Je n'achèterai plus jamais dans cette pharmacie, service épouvantable, personnel non éduqué! Malheureusement, je suis obligée de venir ici à cause du service minable de Postes Canada, qui ne livre pas mes courses à mon domicile! Le pire magasin du Quebec!

THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE! Not once have I come here and had a smooth service. Apparently the faxes sent from doctors NEVER get received there somehow. Faxes don't take 10 hours to be received. Any questions you ask them, expect them to give you some sort of rude answer, then tell you, you have to wait 1 hour, otherwise to wait for them to call you instead. No sense of customer service, just plain rude. Don't worry, I'll be taking my money elsewhere. And now that i see everyone else's reviews, it all makes sense. You guys need to work on your manners, seriously.

+ hier soir vers 16h-17h j'ai passé pour la première fois je voulais m'acheter des écouteurs! Votre cassier qui était avec les vêtements de princesse jsp quoi elle était une irrespectueuse je pense que elle ne dois jamais travailler avec des gens+ derniers fois à tout ma vie

Un service impeccable et amicales au rayon maquillage elle vraiment pris du temps à m'aider pour choisir ma teinte idéal pour mon cache cerne merci Jessica ce fut très agréable

Comptoir pharmacie: pire service à la clientèle de ma vie! Elle a perdu ma prescription de médicaments et elle a dit que c’était de ma faute! Complètement absurde! Aucun service de la part de la technicienne qui m’a envoyé promener alors que c’est eux dans le tord.

Disappointed with the photo service at this local drug store. I specifically requested a photo for a firearms licence, and was informed they don't provide that size. I would have appreciated more professionalism and adaptability to customer needs.

Very rude pharmacist! My doctor accidentally sent my prescription to this pharmacy, I had called to request if possible to send it to my regular pharmacy where my file is, the pharmacist told she will have to check to do it and will call back if possible that they are busy vaccinating and aren’t taking care of prescriptions at the moment. I called my pharmacy where my file is to let them know and if they can contact this pharmacy to have the prescription sent to them which they said they could. I waited and my pharmacist called me back and told me that the pharmacy in Angrignon didn’t have my prescription. The pharmacy from Angrignon called back however I didn’t answer right away apparently I’m glued to my phone 24/7 and her of course not leaving a voicemail therefore I called back she responded with “I called you and you didn’t answer so I faxed it to your actually pharmacy”. I had told her that My pharmacy told me that she told them they didn’t have it and they never received a fax. I asked if she can verify again she said in quote “you’re not my patient I don’t have to do anything or call for you, I’ll fax again and hangs up”. If this is how this pharmacy is in the Angrignon mall handles things I would never recommend going to this pharmacy lack of social skills, respect and professionalism.

Service client absent, les employés sont impatients avec les patients, la propriétaire et pharmacienne se comporte TRÈS TRÈS mal avec les patients /clients, aucun conseil, juste vendre vendre $$$.

Nous avons décider de changer cette pharmacie car c’est trop, mal communication au téléphone et au comptoir.

The lady I met at the cosmetic area only responds in French though I approached to her in English. Maybe not the best place to ask if you only speak English.

If you're looking for a drugstore where the pharmacist is always rude to you without any reason search no more! The pharmacists also believe that they know better than the doctors. On several occasions, they refused to give me the medication prescribed by my doctor. My doctor had to contact them to get them to give me the medication that he prescribed. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I moved recently and the difference is night and day.

Large Pharmaprix with lots of self serve, one cash register with a person. Easy and quick service time

The lady/doctor at the consultation was extremely rude. I was asking some medical emergency query. The lady said to take an appointment for monday since she and other staff were busy and was not entertaining my questions anymore. After me asking the questions, she and the other lady staff started laughing and said something in french (I am english, dont understand french) I felt very insulted. Horrible experience.

The employees that give the medication in the back of the store were so disrespectful all in a bad mood hope they change the staff will change pharmacy immediately never gowing back there again

Section Parfums - La dame qui y travaille connaît les parfums de fond en comble et saura vous trouver la fragrance qui vous convient le mieux selon votre type de peau, goûts, etc. Elle a un léger accent français et son parfum favori est Chanel et Shalimar ;) Une vraie professionnelle et adorable comme tout! Merci!

Comptoir Poste Canada - si vous avez a récupéré un colis à ce comptoir, armez-vous de patience. Ça peut être long avant que vous puissiez partir avec. Après 3 tentatives, on a toujours pas trouvé mon colis, qui est supposément une enveloppe. J’attends impatiemment qu’on m’appeler pour me dire qu’ils l’ont trouvé. J’ai bien hâte de voir dans combien de jour car j’en ai besoin pour mon travail.: (

The staff are super nice but it’s insane how the owner of this Pharmaprix FORCES their employees to still wear useless masks! I feel bad for them! They need to walk out

I go there to ship a package. I bought a box. I needed tape and they told me no they don’t share, so I asked them if THEY could tape it for me to which they said no. I don’t get why I couldn’t use the tape for a box I bought to ship off a package?

Honestly I don't get all the negative reviews. I never had a bad experience. I've always been polite and always been treated well. The pharmacists are direct and helpful. Honestly people just need to be more polite and understanding.
