Went to get passport pictures taken, great service and quick turn around.
The first level is for beauty products, upstairs is where you find the rest of the services and products.

It is very nice and has many options, but we didn't like the treatment by the employees. We were being followed by two female employees who asked us questions, followed us on either side and did not let us do our shopping in peace. They looked at us and talked about us, they never left us alone. One of my friends wanted to buy a perfume and decided not to because of the treatment we were receiving, we felt very uncomfortable. I did not like the fact that they gave us special attention because they thought we were going to steal when that is not the case.

We were getting followed by the employees which ruined our shopping experience, they were very nice at first and very helpful but decided to follow us around the store while trying to shop. Getting followed was not enjoyable especially when we know the staff is talking about us when were just trying to buy stuff. We were not disturbing anything just trying to buy some perfume or makeup.

5 star customer service on the 2nd floor from a young lady with long black hair (sorry don't know her name)
I arrived 10 minutes before closing she was very helpful passing the items for me at the self-checkout, they taking the time to put all the items in the bags I brought.
All done with a smile & a wonderful attitude.

Customer service received from this Pharmaprix is excellent. Both in cosmetics and upstairs at the pharmacy. The team is very professional and knowledgeable. In particular, Dawn has always been kind, patient, very thorough, and extremely efficient. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with William. He was also very efficient and kind. An absolute pleasure!

I’m a Black American women. The discrimination was blatant. While shopping I was given a bag to put my items in and then those items were taken out the bag because the woman that was helping me out (and only for a sale) thought was going upstairs to shop. She then took my items out the bag to put them at the counter. She then proceeded to tell me if I buy one of the items then she would give an sample but If I didn’t, the sample wouldn’t be given. As I was checking out, the man with the long braided ponytail proceeds to ask me in a condensing way “Do you know how to use retinol? ”. I had to remind myself I was in a different county and I told him I’ve used retinol for over 6 years. His face was turned up for the entire transaction and he acted like he was doing me a favor by putting a juicy couture sample of perfume in my bag. F him and those samples. Montréal left a bad taste in my mouth overall.

Terrible service at the cosmetics department today.firstly, every single employee was on their phones, I know they have online sales etc.but when you have clients in store it would be good to also serve them… I asked the cosmetician for help finding a product and urban decay nonetheless and she made me feel like it was a burden and tried to be quick just to get back to her phone and the whole time I was there she was on her phone, I was in the purfume section for a good while and not one employee came to help. Really unprofessional and rude

Manager refused to provide a free perfume sample without me buying something from the beauty section first.

Excécrable ils profilent les gens par couleur et inventent des règles par rapport à ce que vous ressemblez. Service médiocre (j'ai travaillé dans un pharmaprix moi même j'en connais les règles)

Closes at 10pm but close the cash at 9: 50? And refuse to offer help.if you say you’re closing at 10 then its only logic to serve customers until the store is closed.the supervisor won’t open the cash for you nor offer you help.
