They change their opening hours with a tiny paper on their door! This is an essential service, if you change your hours it has to be clearly stated on your website/phone message. I need antibiotics for my kids at 9: 30pm, specifically had the rx sent here cause they close at 10… well no, it’s 9pm now.worst service ever

Wish I could give 0! Stay away from the pharmacy! Spineless idiots! Sent a prescription a week ago and I go to pick it up they don’t have it. So convenient just push the blame. Stay away and be warned!

The best pharmaprix out of the 3 close to my house. Well stocked and nice layout. Husband does have trouble with the pharmacy people (they are always rude) but that’s fine as long as the prescription is filled correctly.

The pharmacy department is rude, when we order the medication to be picked up, they are never ready we have to wait there 20mins before we get served.i ordered medication April 30 and i get a called today the person was so rude (Souta or something) forcing me to come ASAP and how it is the government rule. =

If the person was talking to me without any attitude that would be understable.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. The OWNER of the pharmacy (Arabic lady) is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. I witnessed her yell at one of her employees and make them cry in front of my eyes. She is beyond unethical and vicious. I pray for everyone that has to work with her.

The worst pharmaprix. Not only do their employees lie but they also don't know how to treat customers. Better training should be given to them. Absolutely ridiculous.

The owner didn’t wanna take a return because the receipt didn’t wanna scan. How is it my problem that they gave me a receipt not scanning? The guy was so.rude acting like hr cant put in the number manually.he screamed at another lady in front of me too.poor her

What a Disgusting way to treat their customers, I’d give 0 or less if I could. Just walked out of this store with possibly the WORST experience in a store ever. Their employee walked in YELLING at the 4 of us customers in the cologne/perfume section saying there were too many people & they’ve had theft this month. JUST BEING RUDE & LOUD. We all had other employees helping us & all of us were completely thrown off by it. Then the manger walked behind him & told us to “understand” & continue with our service that we are getting.he must be out of his mind to think that’s the service we come to get! I’d rather go somewhere else & spend the couple hundred I was about to waste buying gifts here.

Honestly awful place; just waiting to give my prescription in took 20 minutes of waiting for just one customer ahead of me… waiting for the prescription to be ready took another 20 minutes…. Also they ended up not having the medication. So I waited 40 minutes for nothing

Horrible service from cashier, no greeting he was too busy having a conversation with his friend just standing at the cash. Loss prevention just followed me around as I tried to shop. And stock boys talking about how women these days are b****** in the hygiene aisle. Disgusting, who is managing this place? !

Mon fils est rentré dans votre magasin pour acheter des choses, vous le voyez dans le magasin, vous vous êtes adressé à votre caissière en arabe de porter une attention particulière à mon fils parce que vous croyez qu’il a peut-être volé quelques chose, alors mon fils qui comprend parfaitement l’arabe vous a dit poliment (ce qui bien évidement vous manque) … il vous a dit, Madame ça ne se fait pas ce que vous venez de dire et que ce n’est pas gentil, vous vous êtes justifié que vous êtes fait volé un 1300$ cette semaine et que vous êtes obligé de faire ça, faire quoi donc? Traiter les clients de voleurs parce qu’ils sont arabe! Quelle honte à votre race, a votre profession. Ce comportement montre votre état d’esprit et votre professionnalisme.

Very rude arabic lady that works as a pharmacist there. No help at all, seems like she's always annoyed at something. Went to get covid rapid test for travel, she makes a clerical mistake and then proceeds to the white out the mistake and write over it. Being an official document that needs to be accurate without modification, she completely failed to follow a professional standard. Anyone with any sense would redo the paper again. When asked to redo it she threw a fuss and eventually managed complete the form properly.

Pharmacist kind helpful. Always ready to serve you. Store is large always find what I am looking for.

Every single time i come to this pharmaprix, i get the worst service, terrible attitude from the pharmacist and people working behind the counter. Today i needed gravol, which some were behind the counter and the pharmacist Maria told me i needed a prescription (which you dont for gravol), gave insane attitude, raised her voice for no reason at all. Last time i walk in there. Definitely don’t recommend

Signed up for the flu shot online thru clic-sante. My appointment was for 5: 00. Arrived early as instructed. The lady registering patients is taking forever. So disorganized. There are people everywhere. There are no clear indication of where to line up. People waiting for their vaccine are sitting in the seats where people who have been vaccinated are supposed to wait for 15 minutes. Waited in line for 30 minutes before registering. Had to pay for the flu shot and the cashier could not take cash at her cash register. Waited another 15 minutes before seeing the nurse to receive my shot. Never again at this Pharmaprix!

Wow. Just wow. Not sure about the rest of the store, but the pharmacy has got to be one of the worst, most disorganized I've ever been to. Medicine is never ready on time (even when they tell you it's ready for pickup). Prescriptions half-filled because they don't have enough in stock and need to order from other places (and then tell you they'll call you the next day when it's ready, and they don't). Staff looked overwhelmed, even though there were two clients waiting, and they were a team of 4-5. I reviewed this place a while back, and turns out they were as bad back then as they are now.

I went to inquire about the travel vaccine process and price. The old lady who was the owner of the pharmacy was very rude and asked me to go to Clsc. They don’t know how to speak with respect. Very sad looking at her age I was polite to her. I am never going there.

I had the manager walking behind me the whole time i was in the store. When i confronted him he told me its normal. Left my things at the cashier and left, never shopping here again.

I can’t believe this guys a supervisor. When I walked in he was arguing with a customer, the customer was speaking English and the manager kept speaking French. Then I go to pay and he’s doing the same to me. Being from Ontario I don’t understand french at all but he’s trying to argue with me. Blows my mind that a supervisor in the country of Canada can’t speak English and then is rude about it to customers.

