Terrible service! Don’t want to deliver meds! Have no card system for paying! Have no clue what’s going on, especially the Vietnamien pharmacist! I’ve been a client since this pharmacy first opened, and I’m there only because of Nicoleta! Sadly, It’s time to change the pharmacy!

It's money rip off.
They sell the Oil of Olay body wash for 14.99$.

The same store online price is 13.49$.

It is for 9.97$ at Walmart and 11.50$ at Jean Coutu

I am always very welcomed in this Pharmaprix and find what I want, especially in the cosmetics department. The staff is kind and helpful (in English and in French)

With all due respect, the people working at the pharmacy have messed up my medication and my requests to refill so many times. Be it disregarding my doctors change in doses, or asking to refill 2 medications and then discovering they prepared every single med on my file LOL. One guy yelled at me because they had prepared a prescription on auto renew but my doctor changed my dose, and then told me I had to buy the prepared one anyways. Guys what’s going on!

THIS STORE SELLING EXPIRED MEDICINE FOR KIDS! AND WHEN I RETURNED IT, DIDNT EVEN SAY SORRY OR OFFERED SOMETHING! THEY JUST REIMBURSED ME! IMAGINE WHAT IF I WAS NOT CHECKING THE EXP DATE AND I GIVE IT TO MY CHILD? ! WHEN I RETURNED, THE DISPLAYS ARE ALSO EXPIRED! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! SOMEBODY HAS TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS ASAP! I HAVE MY RECEIPTS AND PHOTOS OF THE EXPIRED MEDICINE!

They have very kind and helpful staffs, like this place very much, and the pharmacy there is excellent, too!

Clean and full of supplies. Things are expensive but that's true with just any other pharmaPrix anyway. Friendly staff.

On the front of the store it says open at 8am.as we all expect. Now all of a sudden it's open at 9am. No sign for this change is prominently displayed. But there is one off to side and hard to read. I greatly appreciate wasting my F@%$ing time.

Standard pretty expensive things. Best to make your purchases when they go on sale, otherwise you're paying through the nose. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Shoppers Drug Mart always leave a great experience to its customers. The store was nearly organized and the talkers were properly arranged for the sale price. Good experience overall.

Good: Clean, bright and spacious inside. Manager and staff are very pleasant.
Bad: Not as many options as most other Pharmaprix stores. Often out of stock on many items. Posted prices are often inaccurate.

Je fréquente cette pharmacie depuis des années.
Dimanche j'ai eu une situation difficile et je me suis rendue à la pharmacie et j'ai été soutenue et surtout écoutée et conseillée.
J'étais en douleur oculaire et j'avais peur la personne qui m'a reçue à été efficace, calme, empathique. Bravo pour le professionalisme.
