Terrible, terrible pharmacy. They are incompetent, rude and honestly, maybe aren’t fit to be working behind the counter. It shouldn’t take more than 40 minutes to work with insurance that has worked somewhere else 30 minutes prior, nor should it take that long to prepare medication for a patient who they can clearly see has just come out of surgery. If you need to go to a pharmacy, go somewhere else.

If it were possible to give this location 0 stars, I would.
I went to check the balance of my opus card and to purchase an item, after my card was checked, the cashier told me that if I intend to pay for my item by card it would have to go through self serve, which is idiotic since I'm already at her register. She claims it's only for cash transactions. I decided to ask her what was she supposed to do if I had asked for my opus card to be reloaded? She claimed it would have to also go through self check.
This location gets worse and worse each week. Why is it still open?

Linda or Lina from lab is not a kind woman. She was very unpleasant and treated customers wrong and rudely if they had broken english. I observed this pattern of her's while she was with other customers who spoke fluently. She should not be the first face for customers to greet.

This location is really sucks i m waiting here from 1 hour 30 mins i came from emergency last night i have severe pain in my stomach i did not eat nothing from last 2 weeks when i told to receptionist she said rightway she will prepare my medicine after one hour another lady came and she had another excuse they need more time if i need liquid medicine then again i was asking how much time you can take coz after medication i can eat something but she was so rude do not know how to talk nicely you can see just 2 medication one hour 30 min in pain they were 7 people inside they do not know what to do i have my file in snowdon they r not doing like this u can see how much medication i took in one hour 30 mins this review why i m posting coz they will not do with other people in future and when i told the lady your service very bad and she was again in rude behave another lady they can not say softly i understand your pain we r doing they just react badly rightway first time i came here and it was really really bad experience pls who people in emergency do not come here coz they take a time like a customer care service they do not think someone in pain already waiting waiting first i was in emergency longer there was doctore then at pharmacie seriously they were 7 and all were looking like doing nothingthanks i m not coming anymore.

Tu arrives à la pharmacie 17 min avant la fermeture tu attends pour une consultation urgente, on te reçois 13mn plutard alors qu’il n’a pas de fil d’attente, le pharmacien te reçois et te dis vous avez un auto allez à une autre pharmacie on ferme dans 4mn

La pire pharmacie à vie allez pas là pour vos prescriptions vous allez attendre environ 45 minutes pour votre prescription minimum. Un très très mauvais service cette pharmacienne ne devrait pas tenir une pharmacie

Customer Service was really terrible. Cashiers don't even wanna help you. This pharmacy dont even deserve a single star.

WORST PLACE! We waited one hour for polysporon ear drops! All they needed to do was hand me them instead she said she needs to verify and took over an hour.super incompetent

Not good service. Every time we come to find a specific thing they’re always out of it. Even if we come the day after. The staff are really lazy. This store should close down.

So this store removed cashiers and instead put a big bad bouncer type security guard who doesnt smile or talk who stands right over your shoulder at the self-checkout counter instead. I understand that theft is likely an issue but seems like the store manager is more concerned about thieves than providing service to real customers. Never seen anything so aggravating. Completely stopped going here.i just go to the one few blocks down on champlain street instead. Jokes on me though if its the same owner

I was looking to buy makeup, but the staff didn’t offer me any help at all when I asked them questions. They seem impatient

Staff behaved very rude. Medicine service very slow they talking together don’t care people waiting for medicine.

Voila mon histoire.
Après plusieurs années, je demande mon renouvellement, de 40mg de Propranonol 2 fois/jour bid ce qui donne 80mg/jour, l'on me dit que c'est en rupture de stoke et me demande 66$ pour des 10mgx8 pcq c'est en rupture de stoke, j'ai besoin de 40 mg 2 fois/jour, mais le problème est que la pharmacie n'a pas de 40 ou de 20mg et veut me donner des 10mg, mais c'est en pénurie de stoke et je dois payer pcque c'est toutes les pharmacies au Québec sont en rupture de 10mg? , mais j'ai pas besoin de 10mg mais de 40mg fois 2, soit 80mg/jour? Mais Pharmaprix ne peut pas me fournir des 40mg.j'ai transférer mon dossier au Walmart, eu avait des 40mg fois 2, bid, au lieu de me charger 66$ chez Pharmaprix, Walmart m'ont chargé 6$.

On est samedi 11 mars AM je renouvelle ma prescription je compte y aller en PM chercher médicaments (médicaments généraux on parle pas ici de narcotiques ou autres)

« Il vous en reste encore pour 5 jrs » Oui mais je suis dispo aujourd’hui pour passer!
on peut pas me servir aujourd’hui? « Non »
donc dois je transférer à une autre pharmacie «oui si vous voulez y’a pas de problème pour nous » y a t’il un supérieur à qui je peut parler « non pas la fin de semaine »

Et le tout sur un beau petit ton condescendant
Quel beau service à la clientèle!

On n’offre pas non plus d’autre solution soit de me livrer à la maison les jours suivant

Donc après 20 ans à cette pharmacie Pharmaprix je transfère mes ordonnances

DRIVING ME MAD TO LISTEN TO DIFFERENT EXPLANATIONS ON THE SAME SUBJECT ON PHARMACOLOGICAL ACCOUNT! Can't expect to listen carefully in such cases if you do not know if answer you receive is correct. Even the same person is giving me contradictory answers, also they count how many tablets and units of insulin I am short, but sometimes give me less tablets when I count. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! WILL CHANGE PHARMACY THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY I HAVE!

STOP HARRASING PEOPLE TO ORDER MEDS BEFORE THEY COME TO YOUR STORE! I am capable to decide if I want to order in advance or to wait till you prepare my meds. Each time your are asking me this, my blood pressure going up, mabe I would be better qithout meds than coming and be subjwct to your harrasments.

Worst customer service ever! Changing pharmacy soon. Yesterday I waited one hour while very sick waiting for prescription while employees stood around chatting.

Very expensive and the employee at the makeup counter is very persistent and intense. She kept harassing me to come checkout at her cash, and when I did, she made it seem like I was stealing and she was asking me weird questions and even said can you open your bag? She played it off as if she was putting my just purchased products into my bag, but she was checking to see if I stole something. I felt very weird. I went again on a different day, same woman, who again said to pass at her cash when I’m done. I didn’t want to, as I needed to buy products on the opposite end of the store, and did not want to have to walk back to be passed by her. She followed me for a couple seconds and kept harassing me. She always makes me feel like she’s watching me to see if I’m stealing, and I find it offensive. I avoid this pharmacy as much as I can because of her.
