The old lady at the pharmacy was vey rude with me. I was very pleasant with her and nice with her just asking her if my name was called while i went to another to the store and she started yelling at me saying she’s not answering question because she busy and she has to attend to priority at first she was ignoring me. I put her in her place and told her that you do not treat customers like that I asked you a simple question don’t need to be rude. She then walk away and called the priority list and guess who was next on the list? Me!
She felt stupid after. These couples then came up to me and said “ she was really rude to you for no reason. You were so nice a soft spoken. I said I know I’m going to make a complaint. The couples told she was very rude to them early and that decided to transfer their file to Jean Coutu. I spoke with manager on the phone today and she acknowledged what happen because she was there. She apologized and told me that she will be fired by the end of December because there’s been a lot of complaints about her.

Service clientèle de poste Canada pourri il te mettre en attend ou téléphone pendant une heure et personne ne te donne une réponse pour des questions simple exemple si colis est prête à être récupérer parce que c’est très très long sur place, c’est catastrophique

Je souhaitais avoir de l'information sur les services offerts en pharmacie; la conversation au téléphone a duré moins de 20 secondes. J'ai été polie et on m'a répondue de manière très peu respectueuse ou professionnelle.

Pire service à la clientèle. Je ne recommande pas cette pharmacie. Je téléphone pour un médicament sous prescription qui est en rupture d’inventaire depuis 1semaine. Il me reste que deux jours de médicament avant d’en manquer. La femme qui me répond est extrêmement bête et impoli. Elle me répond qu’ils en ont pas et qu’elle peut rien faire pour m’aider. J’appel dans une autre pharmacie d’une différente bannière et eux ils ont su m’aider et me trouver le médicament dans la meme journée! Bye Pharmaprix et bonjour JC.

La pharmacienne n'est pas serviable du tout et il est très difficile d'avoir une conversation avec elle. Elle est exécrable et son comportement n'est pas respectable. Elle a raccroché sans que je puisse rajouter quoi que ce soit. Je voulais de l'information sur les tests Covid.

Every single time going for a prescription there's a 20,30,40 minute wait. Often missing stock showing in promos. Time to switch to Jean Coutu as more often than not there's an issue at this place.

Poor selection of products and the products they do actually carry are often out of stock. They promote specials, but when you get there, they are never in stock on the same day the promo vibes out.

Terrible le comptoir de poste Canada. Chaque fois il faut prévoir minimum 30 minutes pour se faire servir. Poste Canada devrait quitter cet endroit et choisir un autre commerce. Rien à dire sur le staff, ils font de leur possible mais il y à certainement un manquement quelque part pour que ce soit toujours aussi long!

Bonjour, il faut absolument faire de quoi avec la pharmacienne. Elle est agée dans les 50 ou 60 ans et aucune respect envers les clients. Je ne suis pas la première personne a se plaindre et le responsable ne fait rien pour avertir cette personne. S'il vous-plait, lisez les commentaires et améliorer le service.

This is the worst Pharmaprix I’ve ever been to. Service is terrible and the store looks like it did in 1980.

Je suis choqué de la manière dont la responsable m’a parlé! Je me suis fait littéralement agressé verbalement et parlé comme un Chien! Mon tort a été de demander POLIMENT s il était possible que l on vienne assister le comptoir postal car ça n avançait pas du tout! La responsable a crié sur moi, a crié qu il manquait quelqu un et que je n’avais pas à questionner! Je n ai jamais vu cela!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.une pharmacienne un peu agee (dans les 50 ou 60). Elle est impolie, sauvage et agressive, elle montre bcp de haine envers les minorites.malheureusement

Felt discriminated, I had a question the pharmacist didn’t even let me finish it, just told me to call a number didn’t gave me advice or option and just turned around. It was not worth the wait. If you have questions don’t come here and less if you are a foreigner.

It take FOREVER to get your prescription.
It doesn’t make sense that you’re waiting 30 mins and it’s every single time you go
Once, during covid I pwaited 40 mins and the guy forgot to call my name

Very rude behavior from the pharmacists in this pharmacy, especially the one old lady pharmacist. They don't explain well and treat customers like some not important people. Very disappointed.

Des employés qui se prennent pour des reines, qui parlent aux clients comme leus sujets. De plus quand on exige le respect ils appellent la police. Je vous déconseille vraiment cette pharmacie. Des gens qui n'ont aucune courtoisie ni aucun sens du service à la clientèle.
Pourquoi autant de condescendance?
Je vous enverrai une plainte pour diffamation et d 'avoir bloqué 5 heures le transfert de mon dossier alors que mon enfant avait besoin des ses médicaments en urgence.
Je vais aussi saisir l ordre des pharmaciens.

I called for a prescription as I always do. I go get the bag, pay for it and leave. Before exiting the store I open it to check I have everything and one item is missing. I go back to the pharmacy and one of the ladies working there tells me with an attitude that the item comes tomorrow only. I told her that she didn’t not advise me of this when I paid. And she starts yelling that it is written on the bill. I check the bill and find an unreadable note saying “en commande”. This does not mention that it will be available tomorrow… how am I supposed to know what that actually means? The employee starts yelling at me that I need to think logic and to know that it means I will get it tomorrow and there is nothing else she can do for me. What a lack of respect towards their clients WOW!

La section cosmetique fait des commentaires negatif sur mes cheveux. Entre 1h-2h le 16dec quel Beau staff
Cosmetic department took it upon themselves to make negative comments about my hair aloud around for me to hear. My hair is not too short girl its thin. Mind your business. Simply unacceptable! Around 1-2pm 16dec
Horrible experience!

And yes we can hear from down the aisle
Cashiers are nice tho!
