Since lablows took them over the you can never find what you want. If course if you're looking for products other then medical it all there, make up even electronics.

I always go to this location since is next to home ans today I had the pleasure of meeting Grace. She provides help on the beauty part, what a great service! I spent way more than planned and she also helped to get more points on my pc account and some freebies Grace you are amazing! Thank you so much

Samedi 18 mars soir, on m'a vendu une carte cadeau mastercard prépayée a la caisse d'en avant dont je realise quelques jours plus tard que tout le fond a été déjà tout utilisé. Je suis victime de fraude. J'aimerais que le gérant du magasin fasse une enquete auprès de son personnel voir s'il y a complicité sinon j'aimerais dénoncer cet malhonnêté.

Things are extremely over priced, much more expensive than walmart for basic toiletries. Also almost every product is a dollar or 2 more in store than listed online. Greedy owner.

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero. My issue with this Pharmaprix is specifically with the Pharmacy side. You would think that people that are dealing with clients that need medication for whatever is ailing them would show compassion, empathy or kindness.

I have called several times for different situations and 95% of the time I am spoken to with disrespect and condescension. The staff, at the pharmacy specifically, are incapable of listening to their customers, admitting fault or showing decency and empathy.

At this point my issue with the staff is not about a specific situation (and I do have many) but its the overall attitude that makes going to the pharmacy a horrible experience.

(le 6 janvier 2023) J’ai commandé mes médicaments à 14h par téléphone, j’arrive à 18 heures, ce n’est pas encore prêt. Je leur dis c’est pas grave, je peux attendre encore un peu. J’attends pas juste un peu, une heure encore (je n’ai toujours pas reçu mes médicaments). Je mentionne gentiment le problème à l’assistant technique qui le mentionne, à son tour, à la pharmacienne et lui dit sèchement <ok c pas ma faute >…. Aucune considération des patients. Aucun professionnalisme. Mauvaise gestion du personnel. De plus, j'entendais la pharmacienne parler de moi alors que j'étais dans la salle d'attente (ex.en parlant de mes assurances, de ma commande, etc.). Enfin, Si je pouvais ne donner aucune étoile, je l’aurais fait. Première et dernière fois dans cette pharmacie.

I don't know if the staff turnover is very high or what, but every pharmacy team member I have ever spoken to sounds like they're on their first day of training. In an extremely unprofessional way - not a helpful "sorry i don't know" way. That and long waits on hold (which is any pharmacy, so ok - at least be able to communicate with me. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Went last sunday to pickup a package 25 minutes before the Canada Post office closed yet no one was at the desk. Cashier told me they left early.

I would score -5 if there is an option! They sell expired formular milk for babies! When I complained to the supervisor, they just do not care. Will Never buy anything in this store! All evils in the hell!

Slow to non existent service. Overpriced in general compared to other stores, the only things that are reasonably priced are the articles about to expire. Avoid the pharmacist and the pharmacy altogether.

I can't believe this post Canada office does not supply duck tape to tape our package. You have to purchase one at 3.98$ at the cash register. This is unacceptable. Do you charge for borrowing pens as well? In addition, they don't sell single envelope with a stamp.

Needed to buy a couple of products. I was pointed towards the self checkout without any other options. I calmly returned my stuff and left. If you want me to do your cashiers job. Give me a discount.

Le pharmacien propiètaire est très désagréable, raciste, insolent, méprisant. C'est le pire service à Montréal! Absolute worst pharmacie experience I've had ever.

It was pretty much 2 min away from my house. They built a new building for Pharmaprix. I remember when Pharmaprix was located right across the street in Lucerne. That building seemed a lot smaller. This building is a lot bigger, better and more new. The new building was built in 2015.
