Myself, my husband and mother in law have all been given horrible service from the pharmacy on separate occasions.
Refusing to refill prescriptions without reason (when the bottle says we can get one), interrupting questions to then not even answer them and very long wait times. Overall they were Rude, slow and not helpful when we asked questions or advice.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. While I can certainly admit that the majority of the customers can be self-entitled, rude, and demanding, the staff doesn’t do much to help themselves by simply being friendly and virtuous. Instead they seems to meet belligerence with belligerence, and act as if they would rather not be there to help. Simple things like informing the customer their name will be called when their prescription is ready, and then never calling that name. Seeing a customer stand around for over ten minutes, looking very agitated and obviously in the need of assistance, and they simply ignore them. If you treat people with disdain and indifference, it comes back to you, making a viscous cycle of unpleasantness and anger. Not exactly rocket science, but these pharmacy employees haven’t real sued it yet.

I had excellent service here today. Samara at the prescription counter helped me with an issue I had with my insurance company. Daphne also assisted with the issue when I noticed the insurance company's error. Kudos to these two employees for how they represent this Pharmacy. Their assistance is greatly appreciated!

Le personnel ne respecte pas le français comme langue de travail et de communication. Au moment où, on demande de s'adresser en français ou on demande un service intégralement en français le personnel affiche de sourires ironiques (presque de grimaces) ou manifeste même une certaine agressivité/pugnacité excessive. Le personnel doit comprendre que nous les francophones, nous avons, PAR LA LOI, le droit à un service en français. Le fait d'avoir ce service en français ne représente pas une faveur mais plutôt un droit FONDAMENTAL et comme francophone je ne dois pas prier pour que le personnel respecte mes droits linguistiques. J’espère que le gérant sera en mesure de résoudre cet inconvénient parce que je l'ai rencontré à plusieurs reprises dans cette unité située au 5800 boulevard Cavendish.

Overpriced pharmacy that takes advantage of seniors. Charging 3 times the price of other pharmacies. When confronted about it, they said that the other pharmacy was doing something illegal.

Worst service place ever, I wait 1 hour for my medications, when I decided to make a delivery the pharmacist promised me it will not take long. After 5 hours they called me to say that someone will bring it in 5 minuets but no one came. When I finally called they said there is no delivery anymore and I should get it the day after. IF You can dont go there!

Best Pharmaprix ever. David is the best pharmacist out there. Great service and you can find loterally everything there. Amazing perfume selection too.

Worst customer service ever! The people in the lab are very rude and not helpful to their customers at all!
