The customer service at this location is always great. I just had to do a complicated return of an item I bought online. The manager and other staff were very helpful, patient and pleasant even though my French isn't very good.

Decent grocery selection, lots of snacks and convenient hours. Wish they had water enhancers like Mio.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. Some phamacists aren't the best, specifically one who keeps giving me different instructions than the doctor telling me if I do it his way it could be very dangerous. Just to end-up getting my doctors mad at me because that pharmacist "advice" is actually delaying my recovery since I'm not taking the medication correctly. It has happened twice, so now I'm not listening to that pharmacist anymore.

On the other side there's a pharmacist there that's amazing and he's the one I've been dealing with the most. He's the very tall middle age black pharmacist. (I'm horrible with names) He is very nice and his advice has always been good.

Unfortunately the pharmacy doesn’t seem to be well organized. We’ve encountered multiple issues when filling out prescriptions that we’ve had for years. We’ve lived in multiple provinces (including previously in Qc a few years ago in Mtl) and never had these problems.

Comptoir des ordonnances est très désorganisé. Souvent des problèmes avec les prescriptions et les assurances.

Excellent service, Raphaelle who was tall and had red hair really helped me with all my questions and was very professional and polite.

Incroyablement lent au comptoir avant les fin de semaines. 5 clients ou 20 en ligne une seul caisse ouverte, l'assistante gerante regarde la foule et part sans assigner une autre caissière. A évité les samedis et dimanches

Pas pire sélection mais ne se démarque pas vraiment. Service ok, endroit ok et rien de plus. Le service est passable et correcte pour une pharmacie, le côté cosmétique est beaucoup plus chaleureux et aidant.

Un pharmacien qui prescrit un médicament qui va à l'encontre de l'état de santé d'une personne. On s'en est rendu compte à la maison qu'on pouvait pas utiliser le médicament. Je précise qu'on a poser la question pour confirmer qu'on pouvait le prendre dans notre état. Le pharmacien a confirmé que oui.

I get my prescriptions from this location. I gave them my new insurance information for my insurance so, I now have dual insurance and when I went to get my prescription a month later was charged. Didn’t notice until I got home so, I called to get an answer. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, told me my husbands insurance denied me. I explained to her that didn’t make sense. I asked her if she could look into it cause I don’t believe that’s the case. She was annoyed, didn’t want to give me her name, put me on hold for over 8 minutes and when I called back 2x she then hung up on me. When I called back and asked to talk to a manager a man equally rude said he’s busy and will call back later to hear my story - horrible customer service. Never had these issues with JC. I transferred my prescriptions here cause I like shopping and getting my Optimum Points but, with the lack of service and unprofessional staff, I’ll transfer my prescriptions back to where they’re nice to their customers.

Although deap in the shopping center through badly designed easy access disabled doors of the shopping center, the pharmacy is very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful.

Pire pharmacie où je suis allé. J'ai attendu 50 minutes pour remplir une prescription assez simple. La moitié de ce que j'ai demandé ne s'y trouvait pas malgré le temps d'attente ridicule. Une fois servi, un pharmacien déplaisant et arrogant d'origine arabe a porté un jugement sur le contenu de ma prescription et a commenté que le médecin n'aurait pas dû prescrire ce qu'il m'a prescrit sans que cela soit utile ni pour lui, ni pour moi, et alors qu'il n'a évidemment pas l'expertise pour juger du diagnostic du médecin spécialiste et encore moins le remettre en question.

Un service lamentable.
