Pharmacie Nathalie Boutin

Awful experience dealing with Nathalie Boutin (the pharmacy owner) the other night when I attempted to request a refund for an on the shelf facial cleanser I had purchased 2 days earlier. (Septo) The cleanser was unsuitable for my skin type and emanated a pungent scent. I found Mrs Boutin to be rude, belligerent, frustrated and it soon became clear she had no regard for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, the Walmart store Manager was more understanding and overrode the decision and refunded the item.

Awful experience with the pharmacist who under no certain terms put words in my mouth, refused to provide the medication my doctor prescribed and showed absolutely no empathy or compassion.
Very difficult to speak with her…
