It is such a pain to get your medication from this pharmaprix because they do not update the system and will tell you they did not receive any fax from the doctor but they did. You literally have to call out the person who has found your prescription because the rest wont believe you that you have a prescription sent there.

You literally have to call at least 5 times to ensure your prescription is there and to make sure they prepare your meds for pick up. They set up a pick up time for you (ex: 6 PM) However, when you get there, they'll tell you they haven't entered you in the system yet and you have to wait (i.e.: meds weren't ready for pick up and you still have to wait 30 minutes).

They need someone who updates the faxed prescriptions by the doctor in the system, prepares the medication in advance and updates the system when it is ready for pickup.

This pharmacy, like others in this pharmacy chain, is no exception. The pharmacist works very slowly and this is a big problem. We waited 50 minutes for our order. Surrounded by sick people. Pire des pharmacies qui puisse exister sur terre. Je n'ai jamais vu des accueillants en pharmacie aussi incompétents. Ils ne savent même pas parler français correctement Que font-ils à Montréal? J'ai posé une question et le monsieur m'a mal parlé (un français incompréhensible). C'était pour une urgence. Ils m'a laissé au bout de 20 secondes et s'est occupé d'un autre client. Trop mal polis, même pas un bonjour, merci, je vous en prie. La politesse, ça s'apprend!

Ive been dealing with this pharmacy for 3 years now and I recently had a baby and the service/wait times for a prescription is ridiculous. They’re extremely busy they have more lab techs than pharmacist to move things along. I’ve always adored going to pharmaprix but this one in particular is by far the slowest and unpredictable service ever.

Fil interminable à la poste.
1à2h d'attente au laboratoire pour les médicaments. Une fois sur deux un service au cosmétique. Service libre service aux caisses inexistant. Brittany étampe toi un sourire dans la face S. V. P attendu 15 minutes pour une erreur de prix. Impossible de passer des coupon au libre service. On a l'impression de déranger les commis quand on demande de l'aide.

Went there for printing with USB for a pdf. Printer is only for photocopies, but it is not even a good align paper printer. The cashier doesn't know anything. The usb port was not working. Old printer. This Pharmaprix is more of self checkout, good thing for introverts

Gros problème de productivité dans cette pharmacie. Les employés sont 9 derrière le comptoir et ils ne viennent pas à bout de 5 clients! Toujours beaucoup d’attente et souvent des back-order pour des médicaments pourtant classiques.

I always enjoyed my shopping at this pharmacy’s cosmetic department. Staff is super friendly especially Petronela. She knows the products and is very helpful when it comes to choosing. At the pharmacy they made us wait for more than an hour, and when my husband asked if the medicine is ready the pharmacist was so rude she is giving my husband the attitude. Horrible! Terrible customer service!

LE PERSONNEL, EN PARTICULIER MANON LA GÉRANTE laisse beaucoup à désirer. Les deux fois où j'ai eu des problèmes avec la description ou le prix des produits et ils l'appellent c'est l'enfer: ELLE A TOUJOURS UN TRÈS MAUVAIS CARACTÈRE, NE PREND PAS LE TEMPS D'ÉCOUTER CE QUE LE CLIENT A À DIRE MAIS INTERRUPTE ET IMPOSE TOUS SES COMMENTAIRES AU LIEU D'EXPLIQUER gentiment. Lorsque j'ai postulé pour travailler dans ce magasin, la "dame" a GRATÉ MON CV avec son stylo et ne m'a même pas expliqué comment fonctionne l'horaire de travail de Pharmaprix, elle m'a dit: "Ça ne marche pas, ça ne marche pas non plus tu veux je garde le CV? , mais je ne pense pas que je vais t'appeler" (j'ai 4 ans d'expérience au Customer Service) ELLE EST TRÈS DÉSAGRÉABLE, ET ELLE EST GESTIONNAIRE! Toute la beauté du magasin se rend inutile, si la figure d'autorité est si désagréable.
Je suis allé acheter un médicament sur ordonnance à la pharmacie, ils m'ont dit qu'il était préparé dans un autre laboratoire, j'ai payé la commande en ligne, c'était prêt le 24 février, et ils ne m'ont en aucun cas avisé que la commande était prête, il a donc fallu plus d'une semaine avant que je décide de le chercher. Le médicament expire dans 20 jours, j'aurais utilisé 10 jours supplémentaires si j'avais reçu une notification.
D'autre part, le concept structurel du nouveau magasin est magnifique ; l'éclairage, comment tout a été réaménagé, et surtout l'espace maquillage qui a le comptoir de la conseillère beauté en plein centre, facilitant l'accès pour le service client.