The most terrible service from the pharmacy. After years of various issues and frustration I finally changed my pharmacy. They have no customer service at all and the mistakes they make are beyond any business sense.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I just saw someone, who didn’t look like the owner of the store, say that she is the owner and yell on a customer. Absolutely unprofessional. Never buying here again.

Pharmaprix Soad Tawfik on boul des sources, very disorganized, very low emphasis on customer service, and after experiencing their idea of a vaccination center today, we won't be returning. Crowded and confused with no one directing people. No one cleaning after appointment, no one social distancing and one employee walks through the store with no mask.
They've been my pharmacy for a couple of years and I've become increasingly disappointed with their service and will most definitely be switching pharmacy now.

Gave my girlfriend the wrong medication which could have been a serious issue had she not noticed. The worst part is she gave the wrong prescription because she was rude on the phone, kept interrupting and acted as if she was better than everyone. If she was so good she would have listened and given the right medication!

I'm really considering going to whomever is in charge of overseeing pharmacies and pushing this subject, this pharmacy is often rude and has given us the wrong prescription over a dozen times now.

In my 10 years of having a child who needs daily medication I have never dealt with a more inept pharmacy. Despite repeated, monthly conversations for over FOUR years about the need for medication to be available before doses run out, my child’s medication is never ordered in time. They will nickel and dime every single dose and treat you like a criminal if you ask that medication be available even 24 hours before you run out. Ask that 1 month be kept on reserve because it is required for life and will always be needed every month, and you will be told it is too expensive, even when it is the pharmaceutical company patient services that pays for the medication. That’s right, they have the Big Pharma credit card number so don’t even need to pay for their orders but still refuse to find reasonable solutions. It is outrageous! Despite monthly requests to have medication delivered, every month I get calls to come pick up the medication. Even when I call to ask for delivery that day, it doesn’t arrive. This month, the ineptitude was so grave my son has been 4 days without medication, and the pharmacist is rude to ME and takes zero responsibility. Last time I checked it was not my responsibility to look at the automated renewals and make sure medication is ordered on time. I am honestly baffled how they have any business. It is shocking the level of disrespect they give to chronically ill patients. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I bought a 2l milk yesterday that expires In 2 days which I unfortunately didn’t notice when in store. When I called the store they said they’re unable to replace it as the date is still good and now have to try and finish a milk that normally lasts longer than two days.this was also a product sold at full price very disappointed in store response to this

The staff at the cash on Jan. 5,2020 at 9: 30pm were extremely rude. Three employees were talking, and when I approached them to pay they stopped talking. Before getting closer the cashier asked how I would like to pay because she just accepted the cash and I answered that I could pay either with Visa or cash. I did not get the reason of the question since there was just one cash desk open and no customer at store!

One old lady with blond hair started laughing at me when she heard my answer. Since I did not want to make any problem when she left I asked the other lady that if there is any funny thing here? She answered me the old lady laughed at the joke which I told her! (a 2 minutes delay reaction to a joke?).

After leaving the pharmaprix I called to talk with the supervisor and she kept supporting her staff.

This is not acceptable and because I have seen many similar bad behaviors of "this old lady with blond hair" previously, I would like to advise others to keep away from her.

I think the managing system does not work properly.

The worst customer service you can imagine and the cashier did no have a face mask. It's not very funny if a cashier in a pharmacy does not wear a face mask these days.

Extremely terrible service! The cashier of this store is ridiculous. She is so scared of getting the covid-19 virus even when she’s hiding behind the plastic board with the whole protective equipment.she rudely tells the customers to back off when they are putting the products on the counter.she won’t pack anything for the customer (she will let you know this rudely). All she is doing is standing (and sitting) behind the board and applying sanitizer to her hands. She even lets the customers scan all the products by themselves when they pay at her counter. (no self-service machine at this dame store) The manager there who named William is a ignorant ugly moron who believes they can do anything to the customers during the pandemic. This place is hell. Disgusting experience!

Extremely good and friendly service. Medication is prepared on time. I thank the management and employees for the timely restocking of sanitizers during the pandemic

The owner of the pharmacy is a THIEF and a LIER she is a FRUAD and rude she double charge me for my IUD asked her about it and she told me that why I'm I worried it the gov that will have to pay she charged me 2 iud within 2 day interval i asked for explanation since the gov sent me a letter for my insurance to pay and she refused to give me my receipt of both IUD which I had for only one I'm going to report this incident to the order of pharmapie and will report to the gov to look into it because that wat she has been doing over charging thinkin it the gov will cover it maybe she uses the medication for her children or family who knows but I'm going to go to the bottom of this and she will have to pay for the other iud

Manager is super rude! They no nothing about customer service, do not there unless you are ready to be spoken too very rudely! Will never go back!

Pharmacy is very bad. Store is good. I always have problems at the pharmacy. It's normal to have to fax a Rx 4 times in one day for them to finally say they got it (despite fax receipt confirmations on the side of the sender) it's normal to stand at the pharmacy counter for several minutes before they even acknowledge you. This Is horrible customer service. When they finally talk to you they seem annoyed that you are there. The head pharmacist is rude to everyone, especially the staff and it shows that they are fed up and annoyed. NOT WORTH OPENING A FILE HERE!

They are usually good. Usual waits are 15 minutes for the pharmacy. The one time I called ahead with 1.5 hours notice for a perscription it wasn't complete when I arrived. If you ask them to call your doctor to renew your perscription double check they've done it. They didn't (a week ago) and now I need my friend to mail me my pills.
