Je ne recomnande pas ce pharmacie. Le personnel n'a aucun repect pour les clients. On me pointe avec le dois pour se presenter à la caisse. La pharmacienne se moquait de moi car je lui ai dit que je ne comprends pas ce qu'elle me demande. Elle me demande si je ne comprends pas le francais, je devrait me prèsenter de l'autre côté où son collègue parle l'indien.aucun respect. Je lui ai mentinné quevje ne suis pas satisfait du service, elle me repond en disant qu'il y a un servce pour se plaindre. On me donne des medicaments sans de m'expliquer le mode d'emploi. Le service est horrible, le personnel n'aucun respect pour les clients. Comme evaluation, je donnerai - 10. Ne faites pas affaires avec ce pharmacie. Il y en a d'autres dans le coins

The environment and service are very good. The staff answered my questions enthusiastically and helped me find the items I wanted.

My first time shopping at this pharmacy.
I needed cold medication but could not find the section.
Went to the counter to ask the Pharmacist (Owner) and evident he didn't want to help me. I was rudely told I had to register at the counter just to ask a question.
He refused to listen to my customer needs which could have been easily handled by pointing me in the right direction!?
Very disappointed +

Je vais souvent chez Pharmaprix, mais je ne recommande pas cette succursale. La caissière m’a dit que la caisse ne fonctionnait pas. Je l’ai ensuite vue passer d’autres personnes à cette même caisse… Attention: les prix à la caisse ne correspondent pas toujours aux prix affichés sur les étagères.

Very disappointing every time I have refilled my meds on the internet and arrive to pick them up hours later and I mean HOURS later they are not ready and you wait an extra 30-45 minutes to have them prepared.
As for the pharmacist very special individual who has twice refused to speak to me, the service is a total zero I’m making arrangements to go to a small moms and pops pharmacy to have my file transférés out of the Pharmaprix pharmacy a total disgrace.

Terrible experience at this Pharmaprix. Poor service consistently. Long wait times for medications, and also receiving the wrong dosages. They also charge extra administration costs on absolutely anything they can think of. Moved my file to a different pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and headache by avoiding this pharmacy for your prescriptions.

I would give 0 starts if I could. Completely disorganized pharmacy. Long wait lines. Medications not in stock. Incompetent pharmacists.

Even if this pharmacy is closest to your house, go elsewhere to pick up any prescriptions!

The pharmacy staff is unprepared and slow. They take 50min to prepare a simple medication and say the insurance didn't go through so you have to pay in full. You accept, because you've waited too long already and want to leave as soon as possible.

Longest wait ever, extremely disorganized. Would not recommend for a prescription refill or to keep a file.

Worst pharmacy.called for my prescription, was told it would be ready between 4-6pm (very big window). Arrived at 7pm (just to make sure it was ready) and was told it wasn't ready. Had to wait 30 minutes. This is not the first time this happens. Extremely unorganized

Really disorganized. Please if you could transfer your file. Also, be careful and watch how they prepare your medication.

Booked an appointment at 10am and took half a day off from work. Checked in on time and waited for 30 minutes to find out that the incompetent person behind the counter had checked me in with the wrong name - how can someone get this wrong when they have been given my medical card?
Nurse gave me no option and told to that I had to reschedule for another day.
Service at this pharmacy is outrageously unprofessional and not to be trusted to care for our health.

I would give 0 zero stars if I could about the customer service I got here. I just finished work where I also do customer service to get some medicine for my 11 year old daughter who is sick at home. I was standing in line at the pharmacy to get a quick question answered. Granted I didn't see a sign but I wasn't complaining I just.stood there. Instead of politely asking me to sign up at the cash for a consultation. I was told to read the sign and go.to the cash. As I was walking to the cash the pharmacist than added thar there is a sign for a reason!
Well excuse me if my mind was elsewhere. Never would speak to a.client in such a way. Never again. This so called sign is completely to the left and below eye level! I will be moving my file elsewhere.

It takes a long time to get your meds every single time, transferring info is a hassle compared to other Pharmaprix. Call ahead recommended.

Have had issues getting prescriptions filled for the past 2 years (and they are relatively common medications).
Most recently, I required a prescription for my 4 year old and the eczema flare up cleared before they could even fill the prescription for the cream.