Where to start. First time I come here, and I witness a situation in which a paying customer at the cash, gets harassed for wearing a mask that isn’t “pharmacy standard” because it was a bit see through.

They argued with her for at least 5 minutes saying she needed to wear the mask provided by the pharmacy to be able to pay and leave. Really what kind of society are we living in? What kind of logic is this? You can take 5 minutes to argue with a customer because you want to feel safe enough to serve her but you won’t let her pay quickly and leave the store?

I’ve never witnessed something like, and I was shocked. Please be more human and empathetic with people. Also use logic instead of senselessly following “rules”.

Ma fille fait un tantrum car elle voulait un bonbon à la caisse; je la laisse pleurer et attend que la crise passe sans crier. La dame de l’accueil commence a me réprimander et à me dire madame ce n’est pas une garderie ici! Je lui dis qu’il faut attendre je n’y peux rien, la petite doit comprendre par elle même. Worst pharmacy ever. I would rather go to another pharmacy. My prescription was ready on the counter but the cashier waited for other people's prescription to be ready who came after me. Then she handout first other people's prescription who came after me and handout mine one last. I was sitting right in front of her the whole time. The cashier made me wait 1 hour 30 minutes.

Listen, if you want to go to one of the slowest pharmacies in Montreal and waste 30-50 minutes waiting on a mediction that you get called to pick up, while there are virtually no people waiting and 6-7 workers at the same time behind the counter, THEN I ADVISE YOU TO GO HERE!

Worst place ever. Do not encourage this place by taking your medication there. They literally sit there WATCHING YOU WATCHING THEM.

I want to take away your 1 star but I cant. Unfortunately the system forces you to give a 1 star but we all know you DESERVE NOTHING.

There pharmacy is very slow service. I order my medication around 9am. They said it's gonna be ready in lunch time. I went around 6 they said it's not ready yet. Very disappointed it's always like that. It's long line all the time. They should do something about this it's always like that very disappointed the management should really do something thank you.

Do not come here especially at the cosmetic section.

This location doesn’t allow return or exchanges on open items. I mean Sephora and other big cosmetic stores let you even exchange without a receipt. How would you even know if the product works for you? And testers aren’t enough. Not to mention how rude the employees are. Their tones were unacceptable they have zero manners and aren’t professional.

Pharmaprix on upper CDN and Saint Laurent accept returns and exchanges go there instead.

I was supposed to get a medical device last week. I called them 3 times and they told me they had not got the prescription. After 5 days, they called me that 4 days ago we got the prescription! And I could go to pick up the device in 30 minutes. I went there after one hour and it was not ready yet!
After 30 more minutes of waiting, they told me that some parts are missing, and I need to come back tomorrow!
I'm quite sure, I won't get the device tomorrow as well.

3 calls, 2 times going there, and one week later! I'm still waiting for the device I need (which is quite important)

Rude staff. The lady with hijab at evening shift was following me in while store while I was shopping. And when I didn't wanted one item I put it at shelf, she came to me saying do you want this item or not. And she told me I have to give it in hand of staff I don't want the item. So basically she was teaching me how to shop after following me in store.

I called this place to ask for a request. Without answering my questions, I was told to hold the line for 17 minutes (17 minutes listening to their boring song). When someone else answered the phone, I explained myself again and again, but that person didn't seem to try to understand my pain. In the end, that person hanged up my phone (which I have waited for 17 minutes) while I was still talking. This is a very very bad experience.

J'ai été dans plusieurs Pharmaprix au Québec. En général c'est une bonne Pharmacie avec un excellent service. Mais celui-ci est désagréable. Jamais je n'ai vu une pharmacie (ordonnances) aussi occupé. Il y a toujours une ligne d'attente. Des gens essaient de couper dans la ligne d'attente. Un vrai zoo! Je venais de déménager dans le secteur, mais je préfère changer de pharmacie que de continuer à aller à celle-ci.

