Pharmaprix

As a black business owner, I come here often. It has what I need for my business needs. As business owner sometimes i forget things, so this place is always a lifesaver #buyblack

Ridiculous wait time every time but even when you arrive post op with a prescription clearly showing you had just been discharged from hospital and more than 1 hour 40 minutes later you still do not have the antibiotic and you're waiting in pain! Antibiotic for adults which entails counting the pills not preparing them. What a lack of understanding and respect towards the patient.

Pharmacy is always very responsive by the phone and always call me promptly when my doctor puts in prescriptions. Technicians are always kind and prompt to serve, pharmacists are also diligent.
I am always greeted as well when I walk into the store. Thanks!

The pharmacist are amazing but the technician are rude and gives you bad service I would recommend this place only for the pharmacist

Today was the second time i experienced racism and racial profiling in this Pharmaprix, which i have been coming to for the last 4 years. I bought some selfcare products worth about $37, and i went to pay at the self service machine. As soon as I scanned my first product, an old cashier came running to stand behind me while i scanned everything. She didn't do it to the White customers who were there before me. When i asked her and the manager why she did that, she said "it was based on her instinct. "

The first time I experienced something similar in this store, a young cashier followed me around while i did my shopping and when i asked him why, he apologized and said it was to make sure that i put the beauty products i had in my hands back in their place just in case I decided to not buy them. I was the only black customer in the pharmacy and the only person being followed around.

This kind of racism in 2023 is unacceptable. Google me, do i look like someone who is going to steal $37 household products? What is wrong with your employees? None of this targetted racism and racial profiling is normal. It's also illegal and i expect a written apology both from Pharmaprix and the racist cashier and her racist instinct, otherwise i absolutely will take it to the Quebec Human Rights Commission and on SM, especially considering the fact that I am not the only BIPOC person who has had similar experiences in this specific Pharmaprix.i deserve to shop without being harassed. I am also really curious to know what about my appearance of an always clean t shirt and gym shark leggings, and a tiny small bag to carry my keys and wallet screams "this person is going to steal $37 from us we need to harass her. " Racism really makes your cashiers act so pathetic.

The workers here are AMAZING. So nice kind and helpful. The store is also clean af and always stocked. A+ fordamnsure

I like this pharmacy but most prices are substantially higher than other pharmacies. Note the regular price of Perio Gard toothpaste at this Pharmaprix ($10.99) and the much lower price at Jean Coutu ($7.49) at the nearby Cote St-Luc Shopping Centre. Same product but $3,50 more at Pharmaprix. I buy very little here... (I took photos but can't get them on the review.)

I am usually well served here and get good information from the pharmacist. They fill my prescriptions quickly. One thing I don't like is that staff will typically ignore those waiting for several minutes. Hearing "hi, I'll be with you in a couple of minutes" would put folks more at ease. Overall though it serves my needs

Our Pharmaprix is very close to us and we are very comfortable shopping there.
We are happy that we have access to the different things we need.

Usually I am satisfied with Pharmaprix though recently I was taken aback by the long delay in receiving my husband's MS medication which helps him to walk. He had ordered it ahead of time so that when he would run out he would have his new pack. Sadly Pharmaprix was not able to receive it on time, posing a risk to my husband's walking. Furthermore this was the 2nd time.

Called for information. Had me on hold for so long that I had to hang up and call another Pharmaprix.