Also, the employee behind the pharmacy counter that contacted us to let us know they couldn't fill her prescription in a timely manner was rude and made it seem like the whole situation was somehow my fault.

It's a shame it's the closest pharmacy to us.but we'll be taking our money elsewhere.

All i can say read all the bad reviews and they are probably right. Never experience such horrible and rude service in my life trying to get medication for an infection. Also this place like many other used to be open late I guess covid lockdowns are gone but pharmacies never bothered to bring back the schedule or maybe is it staff shortages? Who knows post covid world is a terrible place to be nowadays people need to re-learn some soft skills and have some emphaty maybe they forgot it from sitting at home and binge watching tv for the past 2 years.

Very long service time especially to speak to a pharmacist. I was the only person in line and had to leave before getting service because I could not wait any longer. I do not recommend. Better put your file in another pharmaprix branch.

Don’t know why the low rating. Have never dealt with anyone here though, just buy my stuff and leave. Guys at the pharmacy, please do something about the bad reviews.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. They never have anything ready even if you call DAYS in advance. I’ve gone in at 6pm and been told to return in the evening… what do they consider 6pm - afternoon?

People with serious illnesses that need their meds ON TIME, avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Worst pharmacy ever… went just to buy advil for my child. They refused to answer my question: is moitrin the same as advil, because I don’t have a file with them. Asked for a pharmacy manager, he saw me and told that he refuses to speak with je because I don’t have a file with them. I am speechless.

I love this pharmaprix. Especially becausr the staff is extremly friendly. The owner is also very kind.

I don't understand why there is so many negative reviews. I've been going there since I was a child. The place is always clean, stocked and everything is easy to find. Cashier are always nice and self-checkout machines always work. And the pharmacists are kind, patient and give the right information. Never had a bad experience at this Pharmaprix.

Opening times are excellent and the shelves are always stocked with what I need. Staff as well is very friendly.

Beware of Pharmaprix. They did not honor an offer in their flyer because my loyalty card was presented after the transaction (cashier forgot to ask and I forgot). Customer service refused to amend because of "policy". Very poor practice, will not be getting my business anymore

The pharmacy team they're not friendly as the old team some of them they're really mean

Don't get a test kit here. Pharmacist will have you wait an hour in line then tell you at the last second "only if you have a dossier here can you get one".

The store is very nice like the rest, but the prescription area is the most unorganized ever. They loose your prescription, keep you waiting long, every, single, time! And the people running it are super short with you, and I do not ask much at all. Trying to get a Gravol is like pulling teeth. Avoid them for prescriptions.

I was just called by a "pharmacist" who could not speak English, asking if I wanted to have my blood test at the pharmacy or at the hospital. I told her that I don't have a requisition from my doctor, but she said I did. I had my husband speak to her in French to tell her the same thing. When he did, she said ok, o
I have also left "messages to pharmacist" when ordering through their online app, and have NEVER had a response. The most recent message was to send a fax to my doctor to renew a prescription. Nothing.
I don't know why they have this option if they don't look at it or respond. After over 30 years using this pharmacy for my prescriptions, I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere! It definitely did change after the previous owner sold out.

The cashier was arrogant and not helpfull at all
I went to buy Burnbrae eggs which are on Special PC Optimum one day at $ 1.29 per dozen (Saturday, Sep 05th). The cashier gave me her name as MICHAL (She pretended to be the Supervisor on duty) refused to comply with ads and insisted that the offer only applied for NoName white eggs only despite it says otherwise on my App. She could not even justify herself and took away my eggs. What a courteous way to resolve a dispute at the store!

I love this place! Such excellent customer service. Theres a young girl that works there.she has something on her arm.she is a fantastic employee. I cant remember her name.she is so enthusiastic and always helps customers. I’ve been served by her multiple times and she still smiles through the mask.

Terrible service, rude, condescending, been getting ripped off for 2 years on my medication. Went to the pharmaprix on Sources, they right away told me I could be saving a ton if I get a special prescription from my Doctor and even offered to call. DON'T USE THIS PHARMAPRIX!

Hannah the supervisor is a real customer oriented person, she was able to change my experience to a happy and satisfied one. Thank you Hannah so much to handle my complain although you were under an extreme work load and a shortage of staff situation. The whole team knows how to deliver. Thank you Hannah so much ️️️️️
