The self checkout is my major pain point. Weekend staff are unfortunately caught between corporate policy and offering the good customer experience they are able to. Stop telling them to lie to customers and say the register only works for cash transactions. I can't scan 30 bulky items comfortably in a tiny self checkout area, and would like to have the option to use the register according to my preferences and cart size without having to navigate through an uncomfortable discussion.

I’m a big perfume and cosmetic spender and I enjoy shopping at Pharmaprix. That said this is one of the worst location to enjoy spending your money at. The customer service is so poor and girls always look down. Some are so very cheap with small samples even when you spend hundreds of dollars there. Maha E is extremely rude as she gives somewhat of a smile and changes throughout your purchase if too many questions asked. I was trying to explain something to her and she has a habit of cutting the customer off to repeat the policy to them when they clearly know the policy and we’re just trying to have a genuine conversation. Several times I’ve been disappointed by her but I’ll completely avoid this place from now on and so will all my friends and family. Thanks to the pharmacy team though they are exceptional every time!

I give you zero stars I came here when I visited at St Laurent’s store was staff not nice friendly Cashier Two white guys young was kind of rude to me they did not help me put the bag I won’t go again August 26 2023

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a product and noticed a few minutes later that it had already been open and used. When I went to return the product a few minutes later, they wouldn’t let me. Very inconsiderate employees.

Worst sales person i have ever seen, Insulting behavior. Don’t know the name but she Wears a Hijab & My worst experience ever buying a perfume, i asked a price range because i wanted something cheap and One time & she told me every time i asked for sample to try - her behavior was insulting & she started giving me with attitude & that one is more expensive & repeated every-time - WORST LADY I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED.

If you have an occasional prescription you may be satisfied here, as they have good opening hours (nights and week-end). If you take multiple recurrent prescriptions this pharmacy is not for you. This is a high volume, high turnover place where many team members have limited knowledge and professionalism. Don't be surprised if you see 5 people behind the counter and no one acknowledges you when you arrive at the counter, don't be surprise if they get your order wrong repeatedly, and don't expect they will go out of their way to help you renew an expired prescription.

Used to be a great friendly place then they re-designed it to replace humans with machines.now its cold, empty feeling and very confusing at checkout.and there is only one! I avoid this place now, they need to completely re-organize the store.change the frozen food sometimes too! Its the same stupid pizzas for six years.mushroom! And their photocopy machine was broken for five months!

Quite unfortunate to have to write a bad review about a pharmacy but after SO many repeated medication-related mistakes over the last 12 months, combined with questionnable customer service levels, it simply must be shared so others can decide if they truly want to open a file here. Covid simply isn't a valid excuse, you must train ANY staff you have, properly. Medication accuracy is essential.

I went to buy the Rapid Test Covid and i had to pay 44$ whereby it is mentioned on the Quebec Government site that it should be free for everyone living in Quebec (One box each 30 days).

Refused to recommend me an over the counter eye drop for baby because I don’t have a file there.

Very very bad service by the manager of this Pharmaprix.
I bought a perfum from this store and when I went home I swear I didn't take if out from the bag few days after I had to return the product because I received the same product a gift.when I went back to return it they told me that there is a tape on the box and that the box was opened. I told them that I promise i didn't touch the box. No body believed me. They asked me to leave my phone number and to be called back by the manager. Next day no body called me. I went back to the store but they said that the manager is not there and they can't do anything. Finaly the manager called me back the next day to tell me that she will not accept the product and that they won't remburse me. I will never go back to that store and I will move all my medication to a new pharmacy.

Mon expérience est par rapport au service à la clientèle de Poste Canada. Pas très professionnel les deux adolescentes. Il y a une file et au lieu d'être les deux à servir les clients, une s'en charge et l'autre jase avec. Quand c'est à mon tour, elle ne me parle pas en français et lorsque je pose une question, elle me répond avec tellement de nonchalance. C'était pas une expérience très agréable.

Il y a presque personne mais on a attendu 20 min… les pharmaciens se jasent mais nous ignorent…

During weekdays the cosmeticians are nice and welcoming. On the weekends cosmeticians are rude and not helpful at all. Some are using their phone while standing at the cash. I’m running around trying to find things and they don’t even bother coming asking if I need help. There is one girl that always rolls her eyes, no smile, don’t even say hello or Bonjour. Feels like she is so miserable working there. It’s unfortunate how poorly customer service has become at this location.

Nous avons eu une aide exemplaire de la part de la pharmacienne. C'était pour une blessure au genoux, et on a eu des conseils très prescris quant aux médicaments qu'on peut prendre, ainsi que des gadgets aidant qu'on peut utiliser et ceux qui ne sont pas utiles. Merci!

Cashier was soo rude. I asked her for something and she just rolled her eyes and said we don’t have the product.

I asked a question about cough medicine and they took my name and waited 25 minutes. They told me wait again while 9 people ran around serving other people without looking up. I got so frustrated that I called the technician again and said that I was frustrated and that I was going to another pharmacy to get service. While I was leaving, the technician found the pharmacist and they finally served me. Poor service and very unfriendly. My wife had a similar experience. I will not transfer my dossier to this Pharmacy.

Had a prescription faxed to the pharmacy from my doctor and called ahead to make sure the store was open before driving over. Recorded message clearly mentioned that they were open until 10: 00 PM on Christmas Day and when I headed over there the store was closed as of 6: 00 PM. I wasn't the only one, there were 3 other cars in the parking lot and all of them had called ahead before driving over. I'm sure many others as well. Not impressed at all and a waste of time for people driving over or anyone that requires any prescribed medication and can't get it.

What a wonderful experience shopping in cosmetics with Clelia, the cosmetic manager and her team. She's so knowledgeable about all of the new cosmetics products and was full of great suggestions on how to improve my skin care routine. I will return.

Awful service at the Pharmacy i needed some info about vitamins. The woman there who was the pharmacist was talking to a guy so i waited and waited she acted like she didn;t even see me.i got tired of waiting went to find someone else that guy couldn;t help me and told me i had to wait for the pharmacist so again i waited when it was my turn she went back to the same guy that she spent so much time with before i couldn;t beleive it so i said to her excuse me i have been waiting a long time she ws so rude to me. I won;t be back again.

Always had a good experience at this location! The pharmacy services never take more than 15 minutes and staff is helpful

Horrible service at the pharmacy. I go to the consultation desk while there's a good dozen pharmacists around, no one to even say hi, or just a minute. Finally when I asked a simple question (what to take for nasal congestion) they told me to wait at the pick up side to ask my question to someone else. They all seem to hate each other and Thier job aswell as are either super slow or lazy. Every pharmacy is better than theirs.

Very bad experience with the lady at the cashier, I took 2 photos of passport there, when I went to the cashier, she asked me how many photos are you taking today? I said 2, but she still asked her colleague who was helping me, how many photos am I talking. I gave her 50$ cash, she was looking on the money and wearing her glasses on to check if the money is fake or not. I’m Chinese also Canadian, I was feeling discriminated against
