Often have mistakes done or no follow up as promised. First I had a prescription prepared when I strictly had an inquiry and specified do not prepare
2) I asked two times to have doctor faxed and was not done. I was told it must have been too busy
3) in November a pharmacy rep was quite rude and said oh we do not leave pharmacy extension on the voicemail then everyone would call us we are very busy
I feel these comments are a great way to coach your Team for future customer experience

Based on what I was told by my doctor's office, I thought it was standard practice for pharmacy teams to request simple prescription renewals by fax. A few years ago, I had to keep calling to ensure they'd fax my doctor. I tried again this year, but it still hasn't been renewed according to the online portal. So I've decided to transfer my file to a pharmacy that faxes doctors for prescription renewals.

Terrible service à la pharmacie. Il y a une pharmacienne qui se comporte de façon non-professionnelle et négligeable envers les clients (je ne connais pas son nom, mais je vais appeler pour demander et je vais faire une plainte auprès de son superviseur). Elle a cherché sur son telephone le nom du medicament (c'est plutôt drôle), à la suite elle a parlé en arabe avec son collègue. Et tout ça pendant sa consultation avec moi.
Quand je lui ai fait une remarque, elle a commencé crier: "Vous devez restez calme! "
Oh, c'était horrible!
C'est un magasin Pharmaprix juste à coté de chez moi, mais je n'y retournerai jamais.

I went to buy extra strength Advil and this woman who claims to be a supervisor in the pharmacy not only refused to sell them to me, but she made a public spectacle. I wasn’t there my blind husband went for me and I was on speaker. She berated him, belittled me and made it that my favorite pharmacy is a place I don’t want to be. This pharmacy has lovely lovely staff and owners but a single tyrant ruins the otherwise good experiences. I truly hope someone supervisory gets back to me on the matter ASAP as I left voicemail- if they resolve the matter I will update this review but I’m sorry pharmacists are amazing but they are not physicians and she knows nothing about me or my health she is just one of those people who gets a wee touch of power on the night shift and loves pretending she is important. Tragic. Too bad I bought the Advil on Amazon cheaper and it will be here tomorrow in the mean time I will take the generic version of extra strength Advil my doctor PRESCRIBES- I just prefer the gelcap to the tablet.

Very patient staff, at least whenever I go. Never any problems filling prescriptions and they're usually very fast. Helpful with insurance problems.

Horrible lady at pharmacy desk was mean to my blind father and disabled mother. They just wanted to buy Advil because my mom is so sick but the lady was mean she waved my dad away and he can’t even see! And when my mom tried to talk to her on the phone she said she has no time to help. Please fire her.

Worst people working here they will keep you waiting pretending to be busy and then you wont get your order expect a waiting time of 45 min so they will tell you we re sorry we dont have that

Excellent customer service! I love shopping at this particular Pharmaprix. They know how to deal with RUDE customers like those who come to shop at 8: 40 when the store closes at 9: 00. My advise is go to a 24hr pharmacy and stop crying wolf when you’re being put in your place! Other than that I LOVE THIS STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES.shout out to Pharmaprix pointe-Claire

I was at this Pharmaprix when this lady that walked in the store at almost closing time and wanted to demamd service at 8: 59. The employees are humans too. They get tired too. If you walk in a store at 8: 40 and it closes at 9 it is not the time to go in every isle browsing. Even if the customer is always right you don’t have to over do it.
