to listen carefully when she speaks or you will be looking for a translator. It doesn't help that there is plexiglass in between so you have to try to make out what she is saying.
What has happened to these KFC franchises. If Popeyes ever decides to come to Quebec, KFC would get wiped out.

Absolutely horrible service. We were told chicken would be 25 minutes and then we were refused service. There was a gentlemen and lady in a red shirt working. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Le poulet le plus dégoûtant à Montréal dans cette établissement à tell point que même mon chien a tout vomit.je commandé 12 pièces 6 sont normales les outres 6 morceaux la moitié d'un morceaux et ils le mettent ou fond de la boîte pour que tu ne remarque pas.

The Filipino girl work on the cashier is rude and nasty, four of people I know told me that they fought with her coz her rudeness, that is the worse place I have been to in Montreal so far

As I grew up in CDN, this kfc has been here for as long as I could remember.
Montreal is know for its poutine, but if you want to try one with the kfc gravy… it’s amazing!

Honestly. The best one in Montreal many others are not as close as they are all super greasy and soggy

I found this place is very busy during the busy hour.

I strongly recommend buying with KFC mobile app to avoid line up.

Not the best KFC I've had. Not even the serving best. The burger was just a chicken slice and meyo, not even a lettuce leaf! But the staff is friendly.

The chicken was not cooked well and it had no tast. I wish I could get my money back. I was very disappointed.manager u guys could do better. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Stale food, cold drinks are not fizzy. Every part of order cold. No willingness to happily serve a customer. Front counter girl can't even explain the menu.

I wish i could give this place zero stars, the chicken was awful, felt like i caught something from eating their food, chicken was salty and under cook, honestly hope they close down this kfc, the staff is rude except for the asian girl that works there.

I had a worst experience. I ordered chicken bucket and poutine and a combo there were no bread crumbs and chicken was soggy. I spent 56$ and it was a waste of money. I will never order from this branch again.

Last night I ordered food as i had no time to cook. I order food by 8: 30pm and i glad i got food delivered in 25 minutes that was surprisingly good. And the chicken was so soft and fresh. Thank you for serving good food on valentines day.

Good place to eat fried chicken. But only 3 stars because they keep on messing up with orders. We ordered the gravy and dips for delivery but never received them. Very disappointed

I love KFC. However, there are very few left in Montreal. This location is tiny and has no seating, but it does have a few parking spots. It is in a very busy neighborhood, so traffic is a bit of an issue. The chicken here is as good as the other locations, but the fries always let me down here. They are usually mealy, cold and under-seasoned. There is currently a 5-person limit because of COVID-19, so you might have to wait outside a while. Service is usually speedy, but mistakes on orders are common, so check your order before leaving. Cookies were missing from my last order and I got overcharged for the drinks, so check your receipts too.

Service is fast (they have a lot of staff) and food is good. However they never give you napkins nor ustensils unless you explicitly ask for em. 4/5 could use some improvement.

Garbage. Imagine being incapable of properly making a sandwich with 2 ingredients. Cold food. No point in upsizing either. Will stick to st-hubert.

Sadly small, overcrowded, slow and the food is rarely prepared properly. Last order, chicken undercooked and strips were so salty I couldn't swallow them at all!

I was not expecting this kind of service.
Have not been to PFK in years.
The food was hot and fresh.
However the service was what put it over the top. Considering it was a Friday night, the cashier was on top of everything.
Taking orders, checking all the food going out and serving both the customers and all the food delivery people coming in and out. All this while wearing a mask and having a smile on her face.
Kudos to her and to PFK.
I almost forgot. The food was quite delicious. I' m glad I went.

Overpriced, bad food, apathetic service, creepy clients, hygienically questionable quarters. PFK is in dire need of a makeover.

Omggg this place needs a thorough cleaning and the smell, it's my first such review in Montreal but i am sad to be this harsh but it's the only pfk Catering to Cote des neige and nearby areas it needs to be clean for public safety and health.

Le service n'est pas très professionnel. J'ai passé une commande et on m'a dit 6 min d'attente. J'ai dû attendre 30 min car ils avaient carrément oublié de faire ma commande. Les commis étaient occupés à causer entre eux.

Missing item and long black hair in the food. We call to complain and they don’t answer the phone horrible service. Been on hold for 30 min and I’ll keep calling:)

Bad service, in fact the worst service around here. Everytime I buy something from here they miss one or the other things in the box without fail. You will never get cookies, and if you buy extra fries the quantity will make you cry. For the drinks that comes included with the menu, you have to ask for it. I suggest the one near Cote Vertu metro, far far better.

Well, it's the same old KFC. Nothing extraordinary. But definitely my go to place for fried chicken. However, the only complaint I have with this branch is the staffs often make mistakes with orders. One time I ordered a Sandwich and 2 pcs chickens and I came home with 2 different 5 dollar fillup combo. However, I started double checking my receipts after that incident. It's disappointing when you carry food all the way from there to your home only to find out you are not having the colonel's original sandwich today.
Otherwise, it's okay.

Ordered today online.meal for 2 for $10.became $17.with tips.driver is very rude person, started to calculate tips on my eyes, refused, wanted on my card.pop-corn, which was included in my order, never received! They like it? Speaking to customer service here, in Montreal, and with restaurant #1257 put me me into position as they are victims, me is a bad customer. Filled out questionnaire #62982.counting every penny and cheat me on popcorn? How cheap are you?

The variety of product might be limited due to the scale of the site but the quality is guaranteed, even a little better than other KFC I've been to across north America.

Also, this place is take-out only.

Smells like trash and only gives chicken, no fries, no bread, no cookies. The Cashier is rude. Food taste SO BAD! And she asked me to pay extra for 3 chicken strips. ONLY!

Staff shut off ovens/fryers 40 minutes before close and planned on serving the chicken they had already cooked for the night. Staff was rude and incompetent.

Worst service. The girl at the counter was saying horribly racist things about the client in her native language. The food was awful and over priced. Half of the order was incomplete. AVOID THIS LOCATION

They didn't prepared the food when I ordered. They just heated the pre cooked stuff and delivered.
