The best pharmacy and pharmacists! The owner is very kind and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

How is it possible that 2 weeks have gone by and there’s still a “power outage” at Pharmaprix but all the lights are on? Don’t they know we need our meds, postal services, basic needs items? What the heck? ! I think I will switch to Jean Coutu Kirkland where the availability is waaaaaay better!

The worst service. I waited an hour and heard the blond pharmacist tell her collègues "dont giver her anything" and never did she once feel the need to let me know what was going on. No communication with their clients. They made me wait while the pharmacist went to attend to a consultation and came back and still no news. I basically left and just told them to deliver me my medication. Absolutely ridiculous.

The pharmacy is so slow. There hasn’t been a time where I haven’t waited over 45 min for my prescription and that’s when I call in an hour ahead requesting them to prep it. On top of that, I have to count the number of pills they dispense, because the last couple of times they have given me less than what they are supposed to. I will be changing to another pharmacy.

This place is fantastic. They litteraly have everything. Need shampoo, pharmaprix. Need an xbox, pharmaprix. Need food, pharmaprix. Need meds and prescriptions and stuff, pbarmaprix.

I needed two drug prescriptions renewing. When I called to ask for a renewal the pharmacist on duty, Marlene started questioning me like a suspicious Canada Border officer as to why I needed the medication. In short I felt treated very poorly. Compounded by the fact that I am sick as a dog, I did not need this young woman practically accusing me of being a drug addict even though both medications (an antibiotic and a steroid) had only been prescribed once to me. The upshot, in future I will take my business elsewhere. Life is too short to be subjected to service like this.

I've been coming here for over a decade now for my insulin and other medications and the staff is always lovely. To a point where I moved out of the west island and I still make the journey to this pharmacy for my meds.
