Hangs up the phone if you speak in English. It's ridiculous because they are located in a highly diverse community where the majority of people are English speaking.

Ca fait maintenant 2 ans que je vois yara pour mes conseils beauté, elle est a l’écoute et donne les meilleurs conseils pour mon type de peau. Elle connait bien ses produits et ca se voit! Je lui donne 5 étoiles pour la remercier ainsi que son super travail!

Took two pics for passport photos $28 The personnel were like robots. The pics certainly would have been refused at Passport Office. Went elsewhere and paid $17 where service was commendable and pictures were actually tested and accepted (by machine) before given to me.
Btw, I had to pay the $28 at Pharmaprix before the pics were taken.

They do not acknowledge when you say LOUDLY HI, pretending to work while there is 0 customer.each month it is the same scenario! Today they even took 1 customer arrived after me. Which kind of service is that? !? !? !? ! Worst pharmaprix. Aucun accueil, service nul. A éviter

Ils disent que nous allons acheter des médicaments, que nous ne pouvons pas atteindre l'État après avoir attendu au moins 2 heures, payer en espèces, nous les rembourserons demain.quand nous venons le lendemain, ils donnent l'argent 10$, 20$ de moins… ils essaient de les insulter en criant qu'ils sont des réfugiés.ils essaient d'opprimer les nouveaux arrivants qui ne parlent pas la langue, de leur couper leur argent et de les tromper parce qu'ils ne savent rien.

La pharmacienne Mme. Dragus qui est présente n’a aucune façon pour traiter ses client elle ne devrais même pas continuer ça profession si elle n’est pas heureuse aucun bon sens!

Staff basically ignores you, pretending you are not at the window right in front of them. Madame Bui, the pharmacist is great however. The rest, forget it.

This is a worse pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever seen.

After standing in front of the consultation desk for 16 minutes and calling the employee with no response specially when there was no other costumer there I went to their cashier and ask to talk to pharmacist.

I had to wait another 11 minutes when a chinese lady came who hardly could communicate except by her own toung and told me I have to go to the Pharmaprix where I bought my medication to ask question about it.

The only good employee was the Sales associate restocking shelves who of no surprise was Quebecois.

This Pharmaprix is there for pharmacist who just memorised the books without understanding them and only wish to make fast and easy money.

There are bad Pharmaprixs in CDN but this and Nabil Sheikh are the worst.

Best pharmacies in CDN area are Maxi, proxim, Jean Coutu.

Not sure when scooters aren't allowed inside. Checked over pharmaprix policy nothing mentions it. Guard was rude said to leave it outside so I asked can she watch it incase it gets stolen. She replied not our problem if it gets stolen. Needless to say pharmaprix lost a sale to their competition today also closing my account with pharmaprix.

The employee Yara in the makeup section is the best, she literally helped me and my whole family find what we were all looking for without losing any patience.thanks to her and her advices my skin is now glowing!

Très longue attente pour ne pas avoir le médicament attendu et ceci sans excuses mais une explication après coup que c était une rupture de stock. Aucun aspect pratique sur l’heure de prise des médicaments pour un enfant. Bref je suis passée ici à cause des pannes d électricité de mon quartier je ne reviendrai pas et je vous déconseille cette place.

I got locked in between the doors of the pharmacy because somebody forgot to lock one of the outside doors. That door was not able to be opened from the inside. I will never shop at this Pharmaprix again due to stress and anxiety of trauma walking through those doors.

EDIT: I was promised a manager would call me back and nobody ever did and it's been 1 week.

Local pharmacy, pharmacist, especially the owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Her advice and direction on doses of medication as well how to use them properly is very useful and reliable.
However, now a days there are waiting, and I think it is a bit longer and time-consuming. Hopefully, they will realize and will take an attempt to improve this situation.

Au moins un membre de l'équipe de l'officine ne parle pas suffisamment le français pour pouvoir donner une explication au client. C'est inacceptable.

Charged me 390$ for a medical supply instead of 80 that it should have been. Pharmacist assumed I wasn't covered but a quick search would show that I'm insured by the government. I understand the pharmacy is also a business but this has happened way too many times to other people. Best of all, no refunds if they made a mistake! You have 2 months to call the government for a refund, and after that it is too late.

Most shelves are out of stock and the price tags for items on special are expired therefore misleading.