At the hospital, the doctor prescribed me medications. I came to take medications, Pharmacist immediately saw a dosage error. He asked me who prescribed them for me and asked if I had a few minutes so he could call the doctor and check if he found the error correctly. Of course I agreed. He did an amazing job! He quickly managed to get to the hospital and find my doctor in just a few minutes! WOW! The doctor immediately agreed and thanked him for correcting the error. IN THIS WAY I GOT THE CORRECT AND QUALITATIVE TREATMENT!

I saw exactly the same attitude to previous customers. I believe that many could leave positive feedback, but they are lazy. And only suddenly, if they didn’t like some small thing, they immediately write a negative review.

If I had the opportunity, I would give 10 stars! Awesome work my friends and especially Quoc-Phong Nguyen!

Simply they have no good customer service especially in Pharmacy counter. I observed many times and tried not to make a review but cannot keep quiet anymore. If you can, please avoid to get your medication there, it will save you headache and heartache because of their rude and bad service. If you don't believe me. Pharmacy technician I spoke to today by phone at around 8: 45pm, April 3rd, is very incompetent. Miss, do not, I repeat DO NOT work behind the counter of a pharmacy or any other pharmacy counter for the matter. You have ZERO costumer service! First and foremost, we say hello Pharmacy, how can I help you? Not simply hello. We’re not buddies. I don’t know you that well and vice versa. Secondly, Be professional. Also, who the hell puts a costumer on hold without any reason as to why I should be put on hold? While I was on hold on the other line for more then 5 minutes, I decided to call from another line. As soon as the same unprofessional pharmacy technician answered and knew that it was me, she puts me on hold! Miss, I’m beyond dead serious, you should learn to be more professional and learn to take initiative under these circumstances. If you are unable to answer my questions, you can simply say: Unfortunately, I am unable to answer your questions but rest assured I’ll have the pharmacist take that line and he or she will be able to answer your questions. Or better yet, you can say: I’m sorry, the pharmacist is busy at the moment. May I have your phone number and name so I can have the pharmacist call you back? Honestly though, the fact that you’re an assistant of a health professional baffles me. McDonalds is just around the corner. You walk straight up Vanhorne and you’ll find one there. If anyone is looking for a Pharmacy that trully cares about their patients, I suggest you go to a Pharmacy Jean-Coutu. Choose your Pharmacy wisely!

Worse place to ask information on meds or prescriptions. Both the pharmacists and people working behind the counter told me It was mandatory to have a prescription for something that is supposed to be sold over the counter. The Filipino lady was not helpful at all nor was the pharmacist. Waste of time. I went to another pharmacy, Jean Coutu located at 6200 Côte-des-Neiges rd. Got quick service and found what I was looking for without an issues.

It takes a very long time to get prescription medicine (1 hour to 2 hours wait time). When you ask why it takes they tell you to call is much faster. So I tried calling. The person over the phone is rude and they transferred to 3 people. And funny part they are just beside each other because I know the pharmacy and you can hear them in the background. Someone from the management needs to do his work. Anyway I was waiting for 2h only to tell me that Freestyle Ketone strips is out of stock. I then went to Jean Coutu in cote des Neige and got what I need in 10 minutes. Transferring my account to Jean Coutu.

I came here today aug 12 before 12pm.i went to the cash to pay a Maybelline powder and cashier was rude and asked me if the Cosmetics is busy.i said no and told her i also was looking for something else (a bday card) but i changed my mind, i was also in a hurry. The rude cashier was telling me i need to pay it at the Cosmetics but I told her "no, but i am already here" she had to ask the other cashier if she can scan my purchase.the other girl said yes! So basically this rude cashier wanted me to walk all the way back to the Cosmetics and walk back again to the exit where she was. She wasn't even busy and just standing there! Very annoying.while i was paying she told me 'next time you need to pay at Cosmetics! ' "THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME RUDE PERSON AT THE CASHIER! " i would rather go to Walmart or Jean-Coutu where they serve their customers right! BYE! 8
